Best spa in Atlanta! The atmosphere is peaceful, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely come back again.

There was a big sense of community among everyone that was there, which I appreciated. I wish that they would've asked if I had any injuries, because I do have a pretty significant lower back injury that I know how to modify for but was corrected on a couple things for. Other than that, things were great!

I consistently attend both the HIST and Body Work classes, and the programming is challenging, effective, and always different. Beyond the incredible workouts, the community at Bach is second to none. It's a supportive and motivating group of people who make coming to class something I look forward to every day. The biggest factor in my success, however, has to be the coaches. A huge thank you to Nathan, Johnny, Jermaine, and Howie. They are all incredibly knowledgeable, have a deep understanding of human movement, and truly care about helping you improve. They cheer you on, push you to be better, and create an environment where you can succeed. If you're in Atlanta and looking for a gym that delivers amazing results and has a fantastic community, you have to check out Bach Fitness

Parking is a bit hard because the plaza itself is just extremely busy. They have additional parking on a hill that looks like a far walk but there are stairs that make it a lot easier. It's a no frills place, not super fancy. The room we were in was small but not super cramped with 2 massage tables. They really do a good full body starting with you laying on your stomach. They do your back, shoulders, neck, legs as well as a hot stone. Warning because they didn't tell us: the hot stones after being on your back on top of a cloth is then used to rub your legs and back/shoulders. And it was still hot lol. After that they flip you over and do your scalp, arms, legs and some pressure points on the face. They gave us a small water bottle on the way out. Everyone was very friendly! I recommend calling in advance for a reservation and paying in cash if you don't want that credit card fee that they charge (like 3%?). And if you prefer someone strong, tell them that when you make the reservation.

Parking lot can be difficult to get into during Brunch hours. I got there a little late because it took 10 minutes to get into the parking lot. They got to me immediately. The massage can be a little random. Be sure to tell them the type of massage you want. If not, they will give you whatever they feel like. Sometimes it is a pleasant surprise and other times it can be disappointing. This place never asks what type of massage you want. They ask for the length of time and they always massage the full time but they wing the type of massage. I got a mixture of everything. Hot stones, deep tissue, and Swedish. Still a good experience but I have experienced better.

I did get a little confused when I first scheduled my appointment because I wasn't aware that I needed to use MindBody, but a quick phone call to the office cleared things up! Everyone was extremely friendly and I was pleasantly surprised by the additional supplements that they have for sale in the lobby & waiting area. Parking can be a little bit hectic but you can park on Shadowlawn. I believe the woman at the desk told me that there is additional parking near a police station nearby but I would call to clarify because I may have misheard. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I look forward to continuing my treatment with Dr. Mahla!

I am getting acupuncture from Dr. Yang for my sciatica and hypothyroid and it's really helping me. My reiki sessions with Mayuri have been profound. The raindrop massage and castor oil treatment with the jade roller bed was so therapeutic. The place is beautiful, like you are walking into a sanctuary. The prices are so reasonable - Mayuri and her team are so committed to your healing so they have kept the cost to where anyone can afford it. You can buy a 5 package deal where most of the therapies are $100 per session. I was looking for a place for my healing journey and I have found it.
