Since I spend a lot of time standing, I requested extra attention on my legs, calves, and back, and they absolutely delivered! The massage was relaxing, thorough, and exactly what I needed. On a week night, decided to book a Couples Getaway Package. We love wellness, self care and just disrupting the week with a massage treatment. This location is very tranquil - a big departure from the busy street outside. The waterfall wall creates a nice sound effect that drowns out the horns and traffic. This is also the view from the foot massage area. The therapists ask your pressure level (light, medium, sports) and they provide robes if you're not dressed for the foot soak and massage afterwards. The foot massage comes with bottled water and a piece of candy. Then we made it to our massage room that included two beds and a large whirlpool tub. Fresh rose petals were everywhere creating a great ambiance. The two therapists come in and get to work. The oil they use is generous and they cover the back & front. Lastly, a 30 minute soak in the whirlpool that's cozy for 2. You also get a glass of champagne. Truly a getaway experience! Parking is free out front. Love this place! When celebrating my birthday this year while being 8.5 months pregnant, I was only interested in peaceful activities to mark the occasion. As a self-care girly, I absolutely love a spa day and any kind of pampering so I was excited to come across Massage Etoile on Yelp. Once I saw so many of my fellow Elites singing their praises in the reviews, I figured I'd give them a try. The spa itself is tucked away a bit, but when you walk inside it's so peaceful and lovely. It also smells as good as it looks in there! The spa is beautifully decorated and offers dozens of rooms to receive services in. The parking lot is small but I haven't had difficulty parking during any of my visits. Check-in is easy and minutes later, you're whisked away to your spa suite. One of my top millennial traits is wanting to book online vs. having to call and speak with anyone, so I was happy to see that they had a functioning, updated website that allowed me to do just that. Massage Etoile offers some great packages with services such as facials, massages, foot reflexology, etc. I ended up going with a prenatal massage + facial package and, WOW. First, the staff was so sweet to me. The ladies made such a fuss over being gentle with my pregnant belly lol, it was too sweet. I was made to feel very comfy on the table with a pillow to protect my belly and my masseuse was wonderful. My facial was relaxing but I wish it was a bit more intricate with extractions and a scrub. I enjoyed myself so much in February, when it was time for my bestie's birthday and she was looking for a spa, I immediately recommended Massage Etoile. We ended up booking reflexology + massage packages for 4 of us and everyone raved about their experiences. The staff was even sweet enough to set up the birthday balloons I had gotten for her in her massage room. I've been to Massage Etoile twice now and both times were amazing! My first visit was for a couples 1HR massage and my boyfriend and I both walked out very refreshed. The second visit was for a solo 1HR massage and I was so relaxed. Upon arrival they have you fill out a form where you can also identify any target or problem areas that you would like the masseuse to focus on. The ambiance is very relaxing and clean. 3 stars is being generous! I was in need of a massage and found this place on google. After reading reviews on both google and Yelp- it seemed like a solid place to try'. You can request an appointment directly from their website. They will text you to confirm the appointment. I requested 2:30pm today, but they text and advised they could do 3pm. I arrived about 15 min prior to my appointment. The check in process is completed on a touch screen. They ask for basic information. You also circle the areas you want the massage focused on as well as the level of pressure. My massage started promptly. The issue- this is not professional by any means despite the $99 price tag! The lady was applying pressure- but was not consistent. She would do one thing on the left and a totally different things on the right. Additionally, I was drenched in oil and rubbed on! I mean drenched- yes it was excessive!! I don't think she even looked at the information I provided about areas to focus on. She spent so much time on my calf muscles- and only the upper part of my leg was circled! Last but not least, I specifically requested that she not massage my face. I don't like anyone touching my face, unless I am getting a facial. What does she do?? Touch my face! I had to ask her again to please not touch my face. Long story short- I will not be a repeat customer. For the price- I expected more. Do note that they do offer a bottle of water and a glass of champagne after your service. The sign in asked if I wanted the champagne and I clearly said I did not, yet they told me it was for me. I advised I would just be taking the water to go. Disappointed in the service received. My masseuse did not introduce herself and the first time I met her was when I was already on the table undressed. She did not ask what areas I wanted focused on, nor why I was coming for the massage, nor what degree of pressure I wanted, nor say her name. There was a lot of oil used, poured on my back so it was quite slippery, and the deep tissue massage that I had booked was impossible to execute given the degree of oil on my back. Pressure was not deep tissue, and often was just rubbing around in circles on my back. When I reviewed this at the end with the cashier, I was told to book with a man the next time. However, if I designate a deep tissue massage, I do feel that this should be the service rendered. During the massage, I could hear the workers loudly outside the room so I could not focus on relaxation. Additionally, the head piece was covered with a piece of paper towel, which bunched up and irritated my face. I was counting down the minutes until my massage ended. I had initially booked a 90 minute massage, but asked to finish early and changed to 60 minutes about 20 minutes in due to the subpar massage. The sheets were not tucked in, and the roll that had been maneuvered under my legs I realized afterward was actually under the sheet, meaning I was not on a sheet for part of the massage. A positive, parking was ample in a lot. In summary, I was uncomfortable and waiting for my massage to end. The person at the end of my massage was kind, and listened to the concerns that I had, as well as provided a discount, but unfortunately I will not be returning. An additional star given for the kindness of the front desk personnel, and glass of champagne and chocolate at the end; otherwise, I would have rated this 1/5 read more

