I've been here a few times now for a couple's massage and enjoyed it each time. The price is reasonable, the rooms are clean, and the people working here are polite. It's Asian owned so expect a slight language barrier when making an appointment. They also have a very varied services menu, anything from foot massage to Thai.

Lately, I have been in the gym consistently so my muscles was starting to feel sore. I saw that this place had good reviews so I gave them a try. I made a reservation a week in advance for 1pm full body massage and foot massage. There is free parking in the back of the establishment. I did communicate with the receptionist and informed her I would be like 5 minutes late. Due to gps I was able to locate this place and it's connected to a dry cleaners business. The place was nice and clean including the bathroom stall. My masseuse Andy was great and thorough he got all the kinks and aches out of my body. He even did hot stones and massage my back and feet with it. It was truly a relaxing experience and I will definitely be back. I would suggest anyone whose in the area to give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

Great place to get a massage of all kinds. Great service and amazing massages. They are very busy so I would recommend getting an appointment!

Today was my 3rd time going here but 2/3 times I have gotten John and he knows what he is doing. I received a 90 min deep tissue and Thai massage and both times it has been amazing. John has big hands and strong pressure the entire time. I don't mind being sore after because I know I always have big knots in my shoulders and lower back pain and I can take a lot of pressure so he is my go to, I tip him good because he deserves it! I also have always walked in but appointments for him are better cause he is booked.

There are 4 chairs in a room for foot massages. This is half of the room.

My friend and I had the absolute best massage. Isabella and Andy were the bomb. We both got 40 minute foot massages and it included a back massage, too. $40 for 40 minutes. They also hot tea and water. We called at 4 pm and was able to get an appointment for 4:30 pm. The facility was clean. Temperatures checks were done and sanitizer given upon arrival. I will be returning very soon.

I came in without an appointment on a humid Thursday evening. I'd been on my feet all day and they were really swollen and in need of a good relaxing massage. All of the foot massage establishments and nail salons in the area were completely booked up for the day but luckily I walked into Ponce Feet Spa and was serviced immediately. As soon as I walked in I was given hand sanitizer and had my temperature checked. They require masks to enter and employees wear them as well. I was the only customer for the first half of my service which was nice. I chose the hour long massage which consisted of a foot soak, foot massage, and back & neck massage. As soon as I got settled in, I noticed how hot it was in the building so I asked if they had a small fan that could be placed beside my chair. The masseuse left the room to see what she could do. One if the other ladies turned on the air but unfortunately it didn't help much. My masseuse returned a few minutes later with a foot bath filled with warm water, a small bottle of room temperature water to drink, as well as a heated neck pillow...just the opposite of what I needed since it was already uncomfortably hot. Because of the ankle swelling I asked that the massage in that area be kept light, she agreed even though I had to remind her multiple times about the pressure throughout the massage. Despite these things she was very nice, thorough, and attentive during the service which is why I would give them another shot at business in the future. **Note: there are only 2 parking spaces dedicated to Ponce feet spa in the front facing Ponce de Leon but there is additional parking in the back of the building although you will have to park and walk back to the front which is a little of an inconvenience.

Great prices and responsive to messages. Oversized chairs, comfy for reflexology. Nice ambiance (music and lighting fit for relaxation). Located in midtown, literally right at a bus stop. Be sure to walk the two blocks from this locale to the Ponce City Market. Great food, cool vibe.

I had an amazing experience at Ponce Feet Spa! Went for a couples massage because of a check in special that Yelp was offering, gotta love Yelp perks... and we were both more than pleased! Even without the special the prices are great though, so don't worry. From the outside you don't know what you are exactly walking into, the plaza is small on the corner of Ponce and Boulevard right across from Cook Out. But once inside your perspective completely changes. Very neat, clean and calming ambiance... the staff is very very friendly and professional. Absolutely loved them. I'm a smaller build, my boyfriend is a bigger build and plays basketball but pressure levels for these ladies were no problem at all. We didn't have to say a thing and they checked on us the whole time. They even gave complimentary refreshments. We both left feeling incredible from the massages and entire experience. Will definitely be back again!

Hallway to the treatment rooms.

