Came here with my boyfriend not too long ago and really liked them! ***LOCATION*** The parking is pretty limited and we may or may not have been parked at the restaurant in front. It's like one small lot with buildings on three sides surrounding the lot and the massage place is in the building on the left up stairs. ***ATMOSPHERE*** The inside is very calm, nice and clean! ***STAFF*** The staff are so nice and you definitely feel very comfortable with them. They made sure and told us to let them know if they were applying too much pressure, etc. And they did a great job. They didn't speak too much or ask questions. I think they just asked like once if it was okay and it was. So it was very relaxing and a great experience. ***PRICE*** 100$ a person is very reasonable for an hour massage, especially in Buckhead! I know my parents massage place way out in the middle of no where in Monroe also charges 100$ and they're not even in a big city. ***CONCLUSION*** Will definitely be back! read more

I love this massage place. I have had several incredible treatments, but none better than Michael and Lauren. They are stellar and top-notch! read more

Booked a couples massage while on a weekend trip to Atlanta. My female therapist was awesome! Sorry I can't remember her name. She worked hard on me which I appreciate greatly - I'm a big guy with tense muscles. My wife's male therapist was good but she feels like he didn't listen and cover all the areas that she requested. - but she felt like it was a good massage. Her could have been outstanding like mine with a little more conversation. read more

I came to the Sandy Springs location (Barfield Rd) of the Buckhead massage company and LOVED my experience. I haven't gotten a ton of massages in my life, but this was definitely my favorite. The woman who I saw, Michelle, was awesome! An hour long massage is super thorough and plenty of time in my opinion. She was thoughtful with my injuries and so wonderful. This place was extremely clean, professional, and luxurious. When I get another massage, I'll come back. read more

Verona was terrific. I went in for an hour deep tissue massage and wanted to relieve muscle tension from exercise and an injury a couple years back. What I got was the best message and advice from my therapist. She was able to detect and work on the needed areas. The salon itself seemed quaint, peaceful and professional. The location and signage were a small challenge but once inside felt comfortable. The room was kinda small but enough space for what was needed. The warm message table was the bomb! I need one of those at home. While I have had head to toe messages before this excluded glands but I preferred she work on my tight Glutes and Piriformis syndrome. I would go again soon if not leaving the area; however I plan to send my mom for her birthday gift if not sooner. When back in the area I will go again. Four stars for the location but a five star experience. read more

Very relaxing and refreshing massage. Michael was so professional and skilled as a masseuse. I highly recommend.

I really enjoyed it! I had a gentlemen's facial, with enzyme exfoliation and microderm for $145. I think the quality of service was exceptional. That alone at this price point would make me come back again and again. The location was warm and inviting, not what you would expect from the outside, so I was pleasantly surprised. Careful, parking might be tough on some days. read more

Buckhead Massage Company was easily the best massage I have had. We got a couples massage and I got a deep tissue massage while my partner got a Swedish massage. Before you start, you fill out a form with problem areas and preferences. I marked that I wanted it to be firm while my partner wanted medium pressure. They were perfect with the pressure and made sure we were comfortable. The heated tables were also game changing and everything from start to finish was fantastic. read more

My guy and I got couples massages with Jeff and Shakara. The receptionist was amazing when I called to schedule and super sweet in person. The massages were horrible. Jeff has terrible bedside manner - just plain grumpy. When asked about areas of attention I mentioned my hip. He was so aggressive it actually hurt for weeks after. Shakara was breathing so hard I thought my guy fell asleep and was snoring but it was her. Providing a spa massage with snoring loud breaths... Does that sound relaxing? It wasn't. Neither of the massages were relaxing. Months later we start receiving promo emails... I guess they started an email and text newsletter and added us to them since we visited. We only gave our emails for confirmation of appointment. Not sure if they know it's illegal to use consumer information for anything other than the specific reason the consumer gave it to you for but it prompted this review months later. The audacity to give horrible massages then text/ email us everyday 6 months later. Terrible. Going to woodhouse. I chose not to mention it - wasn't worth the time. Never asked for management support. Using my yelp account to inform others of my experience per the terms of use. I wrote this review for the audacity - no one cared about our service enough to follow-up and vice versa. Not only is it illegal to use a persons info for anything other than the "specific purpose" they gave but it lacks integrity... lol for 22 years. read more

