I went with a friend yesterday (February 12, 2016) since we were in town for a conference. Our experience was nothing shy of heavenly perfection! The therapist were extremely skilled. The facility is calm, warm and inviting. And everybody we encountered was super friendly. I cannot wait to go back and experience it again! We booked a massage with a head spa treatment included. What I wasn't prepared for it was being in the same room together, but it was perfectly fine. I just did not know we would be. Both of the treatments were incredible! Never disappointed! I have been here several times and each time I get a different service. After a long road trip I came in yesterday for a thai massage and left with a new body. My body was vibrating from all the blood moving around. The massage itself is not your typical massage. They gave me a loose fitting top and shorts to wear. There isnt any oils or anything. I typically do a trigger point, sports massage or thai combo, so i assumed it was the same but was pleasantly surprised. To start she does some trigger point work, and then that turns into some fascia work which feels amazing. Think assisted stretching with pressure relief. She does check in often to ensure comfort and that the pressure is not too much. The full side body stretch audibly did something to me. The way it opened up my body, back and hips was truly amazing. Every time ive been here i have been impressed. They have so many options of services available. My cousin got a lymphatic drainage massage this time around and was equally as satisfied. Based on reliable source of recommendation, stopped in as a walk-in for 1 hr massage. We were advised on all service offerings and selected the VIP 1 hour massage. VIP massage is supposed to also include chocolates and champagne , to which we were not provided at time of service and only offered after ? It was our first time visiting this facility and we were excited and in dire need of rest and relaxation. Unfortunately, the actual massage service was anything but that. I will take responsibility for not completely stopping the therapist from his work, but felt extremely violated . Not only was the massage technique forced and painful , but also incredibly rushed and barely any oil/lotions used on my skin. I could feel his rough hands on my feet! And jamming elbows into my neck and back as if racing to complete. Throughout the entire service, I spoke up about being in pain from his technique as well as how intense the pressure was. I also have an injury on my hand and he carried on squeezing and rubbing my hands down without acknowledging my injured finger causing me to wince out of pain every few minutes. I was in even more distress after the massage than when I came in. Especially while providing feedback all along. I was on edge for the entire hour of the service, but really wanted to give a chance for improvement as I shared my concerns during the service. Unfortunately, to my surprise the feedback provided at the reception desk went over terribly. The receptionist who initially booked us was extremely hostile and dismissive when sharing my concerns. She kept saying "I will let them know you don't like them" and that was most definitely not what I was saying. She kept trying to rush us off from speaking on our concerns and only offered $20 off the VIP experience. Her rationale for our increased price was that we were booked with the top talent in the facility and she then tried to justify that if we didn't like our service then we just don't like their people. As if it suggest we won't like anybody. I was extremely offended by this exchange , but still intended to tip the therapists . To save face , the service was paid for , but I was extremely disappointed by this experience and the way we were treated with just sharing feedback. She then informed us that they wouldn't have taken walk-ins but was doing us a favor booking with the therapists we had . I would have much rather been informed that a walk in would have resulted in rushed and painful service . Absolutely not a care in the world or consideration for us as customers . I will never return and plan to keep sharing my experience! It was never rectified. read more

Once again, I called last minute and got the service I needed. I got the 90 minute Hot Stone Massage that did not disappoint! It was absolutely incredible! Now, I will say the focused care that I'm used to was lacking this time. Typically they'd seat you and follow up on your health status and as what your needs (ailments). We went here to get some massages and relaxation. We've been years before and the place is still as super clean as it was pre-COVID. All precautions are taken and you must wear a mask. We opted for full body massages + foot massages. It was absolutely incredible and relaxing. The prices are very reasonable and they have a punch card to encourage return services. Massage Infinity is in the Buckhead suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. The store is huge and beautifully decorated with soothing music to help you relax during your massage. The desk staff are wonderful, greeting you as you walk in. I was offered water before being taken back to my 90-minute foot massage appointment. The store offers all sorts of massage options in communal rooms or private rooms. Since I was only getting a food massage, I was put in one of their foot massage rooms. I was the only one in that room for most of my massage with only one other couple coming in later in my massage. The room was big enough that I did not feel as if I was right on top of them. This is a high-tech salon. They have recliners that are all electric with foot stools for the massage that are embossed with their name - very classy. The recliner was put back for me as Kevin began the massage. The recliner was super comfortable and helped me relax even more. Kevin, my masseur, started with a complimentary neck, shoulder and head massage from behind the recliner. It lasted about 5 minutes and was a really nice surprise addition to my foot massage that wasn't expected. I could tell he was going to be good. You can also tell in the first few minutes if you get massages often. Kevin worked on each foot and leg intermittently until the 90 minutes were up. This location is next to a parking garage and the first 2 hours are free. The venue made a point to make sure I had a good time. The place is extremely clean, big, and quiet. So my friend put me on to this place. She's been coming for a while. Parking is right next door in the free parking garage. We were promptly greeted at the front desk. So I decided on the lymphatic and my friend got the deep tissue. For lymphatic they informed me I needed to have female masseuse since they massage your chest and under arm area. No biggie. we did the two bed room. It was so relaxing and the chairs were very comfy and heated. My massage was great my first time having lymphatic but it was just as I expected it would be touching and massaging areas of lymph nodes/ drainage flow. I was very pleased and my friend enjoyed hers . We decided to make this our monthly thing so we will do these again but add cupping and the lomi -lomi massage. Friend took us here for massage and he kept saying it's too expensive compared with NYC and NYC city tax is too expensive. Can't get both. As we walked it, the owner is super nice and offering water. We felt at ease and expecting even better experience during our hour and half massage. I will say it's up to the hype. I headed here for a clonic after three days of eating Thanksgiving Dinner leftovers and feeling sluggish with guilt. Massage Infinity is beautiful, clean and awesome vibes. It smells like eucalyptus and feels so serene like a Heavenly Spa! Staff member assisting me was very professional and my spa room decor was lovely and very sanitary. This is my fav massage spot in US now. I've been suffering this tailbone pain for a couple months. I talked to Victoria in the front desk and asked for a strong masseuse. Well I got what I wished for. I was only going to one hour but after she started, I felt this was not to be missed so I added 30 min on top of it. Mei might look small but boy she has tremendous amt of strength. She did check w me if her strength is ok. Being a massage junkie, I could take A LOT since I've been to all kind of Asian massages. She is knowledge of all the spots that need to be worked on. It felt like a knife scraping on my bone (in a good way but not everybody could take it). I almost tapped out.