Well priced and got us in at the last minute. Thoroughly enjoyed the massages. The only thing they didn't offer that we normally get with foot reflexology is back massage, however, you can add that on for an extra charge. There were a lot of nice touches like hot stone, heated neck wrap, and hot towels. It was amazing and relaxing until an obscenely loud patron came in at the front desk and shattered our serenity. I wish the front desk staff would have rained her back in. The only other thing that I did not particularly enjoy is the very comfortable recliner's are made of leather or a leather type material and when the masseuse was rubbing against it it was pretty noisy. All in all enjoyed and will definitely come back.

They have SO MANY options for services! It's great!!

I'm writing an update to my 2020 review because I gave the spa an opportunity to address this…read moreconcern directly before posting publicly. In January, I took the time to write a thoughtful and professional message and electronically send it. When I arrived for my February appointment, I realized I had not received a response. I printed the message and hand-delivered it to the staff. One staff member verbally acknowledged, "Yeah, we received it." Now, as I prepare for my March appointment, I still have not received any response. As noted in my original review, I have been a loyal customer since 2020 and schedule my appointments for the entire year in advance. My massage therapy journey began in college after a physician referral, and it has remained an important part of my wellness routine ever since. I value my relationship with my massage therapist just as I value relationships with my physicians and hairstylists. Jordan knows my body well, and I feel comfortable in his care. To be clear, this review does not reflect the majority of the staff. Many are consistently kind and professional, such as Amour. This feedback is directed toward the staff who appear dismissive and unwilling to provide a professional response to reasonable customer feedback. While booking my 2026 monthly appointments, I noticed yet another price increase. The 90-minute deep tissue massage increased from $155 to $180 -- approximately a 16% increase. I did not request any price adjustment or special accommodation. I simply scheduled a 60-minute deep tissue massage at the current $140 rate. My only request was that the spa consider announcing annual price increases in advance. In the past, staff have called to acknowledge feedback, which I appreciated. I expected the same professional courtesy this time. I am not asking for the owner to contact me -- simply a professional acknowledgment. This seems reasonable considering the spa regularly sends emails and newsletters with other announcements. A former employee mentioned the spa has been under new management since I began coming in 2020. If expecting basic communication and professionalism is unrealistic, then perhaps my loyalty as a long-standing customer is also being taken for granted. Supporting a business should never feel like your voice is dismissed and doesn't matter.

After a week of hard skiing, and getting ready for mountaineering trips, I needed someone to really prep my body for life, and Elyse was a godsend. Very rarely do I find someone with the combination of strength and body awareness to really give me the deep pressure and the right bodywork. Basically, I felt like a brand new person after walking out. Real talk - I might actually visit my sister in Atlanta more just so I can come back for an awesome massage. If you are do a lot of physical activity, and need recovery, Elyse is your answer that you been waiting for!

The regular prices are way too high for me. But I figured I would give it a try because it's right by my home. It was my mistake that I arrived a couple minutes late, but I did have a bit of trouble finding the space. When I got there, it looked to be closed. I called the number on my confirmation email twice and got no answer. I was about to leave when Elise walked up and greeted me. She did give me a full hour of massaging anyway, so no complaints there. I definitely should have arrived at least 5 minutes early, though! About the massage. The website indicated that deep tissue would cost more, but it was plenty "deep" and rough, as is. Elise did, of course, ask me to let her know if it was ever too much, but I don't like to give alot of critique during massages; I like to let them do their thing as much as possible. But I did have to speak up when it felt like she was repeatedly kneading a softball into my neck!! Some people may love massages like that, but it was honestly far too painful for me. She had some moves where it felt like I was being choked and when she kneading into my scalp, I was wincing in pain. I get that I'm tight and she was just trying to loosen it, but it was just way, way too much pressure! And I am usually one to love deep tissue massages!! When I had no choice but to say that it was too much, she came completely off of my neck instead of just going lighter, which is what I was afraid would happen. Another thing that didn't really jive with me was how much heat and oils she used. I don't really need all that stuff; I'd rather the focus be more on the massage, itself. I was relieved when she finally removed a pile of heating pads that she had stacked onto my back! Even though most of it was not my thing, I think Elise is very nice and caring and talented at what she does! It's also a really nice, private setting. And lots of people will appreciate how strong she is! And yes, I could have taken the time to keep telling her it was too much, but again, I don't like to interfere too much with the therapist's flow.
