She told me that she didn't want to do my nails and to leave her shop. I couldn't understand why her attitude was bad, I chalked it up that somebody was not having a good day so beware that the front desk person might not be having a good day. The techs watch TV while they do your nails. I was here one week ago for a full set and I came back for a fill in one week later. The nail polish was terrible and when I asked her to fix it she refused. One lady came in while I was there saying she was there the day before and her nails broke. Horrible customer service. Wish I could post pictures to show the lack of customer service. Tech got Mad when I asked her to fix it. I refuse to beg for a service I paid for. And they didn't even do a top coat. I came in for a pedicure and gel manicure. Here's how the experience went. Pedicure: I opted for the "Luxury" pedicure to treat myself, however, the pedicure had almost nothing luxurious about it. It was nice that the woman took her time with my pedicure however, there was almost no pressure at all during the massage so it was more like paying for her to put products on then wipe off. I also noticed when I was home that the heel of my feet were extremely uneven. One foot was semi smooth as if I had a somewhat recent pedicure while the other foot was still rough as if I had not had a pedicure at all.. again NO PRESSURE at all. Then to top it off I realized on my big toes the polish was chipped all along the sides as if it were cracked from old polish. Really disappointed. Gel Manicure: Not sure I would really consider this a manicure... my hands were soaked in water (unusual for gel when I came in without any polish on my nails), the bare minimum was done on my cuticles, I was not asked what shape I wanted my mailed to be filed, and I had zero lotion touch my skin... the positive was the color I picked looked really good. Less than a week since getting a gel manicure; two nails have completely lifted off and many others are lifting from the sides and my cuticles are unruly as if I hadn't had a manicure in weeks. Extremely disappointed with this gel manicure. Side note** I am not rough with my hands or feet at all;I work in an office setting. Also, I have not had any hard exposure to my hands- even from dishes as I primary only use my dishwasher. Total waste of money, $75 to be exact.. I won't be returning. read more

I wish I could give them a five star review. The quality of work was great sadly the pricing and "adding" on things with out telling me isn't okay. So I received a full set and get pedicure. I asked if I can have ombré on my hands and how much additional will that be. I usually get gel polish and she said she would be able to do ombré nails with gel polish. Well when it was time to get my nails don't she used gel polish as the base coat. Then proceeded to pull out powder. I asked will this be an additional cost. I only want gel. She said no additional cost until we got to check out and said yes it's an additional cost I only added 5. The quality of work was great. Came here after being heartbroken that my previous nail salon changed owners and now has terrible reviews. I just picked this one at random since I passed it going to the bank. I'm quite pleased and will be back. Cindy did my manicure and Nong did my pedicure. When I arrived, I was greeted, sat in a pedicure chair and offered a beverage. They even had wine and margaritas! I had a glass of sangria and it was very good. They started me right away, as there were only two other customers in the shop and they were waiting for Linda, who does the acrylic nails. They completed my mani and pedi within an hour. I had the deluxe pedicure as my toes were in bad shape and I needed extra attention to my feet. The shop is clean but some of the chairs look very worn. But the people are friendly and the work was solid. I'm SO relieved to have a new nail salon with friendly, competent technicians! read more

This was my very first visit here and I was pretty pleased. It was the weekend and I was afraid there would be a wait so I called when I was down the street just to see how busy it was. I was told there was no wait so I made my way on over. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30pm with no appointment and was seen immediately. When I entered I noticed that the inside could use a slight makeover but I didn't see anything that made me question the sanitation practices of the staff. I immediately picked out a polish color for my pedicure and was then escorted to the pedicure chair...these spa chairs have definitely seen better days. The leather was peeling and there were stains on the armrests but the plush cushions and back massage feature made it bearable. They offer 4 different pedicure packages ranging in price from $25 for the basic to $55 for the "Elysian" which includes a hot stone massage, and paraffin wax treatment. I decided on the luxury pedicure. I was offered complimentary water or wine during my service, which was a nice touch. I chose sangria. My pedicure was relaxing, soothing, and efficient. I left with my feet feeling brand new! If I'm in the area again I'll definitely be back to Elysian Nails. The staff was very nice & welcoming and they do good work. read more

The girls were so nice and although my nails were horribly thick and ridiculous to take off, Nong was very patient with me. I went on a Saturday morning around 10am. There were a few people in the chairs already finishing up. They open at 9:30. I was in and out within the hour. Nong shaped my nails to perfection too, which it's so hard to find a nail tech that can shape really well or to your particular liking. This location was formerly Nail Fervour...The new ownership here has really ruined this location. They are completely unprofessional and treating long time customers poorly. I had an appointment a couples of weeks with my nail tech that ended up being done by the owner aka big boss..about a week or so in my nail started growing into my skin! This has never happened. I attempt to make another appt but this time no one answers the phone. I drive to the location at 6:15 only to get turned away by management because itnwqs too late...the written sign on the door says they close at 7. Mai took excellent care of me and gave me the EXACT shape that I asked for which is very rare. This place is horrible. I was a loyal patron of the previous nail salon Les Nails for 10 years. The previous owner and his mother sold it to these 2 sisters that own the current shop to go and live their best lives. The 2 women that own the current salon are absolutely atrocious. 1st of all they left their previous shop as nail techs stole customers from the previous shop and brought them here. I just came here for my 6:15 appt and just left at 6:48 WITH NOTHING DONE after getting a slap in the face my Mai or whatever her name is. Do not go here unless you want to be waiting for years just to get your toes done and then after 30 mins of waiting they tell you they can't see you anymore . Then when you ask them why they will tell you they still do first come first serve basis although you have an appointment. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! While there is trash on the floor, the new owners are too busy playing board games and cursing to clean up.