Wow, this place is great. Easy parking (no garage parking necessary). Scheduling was a breeze, be mindful that they will need a deposit for an appointment. We booked a 90 minute couple massage with Verona and Shaquis and it was great! We were raving about the massages all night. Temperature of room was good, it was dark with soft music playing. Deep tissue was firm with hot towels. My only recommendation for improvement is not to wash linens during the massage as it can be heard in the couple massage room. At one point during dryer cycle, my massage table was vibrating! We will be back for two hour massages. read more

If you're thinking of booking a massage here, just do it! I was visiting atlanta and staying in the buckhead area and decided to book a 90 min deep tissue massage. I had Verona and she was amazing! She was really nice and explained everything really well and also made me feel comfortable. I've had some massages where the pressure was weak - I definitely want to feel like my body had some work done otherwise it's a waste of money! My problem area is always my upper back/shoulders/neck and verona worked on those areas like a pro! The pressure was perfect - firm and strong. Definitely left feeling relaxed! The space itself and the shopping center it's located in is nice and clean. It's located on the second floor, suite 7! read more

We have been to the BMC multiple times and we don't even live in Atlanta. When we come we always book a massage and there is a reason. As seasoned travelers we have had massages all over the world. We always say BMC has some kind of special magic. Coco gave me my massage today and it was phenomenal. She was so in tune with my body and my pain points. The pressure was perfect. She was so attentive and thorough. We will be back again. Their couples massage is a good value for 90 minutes of bliss. read more

This is for the Sandy Springs location. I know it sounds weird/redundant to comment on the cleanliness of a massage place, because it's kind of a given they should be clean, but this place is IMMACULATE. I mean SPOTLESS. Given that this was my first time here, this made a fantastic first impression. Speaking of first impressions, the staff member at the front desk was professional and kind and knowledgeable. Now the massage itself. I did a 1 hr 15 min full body and added a 45 min foot and leg massage. It was just absolutely top quality. Fantastic. Massage therapist Richard actually reviewed my paperwork with me (most places ignore it), and also checked with me often about the pressure. Again, weird to comment on something that should be a given, but I was especially impressed with his draping techniques. He used my body weight to hold down the tucked sheet, which made it feel very secure. It was just a unique, effective technique. I've had tons of massages and this was the best draping I've ever had. Best of all, when I walked out, I actually felt normal. I suffer from chronic stiffness in my upper back and shoulders this massage actually got it all out, which is difficult to do. I will most definitely be back. I quit going to Treat Your Feet because honestly the experience has declined over the years - it's way too loud, front desk staff in both locations can be downright dismissive and rude, and the quality is not what it was five years ago. I have been looking for a new place to go, and Buckhead Massage Company is it. Top notch staff, quality massage therapy, and a clean, super quiet facility. Absolutely no complaints. read more

As the piano music played, April played a symphony all over my body ( " .")! She popped and massages ALL of my pain. I felt like a delicate puff pastry dough being made into a beautiful treat to eat with a dash of confectionary sugar sprinkles on top. You think I'm kidding ( ' -' ). I can see why they are rated #1 in ATLANTA!! Holy mother of the stars I'm coming back to them, EVERY. TIME. So, keep that massage table warm for me April, because I'll be back no doubt lol! I don't even wanna be touched by another human right now, because I just want to marinate in this feeling ( = .=). What was done: * Couple's Massage * Duration: 1 HR ( ' 0') don't forget to tip!! #PassesOut read more

First time here and it is amazing. I saw Kristen who is just a magic worker. I have been having back issues and she completely worked them out. She was so friendly and the massage is perfect. Felt like I was with an old friend, highly recommend it! read more

