Parking is not plentiful and is in a shared area with 3 other businesses, one being a gas station. Walk-ins are welcome. I waited for about 20 minutes before my massage could start. I got the 1 hour package for $47 which was 40 minutes on feet and the other 30 minutes a combination of back, arm, neck massage. I was in a room with 4 chairs that can also lay flat. The massage was great and pricing very fair. I would certainly go back again.

Let me preface that I've been here before, and have had many encounters at other establishment, but none lived up to this experience. I came with a friend after a long 12 hour shift, and had noticed that am that my left foot was very sore and the ball of my feet were tender. I was massaging my feet driving because it was so uncomfortable. So when I got off I debated between being good and working out or getting this massage to make me feel better, and boy am I glad I chose the later. For $30 you get an hour foot massage and this includes a 10-15 min head and neck massage, also heavenly. I told my masseuse the problem spot and he put a lot of pressure on it which made me wince but it also felt so good. My friend and I walked out like we were on cloud 9. This establishment is clean, has great masseuse, and for the price and location, it's hard to beat. My only con is that due to the language barrier, communicating can be hard, and sometimes the masseuse likes to talk to each other during the massage and makes it harder for the client to relax. But overall it was a great experience and I can't wait to be back.

I left feeling like I had been hurt rather than helped, and my body actually hurts more today than it did before the massage yesterday. I specifically told the therapist that I am a cancer survivor with lymphedema and that I was experiencing significant pain in my neck and shoulder. A professional massage therapist should take a medical history seriously and understand how certain conditions can affect the type of massage and pressure that is appropriate. Instead, there was no oil used during the massage, and his hands were extremely rough. He was pinching and plucking at my back, and I was saying "ouch" throughout the entire massage. About halfway through, he leaned down and whispered that there was a "special oil" available for an additional $20. I later learned that what I was given was supposedly CBD oil, and it smelled strongly like Biofreeze. The experience became even more concerning. He put extremely hot towels on my back, hot enough that I felt like I was being scalded. He felt my feet and said I was cold, rather than handling that professionally, he plugged in a blow dryer and began blowing hot air all over my body. He also used significant pressure points on my skull, and my head now feels bruised and sore. I honestly question whether this person had any professional massage training whatsoever. The entire experience felt extremely unprofessional and, frankly, unsafe. Someone with a medical condition could potentially be seriously injured by this kind of treatment. A professional massage therapist should ask about medical history, listen when a client says something hurts, adjust their technique appropriately, and never continue using painful or potentially harmful pressure. I will never return to this establishment, and I strongly recommend that others be very cautious before booking a massage here. If you have any medical conditions, I would be especially careful and make sure you understand exactly who will be performing your massage and what their qualifications are. They use a third party website to purchase gift cards. On this site, you have to sign up/create an account and book an appointment. When you get to the payment part, there is no option to use a gift card. Instead, they ask you to enter your credit card information. Why should I have to enter my credit card information if I have a gift card, especially as that was the sole purpose of having to sign up to use the gift card and schedule an appointment. That was the first red flag for me. So I thought, let me call them instead and book the appointment since the site doesn't seem to have an option to select that I have a gift card I want to use. What I didn't want to happen is I enter my credit card information and then go for my massage just to be told I have to pay with my credit card and that they wouldn't somehow recognize or even accept my gift card. This turned out to be the case. When I make the phone call, I explained I had a gift card and that I want to make an appointment. I was told to just come in and I tried to clarify if it's better to make an appointment or just walk in (people that were walking in were being told they would have to come back in an hour/45 minutes as they didn't have people avaiable). The man on the phone kept saying to come in multiple times and at some point changed his mind and said that appointment is better. I tell him what time I want to come in the next day but it doesn't seem like he really takes note of that as he didn't really ask for my information. The next day I go in just to be told that they don't accept gift cards and do not have any record of a gift card purchase and that I should get a refund. I showed them a copy of the digital gift card and also mentioned to them that they have a link on their website that allows people to buy gift cards and there wasn't really any acknowledgement of that. I told them that they might want to take that down if they don't accept gift cards as payments. They asked me if I still wanted to have a massage appointment and I declined.

I walked out feeling much more relaxed, and the tension and soreness were noticeably better. The shop is clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It was a great first experience, and I'm so happy to have found a quality massage place so close to home. When she came in, she asked if I wanted the table shower before or after, I opted for after. The massage was ok, she didn't ask about pressure and was more of a Swedish style than therapeutic. Even though I was left completely uncovered the whole time, I still felt very warm in the room. When I turned over, I was surprised to see a different older woman had been giving me a massage than the one that had shown me to the room. I was still left uncovered after I turned over, but she just massaged without any inappropriate touching or obvious bruising against things, which made what happened next more surprising. She informed me I had five minutes left and grabbed my pubic area and asked if I wanted "that" massaged or my feet with the rest of the time. I told her to massage my feet. If you want a massage that is intense with bodywork, hot stones, and relief, then this is the massage place for you! I'm sure if you requested a more gentle massage they could provide that, but I LOVE the amount of pressure and work they put into my stiff and tight muscles. They are also so kind and flexible. I've been to over 15 massage businesses mostly in Cobb County and other areas of Atlanta. Nothing beats this place, I would drive very far for this massage.
