While on my morning walk I saw people leaving out of the space with smiles on their faces and sweaty. I'd asked one of the guests what they thought about the class and what format it was and they said they loved it. So when I went inside and started talking to the front desk staff I quickly learned that this was a mega former and treadmill class. Whaaaaaaat, how cool and how challenging. I was instantly intrigued and had to take a class. On top of that, the studio was beautiful with a whole storefront at the entrance. Here's what I loved and didn't love as much during my visit, + the studio was walkable for me and easy to get to + they have a wide range of athletic brands, including SPANX! + front desk staff and instructors were very friendly + I liked the format and flow of the class + the self paced treadmills were awesome + we received complimentary eye masks this day + I scored 2 Beyond Yoga tank tops for $25 each + enjoyed the playlist during class + loved the lighting changing with the intensity of class There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the studio or class. I believe the class was $35 which is right in line with a standard workout class especially one with expensive equipment. I'm looking forward to coming back to Atlanta just so I can go to a sculpt house class lol

If you take a total body class, you'll also spend time on the treadmill. The pace of the class helps you run longer distances that you wouldn't have otherwise thought you could do! As a non-runner, it helps keep me accountable to running and being a little more active throughout my day. They are also on classpass if you'd like to try it out!

While the gym is pretty decent for the most part: lots of machines, spread-out, saunas, lockers, etc...much of the place looked kind of rundown. So many areas were undergoing construction. In the gym AND the locker rooms. It looks like a really nice gym upon first glance, but it's fairly rundown inside. I arrived close to 6, and then close to 7, a worker tapped my shoulder and told me they close at 7. Upon arriving for the first time, this same worker didn't tell me what time the club closed at all. While he did give me a tour of the place and told me about the gym, he forgot to mention the important detail that it closed at 7. Regardless, I still had a pretty good workout. If they could just do some cleanup and renovate a little quicker, I would've given this review 1-2 more stars. But until the fix the fact that this placed looks rundown and beat-up inside, it will stay 3 stars. There is plenty of parking in front of the club which is nice. It's also free. It's attached to Lenox Mall, so plenty of parking. I don't know if I would come back until renovations were complete.

I needed to lose about 100lbs to be in a healthy weight range and decided to get professional help. I met with several trainers and decided on Be Pro Fit in the end. I like the variation in the workout and the candor between Jay and his clients. I've been training with Be Pro Fit for about four months and I've lost 40lbs. I was struggling with weight management and ultimately, motivation and accountability as it relates to my workouts. I decided to look for a professional to help me figure out my workout routine and found Jay through searches in my local area. After reading through his reviews and speaking with Jay, I decided to sign on for a 12 week personal training program 3 times a week. After about 6 weeks of working out with Jay and following his diet plan, the transformation I've gone through is phenomenal. I've felt better and stronger than ever before, my strength has grown exponentially, and I'm actually excited to work out each day. Not to mention, I'm actually shrinking my waist line each week. Jay constantly challenges and pushes me to be the best version of myself in each and every work out. Without fail, I start each workout wondering if I'm going to make it through the session, and end the workout amazed at what I accomplished. Jay's always receptive to my questions, modifies his workouts to adjust for how I'm feeling that day (soreness) and is overall a kind and thoughtful person. They say the people you surround yourself with say a lot about you, and I'm extremely proud to say that I have Jay on my "life team". I would highly recommend Jay to anyone and everyone who is looking for transformation. Excited to continue to train with Jay and challenge myself!