I've had massages for decades from Los Angeles to Dallas to Florida and I was delighted and felt comfortable with Michael after the first 3 minutes. His therapeutic massage for my neck and shoulders was amazing and I left feeling so relaxed, pain free and more mobility around my neck. I wished we were staying in Atlanta longer - Id book another massage with him! I loved the warmed pad, music and dark room. Thank you Michael! read more

New and clean facility with nice staff. It was also great receiving a 25% discount. However, I asked for a deep tissue massage and got a gentle Swedish massage. No firm pressure throughout the entire 90 minutes. Thank goodness it was the same price. read more

Called for a last minute appointment (literally within an hour) and the team was extremely accommodating. I got a Swedish massaged mixed in with some specific muscle work and it was absolutely incredible. I suffer from severe back spasms and Gigi, the masseuse, was aware of this and was very in tune to my pain. This salon is a hidden gem and I'm so glad I found it. Definitely will continue going. A very nice, small, & clean facility. Thank you for working so quickly with me and giving me an incredible massage! read more

The Buckhead Massage - Massage Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

This is my favorite hidden gem of a massage spot. Sure, we can all go to Spa Sydell, but I kind of like the non-hoopla, no pressure atmosphere of this tiny place hidden off of Piedmont Road. I tend to hold all of my tension in my neck and upper back and I've been absolutely delighted with the four masseuses I've visited here. Once, I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep - it doesn't get much better than that! They offer 60- and 90-minute sessions as well as gift certificates. Next time you need a hands-on session that will leave you calm and rejuvenated, check them out. read more

Fantastic service!!! We went for a couples massage. We had Casey and Katie. They both were very friendly! My husband and I were very pleased with the massage! They Both asked did we have any special requests and also anything we didn't want done. The massages were EXCELLENT!! Both to my liking. My hubby was snoring so I know he really enjoyed his massage lol. As far as covid protocols I say them constantly wiping and constantly making sure things were appropriate for covid. Everyone had on masks and they got you back to your room right away. Highly recommended!! read more

Today Friday 13th my wife and I had a Maturity couples package( full body). My massage was actually awesome but the reason I scheduled the massage was my wife is 7 months pregnant and she was complaining about her feet swelling up and lower back pains. Her technician did not touch her feet at all. I'm horrible upset after I tipped $50 cash. I want a full refund because now I have to do her feet at home after I paid $250 dollars total read more

If I could have given no stars, I would have. I booked a massage for Monday, Sept. 27 at 6:00 pm. I confirmed this with the receptionist and put it on my work calendar. On Monday, I arrived at 5:50. The door was locked. Another woman had arrived as well for her appointment at 6:00. Both she and I called the phone number, and we were both told that a "Cynthia" would show up to open up the door. After calling back a second time when someone had not arrived by 6:15, I was also told that "Cynthia" would call me back. She never called me. In addition, during the second phone call, it was discovered that although an appointment was noted for me in the system, I was never put on the calendar!! I was told that Cynthia would call me about this. Then, around 6:20, Tonya finally appeared to let us in. When I told Tonya what the receptionist had told me about my appointment, Tonya brought me to her computer and confirmed that I was in their system and booked for an appointment for September 27 at 6:00 pm. However, she saw that the appointment had not been put on the calendar and that the therapist with whom I had been booked, Stephanie, was a therapist who had not been with the company for a while!!! Tonya was very polite and apologetic, took my information IN A HANDWRITTEN NOTE TO MARIA, and gave me a business card for The Buckhead Massage Company with "Maria Ilieva" on it. She told me that Maria would call me the next day, Tuesday, September 28, and remedy the situation. On Tuesday, September 28, Maria did not call me. On Wednesday, September 29, I called at 8:50 am to talk to Maria. I was told that she was not there b/c she did not get into the office until 10. I left a message and asked her to call me. At 11:00, after not hearing back, I called again to speak with Maria. I was told that she was "unavailable" so I asked to speak to someone else. The receptionist referred me to "Cynthia" and told me she would leave a message with Cynthia. In addition to making me and another woman wait for 20 minutes for a 6pm massage, this company also failed to contact me after a mix-up on their part. Now, after two phone calls to them, I get the distinct feeling that they're giving me the run-around. I do not appreciate this type of customer service, and I do not think that this is the type of business that Groupon should feature. FYI, Tonya told me that the same thing had happened to another person on Monday (the mix-up by My Receptionist, the reception company that Buckhead Massage Company uses). I saw the handwritten note that Tonya addressed to Maria containing this other person's information and my information. Given that this was not an isolated problem, The Buckhead Massage Company should have taken care of this by now. Bottom line Atlanta: STAY AWAY! Go someplace that actually cares about customer service. It's worth the extra dollars. (and from some of the other reviews on here, the massages aren't that great) read more

