Everything was amazing! They were able to accommodate my last minute scheduling change. Upon arrival, I signed in on the iPad and specified my areas of focus by circling on the model. I was then taken to room 1 to disrobe. Because it's winter in Atlanta, my coat and work bag too up most of the room on the hooks, but I was able to store my clothing in the bottom drawer of the dresser. Honestly, the massage was one of the best I've had in a long time. She applied the right amount of pressure and helped crack some bones that were causing tension throughout my body. The hot stone/warm towel combo was great! After getting dressed, I was taken to the detox room at the front of the salon. I was given a neck warmer and my feet were placed in a basin with a detox machine. One of the best foot spas in the city.  I've only been twice but have enjoyed the service both times and would be willing to try a full body massage. Although they accept walk-ins they are very popular and a reservation is recommended. Prices are very affordable. There are a few parking spots in the front and there are spots directly behind the building, be careful, one way entering and exiting. I received a 60 minute foot massage for $50 and added sugar scrub for $10 more. The 60 minute foot massage includes head, shoulder, hands, arms, and back. My massage therapist was petite but had very strong hands. The stretch was exactly what I needed at the end. Feet feel so much better! read more

Lately, I have been in the gym consistently so my muscles was starting to feel sore. I saw that this place had good reviews so I gave them a try. I made a reservation a week in advance for 1pm full body massage and foot massage. There is free parking in the back of the establishment. I did communicate with the receptionist and informed her I would be like 5 minutes late. Due to gps I was able to locate this place and it's connected to a dry cleaners business. The place was nice and clean including the bathroom stall. My masseuse Andy was great and thorough he got all the kinks and aches out of my body. He even did hot stones and massage my back and feet with it. It was truly a relaxing experience and I will definitely be back. I would suggest anyone whose in the area to give this place a try. Today was my 3rd time going here but 2/3 times I have gotten John and he knows what he is doing. I received a 90 min deep tissue and Thai massage and both times it has been amazing. John has big hands and strong pressure the entire time. I came in without an appointment on a humid Thursday evening. I'd been on my feet all day and they were really swollen and in need of a good relaxing massage. All of the foot massage establishments and nail salons in the area were completely booked up for the day but luckily I walked into Ponce Feet Spa and was serviced immediately. As soon as I walked in I was given hand sanitizer and had my temperature checked. They require masks to enter and employees wear them as well. I was the only customer for the first half of my service which was nice. I chose the hour long massage which consisted of a foot soak, foot massage, and back & neck massage. As soon as I got settled in, I noticed how hot it was in the building so I asked if they had a small fan that could be placed beside my chair. The masseuse left the room to see what she could do. One if the other ladies turned on the air but unfortunately it didn't help much. My masseuse returned a few minutes later with a foot bath filled with warm water, a small bottle of room temperature water to drink, as well as a heated neck pillow...just the opposite of what I needed since it was already uncomfortably hot. Because of the ankle swelling I asked that the massage in that area be kept light, she agreed even though I had to remind her multiple times about the pressure throughout the massage. Despite these things she was very nice, thorough, and attentive during the service which is why I would give them another shot at business in the future. **Note: there are only 2 parking spaces dedicated to Ponce feet spa in the front facing Ponce de Leon but there is additional parking in the back of the building although you will have to park and walk back to the front which is a little of an inconvenience. read more

Even without the special the prices are great though, so don't worry. From the outside you don't know what you are exactly walking into, the plaza is small on the corner of Ponce and Boulevard right across from Cook Out. But once inside your perspective completely changes. Very neat, clean and calming ambiance... the staff is very very friendly and professional. Absolutely loved them. I'm a smaller build, my boyfriend is a bigger build and plays basketball but pressure levels for these ladies were no problem at all. We didn't have to say a thing and they checked on us the whole time. They even gave complimentary refreshments. We both left feeling incredible from the massages and entire experience. Well priced and got us in at the last minute. Thoroughly enjoyed the massages. The only thing they didn't offer that we normally get with foot reflexology is back massage, however, you can add that on for an extra charge. There were a lot of nice touches like hot stone, heated neck wrap, and hot towels. It was amazing and relaxing until an obscenely loud patron came in at the front desk and shattered our serenity. I wish the front desk staff would have rained her back in. The only other thing that I did not particularly enjoy is the very comfortable recliner's are made of leather or a leather type material and when the masseuse was rubbing against it it was pretty noisy. I made a same day appointment. The customer service was great and everyone was super friendly. I can't say it was the best massage. It was mediocre at best actually. My husband and I wanted a quick relaxation stop for our anniversary. We both agreed that while super accomplished, this place was nothing to write home about. We had two kids women who by their own admission were from Mexico. They communicated in Spanish until they found out I also spoke Spanish. The shoulder massage left much to be desired. The foot massage was too light for my taste and my masseuse in comparison to my husband's was a little too gentle. She could've just been trying to be cautious because I was/am pregnant, but I wish I could've had more pressure. Several times my masseuse got up and my husbands was still working. At the end she asked me to sit on the stool and put a humid towel on my back and just patted lightly. My boyfriend suggested going to get a massage today, so we looked on Yelp and found this place offered couple's massages. We called around 9:30 A.M. to see if we could make an appointment and to our surprise, the owner stated we could come in at 12:00 P.M. Once we arrived, the owner greeted us, took our temperatures, sprayed our hands with alcohol (COVID-19 precautions) and walked us to our room. Shortly after, our masseuse and masseur came in. They asked how we were doing, but didn't not introduce themselves. I would have liked them to be a little bit more personable. They did ask for our massage levels, but really that's it. I asked if the beds came with a heating pad, but there was slightly a language barrier and I don't think they understood what I was asking. During the massage, the pressure was great, hot stones were applied and a few stretches were incorporated. Once we checked out, they had hot tea waiting for us, which was a nice gesture. As I was getting ready to walk out, I was reading the menu. It states they will walk on your back during the massage, but it didn't happen during ours. I asked the owner about it and she stated you have to mention it. Next time we go, we will definitely mention it. Overall, the massage was good and we both felt relaxed afterwards. I have been getting massages for many years, the price and quality of this place is absolutely amazing. We did the 50 min foot massage and the staff is skilled and kind. They soak your feet, give you a shoulder/neck/arm massage and then do your scalp all before starting on your feet. They gave me a blanket and a warm compress for my shoulder while I had my feet done. Surprisingly AMAZING body massage. A true example of everything happens for a reason. I called every massage facility I could find in/around Atlanta this morning for a massage today or tomorrow. Every single one of them said they were fully booked for holiday (Valentine's) weekend. At the last minute, I noticed the "Feet Spa" also had body massages. At this point, I just needed something! They had all COVID precautions enforced upon arrival. Masks were worn and required, they sprayed my hands with sanitizer and checked my temp upon, and a plexi glass was up at the desk counter. The faculty was very clean. The Spa music was perfect! And the body massage....truly one of, if not the best massage I have ever had. I've traveled a lot and had a lot of high end massages. However, I've already booked my next massage here at the Ponce Feet Spa in a couple of weeks bc it is that AMAZING. If you do not red the other accessories, such as a sauna, etc, then I highly recommend this place! Super affordable too. Little did I know that this hidden gem was less than a mile from home.
