I love the HIIT class held here. The venue is also posh and fully equipped with all the amenities you would need to get ready for work (following a satisfying workout class ). Absolutely worth giving a try!

Amazing workout! My friend and I came here on ClassPass & tried out the HITT class. I will start by saying that I have done every workout you can imagine. I'm what a housewife is to HSN to fitness trends...I'm just always looking for the next best thing to sweat to. We were greeted by several friendly staff members and welcomed to their beautiful studio. It was very cool, modern, and super clean. We headed downstairs after receiving a towel and met with the instructor. He was super dope and had great energy and showed us around all of the equipment and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. The class had a solid warm-up that felt like a workout without overdoing it. I felt like we really paced self into the full workout which was a really good workout! Great attention to all participants. If anyone's form ever looked questionable they were catered to and given proper instructions. This is rare. Too many trainers are allowing injuries but not here. Kudos. This class had everything. From spinning to running to weightlifting and some TRX. It was a total body scorcher and I really enjoyed it. We will definitely return. They also have meditation and yoga. I'd love to give everything a try. Enjoy and go hard!

No.. not unless you are already a member at Club Studio of course :) Parking: Can definitely get tight on the weekends due to Costco, but is plentiful when I go at 5am lol. Parking garage nearby! Literally my second home at this point! I love the Club and how welcoming all the staff is from the front desk to the instructors. Still need to try the sauna! I come early in the morning so it's always clean and organized well and just a nice place to escape. I also legit have never taken a class I haven't liked! Each instructor brings their own vibe so I enjoy finding a favorite and sticking with them! Sasha at Hyrox? Amazing. Dannielle teaching Hot Pilates? Amazing. Yes, the classes do book fast but more often than not you do get a spot off the waitlist which is lovely.

The parking lot can get very crowded, especially when Costco is open but I was always able to find a spot. The gym brings a lot of energy by playing music outside and having very friendly and helpful staff at the front. Even though I went during prime morning hours, both during the week and on the weekend, the gym was never super crowded which made working out even better. I signed up for a different class each day I went. The CS4 and Hyrox classes were the most difficult, in terms of getting a good workout and sweat in, whereas the rebound and reform classes were great for active recovery and strength training. I signed up for all the classes at the beginning of the week and did not have any problem getting into the ones I wanted. The gym itself is really nice. It seems very new, with all new and clean equipment. The cardio machines are located upstairs with the majority of the functional training, weights, machines, and other workout areas on the main level. They have a basketball court and a recovery area. As far as I could tell, the basketball court is included but the recovery area costs extra. I did try the recovery area and it is very nice. They have compression lounges, cryotherapy, hydro massages, and red light therapy. I am unsure on the pricing of these but I very much enjoyed the hydro massage and compression lounge. The locker rooms are fully equipped with built-in, easy to use locks on the lockers; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers; and lotion and hair dryers. They also provide towels and have a sauna. The showers have great pressure and heat up almost instantly. Overall, the gym is extremely nice and worth the cost for having classes, a basketball court, and new equipment if you're looking for a nicer gym to go to.