I went here because I had a Groupon. I had absolutely no problems scheduling an appointment to use my Groupon or actually using my Groupon. This is a very small office, sort of tucked away in the back of a building on Piedmont in Buckhead. But, they have a parking lot in back and a back entrance so it was very easy to get in and out. The office is pretty no-frills. I had an appointment with Jaimyn and he was the only one in the office when I got there. He had me fill out the forms and then I was in right away. There was music in the massage room, which was calming, but they definitely don't go for that spa vibe (which is fine with me). My massage was great. I told him the one spot that was sore and he worked on that and then just general relaxation. My sort spot felt completely better when I left and has been fine since. Jaimyn is also a personal trainer so we discussed some workout things while he was starting the massage and he also gave his opinion on Reiki and other things I asked about. It was definitely a great effective massage and I did not think it was too deep at all. Even without a Groupon, I think their rates are pretty reasonable. I would definitely return here and I would recommend Jaimyn. read more

I found this place a few months ago and was very impressed with the service and the price was fantastic for a 90 minute massage. I have only had massage treatments from Verona but am sure the others are great. I'm a long distance runner and Veronica did an amazing job working through some serious tough spots. They also use BioFreeze which is very therapeutic for sore muscles. I can't say enough positive things about my experience here and definitely recommend if you want a great massage and aren't wanting to spend a fortune to get it. read more

I had my first massage at BMC today, and long story short: I'll be back. First thing you need to know: the entrance is in the back. The space is pretty small, but has a relaxed feeling and very peaceful. My masseur was friendly, eager to hear where I needed attention and what type of massage I was looking for. Admittedly, it was my first deep tissue experience but man...I feel about 100x better. The only thing I would change is that it was like a sauna in there. Good lord...I think I lost a few pounds just sweating. Bikram massage? Great price, nice staff, decent atmosphere, no pretension. What more do you want? read more

I've had massages, and being in town for a few weeks for work, it's always a gamble finding a place when you need a quick fix. I found BMC online, and called to book an appointment for that evening. Well, it was more than I could have expected! Not only was the reception warm and inviting, but I had an amazing experience. The massage was firm, and my therapist listened to my verbal cues and my breathing to release tension that had been building for weeks. It's a beautiful thing when you find a therapist who enjoys her craft and my only wish is that this place existed in Chicago! I'll be back every time I visit Atlanta! read more

I received a massage from The Buckhead Massage company as a birthday gift. I did not know what to expect and before I went inside I actually was nervous about a "deep tissue" massage. This was my first real massage ever. It is an office space converted into a quiet and simple relaxation space. It was wonderful! Relaxing, comfortable, and completely awesome. I was in a happy dizzy haze between dream land and complete exhilaration from feeling the knots slip out of my shoulders. It is a hidden gem in the city. It feels like a secret club. You slip in through the back and go upstairs to a quiet little room for and awesome massage and slip back out to your car. I loved it! It is a secret club, for everyone who wants a great massage for a reasonable price... read more

Birthday gift - I was very thankful for a massage gift, but the actual massage was absolutely the best. I can't say enough about Michael! I walked in with "lots of knots" and came out loose and happy. So much so that I only used half of my gift and will be using second half soon! read more