Went here for couples massage as a Valentine's Day treat. Decided to try this place after seeing videos on TikTok. From the moment we walked in to sign in for our appointment I felt rushed. Once taken to the massage room not even two minutes in there they were at the door ready to do our massages. I had not finished taking off my clothing yet! Once they started the massages I was couldn't relax because I was too busy trying to remember if my husband's masseuse had legs. She made so much noise rolling around on one of those stools that you'd find in a doctor's office. My massage table creaked the entire time. No pressure at all from my masseuse. Our room was the first room on the right. We heard conversations going on at the front desk and cars cranking up in the parking lot! Once they came back in to do our facials they made so much noise with the machines it was ridiculous. Then they had to nerves to be whispering. My husband is usually asleep with two minutes of his massage starting. Neither one of us were able to relax. Needless to say we won't be returning. read more

I stumbled across this gem just by doing a Google search and I'm so glad I did it. They haven't been open very long. I booked my appointment the week of Valentine's Day but later on in that week so I was able to get good pricing from some Valentine's Day special said they had. I was able to book a 60 minute massage for only $89. they were even offering a 60 minute massage and a 60 minute facial for $178 which I should have jumped on! The staff was really nice. The place was very clean. A friend and I went together and chose to get our massages done in the same room to so that we could talk if we wanted to. I had Kay (male masseuse) and my friend had Rachel. They both did a really good job. I would definitely go back. My friend that even talked about going like every other month as a self-care for ourselves. What I loved is that at the end of your massage you get water, wine and chocolates. I wish they had a nice relaxation room that you can sit in and enjoy those items after your massage to just decompress. But they bring you back out to the waiting room in the entrance. I would like to be able to just be in my robe and sit for a minute before rushing to put on clothing. That is my only dislike. But other than that everything else is fabulous. read more

I wanted a massage, not an arm roll on my entire body. Also, I have on NO bra or top, and you open the door wide with people passing in the hallway. Was slightly PO-ed but didn't say anything and left it alone. The only time he used his fingers was to massage my forehead and neck. I was never asked what essence oils I wanted either. And then he did something weird I've never experienced in all of my days of getting massages! He put the cover over my arm and back and again proceeded to rub his arm up and down my arm and back. This was different for me. But noted! ***The part that kills me but is irrelevant *** For the same amount, you can get a stretching massage to do a whole lot more to your body and various systems than whatever this guy thought he was doing. I know this is my besties spot, but I will not be returning. That's all! And next time you ask me OUT LOUD for a tip, use your fingers and ask me what type of oil I want and do not open the door wide when I'm undressed. There's your tip! Oh the two stars was because it was a total electronic check-in. And it was very pretty and they serve champagne and hazelnut chocolate with water afterwards. I don't know why you serve champagne after massage. Wouldn't that dehydrate you when you're already dehydrated from the massage? I live really close by and I noticed them constructing this place a few months ago and was curious as to what it would be. I was thrilled to find out it was a massage spa! I came for the first time on my lunch break to get reflexology. It was very calm and peaceful. The design is beautiful And relaxing. The staff are SO nice and friendly! During their soft launch they are providing free champagne and chocolate but they accommodated me with hot tea since I'm not drinking right now. The message felt like a 60 body rub not a message provided by a certified professional. And the "body scrub" should not be advertised. If you've ever had a real body scrub at a bath house, this will leave you disappointed. The "body scrub" is an abbreviated version of the lackluster massager receive only with a sugar scrub added.
