So is your chest and you'll feel a restoration of range of motion in your shoulders. In fact, it relieved a lot of my inflammation caused by incline.Bench presses. Once you're done with the massage, tye freedom of movement and motion is incredible. This may be a new once a week or once every two week part of my workout schedule. She does the best whole body massage, super strong, so meticulous and knows the body very well. Her head and facial massage is also incredible. She even massaged jaw tension that I didn't know I had. And the way she massages with hot stones? Amazing. I love that she keeps the hot stones and hot towels on the body to aid in muscle relaxation. Her technique cant be replicated. she really spends her time getting into every muscle group. Her timing is perfect. The way she follows the bone and pushes towards/away the bone on the muscle. I got the 1 hour package for $47 which was 40 minutes on feet and the other 30 minutes a combination of back, arm, neck massage. I was in a room with 4 chairs that can also lay flat.
