One of the more affordable places for a massage, they offered a $140 couples massage that we did on a weekday for 60 mins. Parking is a bit hard because the plaza itself is just extremely busy. They have additional parking on a hill that looks like a far walk but there are stairs that make it a lot easier. It's a no frills place, not super fancy. The room we were in was small but not super cramped with 2 massage tables. They really do a good full body starting with you laying on your stomach. They do your back, shoulders, neck, legs as well as a hot stone. Warning because they didn't tell us: the hot stones after being on your back on top of a cloth is then used to rub your legs and back/shoulders. And it was still hot lol. After that they flip you over and do your scalp, arms, legs and some pressure points on the face. They gave us a small water bottle on the way out. Everyone was very friendly! I recommend calling in advance for a reservation and paying in cash if you don't want that credit card fee that they charge (like 3%?). And if you prefer someone strong, tell them that when you make the reservation. read more

This place is right down the street from me. I have been coming here for about 2 years now. They are also very affordable. 90 minute massage was only $90 before tax and tip. Parking lot can be difficult to get into during Brunch hours. I got there a little late because it took 10 minutes to get into the parking lot. They got to me immediately. The massage can be a little random. Be sure to tell them the type of massage you want. If not, they will give you whatever they feel like. Sometimes it is a pleasant surprise and other times it can be disappointing. This place never asks what type of massage you want. They ask for the length of time and they always massage the full time but they wing the type of massage. I got a mixture of everything. Hot stones, deep tissue, and Swedish. 6 months later I am leaving this review because I haven't recovered. Technically I should sue them, but not sure what I would get out of it. I had a masseuse here around January who did a foot massage and as he was massaging (I have plantar fasciitis so needed massage on the sole, not top of my foot) he started digging in hard to the top of my foot. I told him it hurt. He just smiled and kept doing it. The next day and every few days after I started having this shooting, burning pain from the top of my foot into my toe. After 3 months without it getting better, I went to a physical therapist who agreed the masseuse likely injured my nerve. My range of motion in my big toe was now also severely restricted. My PT has made things better, but I'm still not fully recovered 6 months later. I had been before for full body massages. I could conveniently walk in which was nice. Maybe that would be ok but I'll never go again given that they have created a nerve injury in my foot from being too rough and not listening when I said it hurt. read more

The most UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, establishment I've ever dealt with. They asked me to pay a deposit through Cash app, Zelle, or card over the phone. I immediately thought it was weird but took a chance. I was told they didn't need my name because the appointment would be under my phone number. That was another red flag. I was never given the name of the man who massaged me, and I'm pretty sure whoever did the hot stones was an entirely different person. I was actually ok with the deep tissue because I keep my tension in my back and shoulders, so that ended up helping. I just wish that was confirmed before the massage started so I could prepare myself. I did not enjoy the hot stone portion AT ALL. It was very rushed and ended abruptly. I have done a full body massage with a lady masseur. When I started, her massage wasn't very deep. But once I told her I wanted to be a bit deeper, it was just right. I felt I was relaxed completely afterwards. I took off one star, because the masseur follows some exact tapping movements rather than fully understanding the muscle of the body. So I checked this place out from the great reviews. I must say the guy who did my massage was VERY SKILLED and got all my knots out, which I loved. He was very good with his hands and applied just the right amount of pressure to relieve built up tension in my shoulders. However, the atmosphere is a C-. Very thin walls so you can hear the phone ringing, the microwave dinging, people talking, etc. The music was quiet and the lights were on. The sheets were cheap and thin. No robe. Because of COVID, you must lay on your stomach the entire time. I did get a couple hot stones at the end for about 5 minutes. Overall, the massage itself was amazing. My bf and I received a 1.5 hr couples massage at this establishment. My bf really enjoyed his massage. So I gave them 2 stars for that. However, the "massage" I received last night is hands down the worst massage I've ever had. It's the first time that anyone who has given me a massage including friends and boyfriends, that I legitimately did not like. On more than one occasion I almost asked for the massage to end early so I could leave. It was 100% clear that this person did not have a massage license from any country on this planet but that he was probably hired off the streets with zero training. In fact, I could tell the woman was trying to give him pointers and he would follow her lead during the massage. I know he was trying but for 220 dollars I shouldn't be stuck with someone who is learning. He randomly ran his hands all over my body with no purpose. He would massage my neck for and I mean literally for 5 seconds ,then jump down to my lower back. It was chaotic. His pressure was so light I could barely feel it, so he increased but maintained that exact firm pressure right over my spine! I told him that hurt and he went back to feather fingers. It was so bad. Please Lenox Spa train your people appropriately. It so unfair to a customer to be practiced on.