This is the one & only place that I truly believe a 5 star rating just isn't enough! Where do I…read morestart.. This may be a long one so buckle up. First and foremost, I am just your average chick in the sense that I do NOT habitually workout, count my calories, meal prep, etc. I did have a membership at LA Fitness for 3 years (2015-2017) but was really only actively using it for 1 year so I finally made the decision to cancel it. I first step foot into this box July 4, 2017 when my boyfriend invited me to come to their post-WOD ("workout of the day") BBQ. I literally only came for the food, sorry! At the time I still held a membership at LA Fitness and had absolutely NO intentions of committing to another gym; Especially not CrossFit. But of course everyone urged me to give it a try and I left that day with the mindset that CrossFit was a cult (lol). [...Fast forward to March 2018 when the 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games were going on...] My boyfriend asked me to come to the box with him every Friday this month to record his WODs and so I did. On the last week of March, he spontaneously bought me a Groupon for their Fundamentals class ($32) and the rest was history... I've never found a fitness program that I enjoyed until I started CrossFit. Reasons why I love this program (and why it works for me): *Your WOD is created for you & released on their app (Wodify) 8PM the night before so you never have to pre-plan before coming. Plus, they're typically only 15-30mins long but it'll get your HR way up there bc of its style of HIIT. *You always work out in groups/classes which is motivating when you feel like stopping mid-workout but everyone around you is still going strong. Everyone is also so welcoming & full of encouragement! *If there is an exercise that you are unable to do, there is always a scaled version of it or some type of exercise you can do to work on those targeted muscles. *There is always a coach present to stretch you out as a group, ensure everyone warms up properly, & guide you throughout the WOD/correct your form if necessary. *They have a great sound system & nothing is better during a workout than music drowning out the sound of your pain. More about the Groupon Deal: Fundamental classes start at the beginning of every month. Classes are MWT @ 7:30PM for the first 4 weeks. You will then graduate to the intermediate class which you will be allowed to attend for the following 2 weeks and decide if you would like to purchase a membership. You get a cool swag bag for joining which includes free monthly body composition analysis at Max Nutrition. More about CrossFit Valitus: Classes are offered 6 days/week (Monday-Saturday) with M-F at 6AM, 7AM, 12PM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM, and 6:30PM and Saturday at 9AM or 10AM. Some Saturdays are partner workouts to which you're more than welcome to bring a friend/family member as long as they're familiar with the WOD's exercises. They're also open on Sundays at 12PM as an open gym so you can come and work on any exercise that needs improvement. Oh, did I mention you get access to Dynamo's Swim Club!? Lastly, there are currently 4 coaches and every single one of them is awesome in their own way. *Crystal--The owner and awesome fundamentals instructor *Art--The head coach who's great at making sure you're stretched out for you WOD and trains our triathlon team *Rene--Beast crossfitter who also holds flexibility and strength training classes a few times a week *Isa--Best WOD DJ and motivator since she Rx's just about every workout (sometimes 2-3x/day!) Whew, that was a long one but I warned you! I know CrossFit may seem intimidating and even scary to the average person but don't knock it till you try it. It's only been a little over 2 months for me and I've already seen changes within my body and PR'd more exercises than I could even count. I'll end off with this quote: "A year from now you will wish you had started today"

We mainly came just for the pool, so I didn't get the full chance to utilize everything the gym had to offer. The locker rooms and the pool were really nice though. When we arrived to the pool, we grabbed some drinks at the pool bar and noticed there was a DJ playing. There were many lounge chairs scattered throughout the pool area, but it wasn't too busy, so we were able to find a good spot to sit. We were both with our wives, so there were 4 of us. We had some snacks and drank by the pool. While I did love my visit here, I would never sign up to be a member, as monthly memberships are $200+ which in my opinion is quite steep. While using the women's locker room/rejuvenation area at Life Time Fitness Buckhead, I was completely naked when a male contractor entered the space. I was fully exposed. There was no warning given to me that allowed time to dress, cover myself, or leave the area. No announcement reached me. No safeguard protected me. Whatever policies Life Time claims to have, they failed in real time -- because the result was my total exposure. What happened next was just as disturbing. Instead of taking accountability, management focused on defending "procedure." I was essentially told that everything was done properly -- despite the fact that I was left naked in front of a man. That alone tells me this situation was not taken seriously. Then, the next day, someone attempted to break into my home and sexually assault me. I am stating this plainly because context matters. At this point, it is unknown whether there is any connection between these events. That uncertainty is exactly why this should have been handled with urgency, care, and seriousness. Instead, my concerns were minimized, and I was left feeling unsafe -- not only as a member, but as a woman. I should not have had to escalate this. I should not have had to involve corporate or law enforcement just to be heard. A gym locker room is supposed to be one of the most protected private spaces. Life Time Buckhead failed to protect mine, and then failed again by dismissing the impact. Privacy is not a "process." Safety is not a script. Dignity is not negotiable. Based on my experience, Life Time Buckhead did not uphold any of these. Mike the GM is a sorry somebody.
