Extremely Unprofessional and Painful Experience…read more This was honestly one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had. I left feeling like I had been hurt rather than helped, and my body actually hurts more today than it did before the massage yesterday. I specifically told the therapist that I am a cancer survivor with lymphedema and that I was experiencing significant pain in my neck and shoulder. A professional massage therapist should take a medical history seriously and understand how certain conditions can affect the type of massage and pressure that is appropriate. Instead, there was no oil used during the massage, and his hands were extremely rough. He was pinching and plucking at my back, and I was saying "ouch" throughout the entire massage. About halfway through, he leaned down and whispered that there was a "special oil" available for an additional $20. I later learned that what I was given was supposedly CBD oil, and it smelled strongly like Biofreeze. The experience became even more concerning. He put extremely hot towels on my back, hot enough that I felt like I was being scalded. He felt my feet and said I was cold, rather than handling that professionally, he plugged in a blow dryer and began blowing hot air all over my body. He also used significant pressure points on my skull, and my head now feels bruised and sore. I honestly question whether this person had any professional massage training whatsoever. The entire experience felt extremely unprofessional and, frankly, unsafe. Someone with a medical condition could potentially be seriously injured by this kind of treatment. A professional massage therapist should ask about medical history, listen when a client says something hurts, adjust their technique appropriately, and never continue using painful or potentially harmful pressure. I will never return to this establishment, and I strongly recommend that others be very cautious before booking a massage here. If you have any medical conditions, I would be especially careful and make sure you understand exactly who will be performing your massage and what their qualifications are. This was not a relaxing or therapeutic experience. It was painful, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional. I contemplated leaving mid-way, I regret now I didn't.

Unfortunately I did not enjoy me experience. I came in on a Thursday as a walk in at 12 noon. There…read morewas no wait so I was attended to right away. I got the 60 minute foot massage with head to toe (chair massage). For the foot massage they started with a 2 minute foot soak with only water which I found surprising since all other reflexology places I've been to always use soap water. For the massage they use those blue latex gloves so it takes away from the experience which I did not like. Felt very dry despite the lotion being used. I originally had a lady and her pressure was very weak and I think she was doing her best but she was older so not sure she could really give deep pressure. A man arrived about 15 minutes into my massage and they switched out which was great because he had much more pressure. However, did not help because the gloves they use cause a dry feeling. After the foot massage I moved on to the chair and that was HORRIBLE! He did not use gloves with the chair massage but her also did not use lotion so once again a very dry dull experience. Lastly when I went to check out the man told me the machine was down and if I could pay cash. I told him the lady did not tell me that when I checked in. He asked if I could leave them my credit card information on a piece of paper (HECK NO)! That's literally insane to ask someone that and also who is crazy enough to leave credit card information on a paper. Once I told him I was uncomfortable doing that, all of a sudden the machine magically started working. There are many other places so I don't suggest coming and I won't be back. The staff was nice and who knows maybe I just got unlucky that day. Either way I will not be back.

She is kind, professional, incredibly skilled, and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. Before I started seeing Lael, I struggled with ingrown hairs regularly. Thanks to her expertise and recommendations, they're no longer an issue. She takes her time, pays attention to the details, and consistently delivers amazing results. One of my favorite things about coming here is how relaxing the entire experience is. The atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable that I often find myself dozing off during my wax appointments, and I don't think I've ever made it through a facial without falling asleep! The entire staff deserves recognition as well. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems to care about creating a great experience for their clients. From the moment you walk in, you're treated like family. I'm also a member of the monthly spa program, and it has been one of the best self-care investments I've made. The value is fantastic, and it makes it easy to stay consistent with treatments that keep my skin looking and feeling its best. If you're considering waxing, facials, or any of their services, I can't recommend Lael and the team enough. They've earned a customer for life!

So she guides me to a room and leaves. I'm like ok?? No instruction no introduction, nothing. Luckily for her I have had massage before and I know what to do. So I get ready for my massage , she knocks and comes in . Then leaves abruptly, then comes back and dumps oil on my back , I jump because it's cold and I'm startled at her delivery . But I stay quiet and she proceeds. After about 2 mins using her hands , she starts using this hand held roller for 30 mins on my back. She then leaves my back completely uncovered and moves on to my legs , and uncovers both my legs leaving the blanket in a pile on my butt. I was confused as to why I was completely uncovered while she was just working on my leg. At this point I am certain that she isn't a professional massage therapist. I continue to let the foolishness go on because I so desperately needed a massage. She ask me to turn over on my back while barely covering me and I tell her I want her to work on my neck and back more . So she confusingly tells me to turn back over on my stomach then drives her elbow into my neck, I had to tell her to stop. She massages my feet and slaps some lukewarm towels on them after she was done . I was appalled, but also relieved it was over . I kept waiting for it to get better , but it never did . I will never be coming back to this place , I am shocked as to how they are still open. Not professional! No quality whatsoever!!!
