I booked my appointment online and she immediately sent me a booking confirmation along with instructions to prepare for the appointment. She was ready to start on me precisely at my appointment time. This was the best eyebrow wax I've ever had. Absolutely NO pain. It is located on the second floor of the shopping plaza, inside of the Salon Lofts (next to Marshall's). Once you go in, look to the right, make the first left turn, and you will see their studio on the right. If no one is there, you can use the phone in the front, and someone will assist you. Mikala greeted me warmly and asked what I wanted to get done. I originally came for wax and tint, but ultimately decided on just a wax. She measured my eyebrows, told me that one was shorter and thinner, and that it was higher than the other. With each visit, she said she would take it down about 1/4 inch. I have NEVER had anybody analyze my eyebrows so closely! I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for 15 years, and they still hurt everytime. This time, it didn't hurt at all! She even gave me a spoolee, and recommended that I use castor oil to grow my brows out. If you're looking for good customer service, good pricing ($15 for wax), and no hassle or fuss, you HAVE to come here. This was the best brow experience that I've ever had! Thanks Mikala :)

We found them on Instagram and the by the yelp and Instagram reviews, I had no choice but to take my desperate brows for a spin :) Location is great. Right in Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area. Central to the highways 285 and 400. It's in a shopping plaza in the Salon Lofts - very convenient. There is also a receptionist who can advise where to go in case you aren't sure. If Mikala or the co owner is working, gently tap on the glass to let her know you're there and wait in the seating area to the left. Mikala did my brows and I was so happy! Very personable, great personality, and above all great customer service! She did advise about future treatment in terms of "brow training", what to expect after first visit, and booked our next visit within 4 weeks. This is why I'm about to let you know about this little gem named Cheyenne and the Beauty Bar Loft Salon!! SERVICE: She took her time with me. There was no "flip the chair" feeling. She checked in with me multiple times to ensure she wasn't hurting me and to make sure that she was getting the style down to my satisfaction. I mentioned some issues I had with other stylists and she stopped at various checkpoints to make sure that none of those previous issues existed with her. I thought that was pretty cool that she was that invested in my satisfaction. If she received a call she ignored it or politely excused herself and told the recipient she was with a client or simply handled it quickly. This only happened once, but I was in the chair keeping notes of everything and I thought that was very respectful because stylists don't often do that and it annoys me .... it's the little things! COVID PROTOCOL: *Masks = Yes, everyone. Required. *Wipe down= Yes. Not only between clients but literally every time she moved me E.g chair to sink, sink to chair, etc. *Hand wash upon arrival= Yes. TECHNIQUE: I came in with a wish list and she made sure to give me exactly what I wanted. My bundles derailed her plan (they are single wefted) but she was innovative and came up with a gameplan and made it work (without sacrificing the quality of my install). I now have the protection from my sew-in yet the versatility I wanted at the top and it's FLAT!! Like this is my scalp only flat. Like, "what braids?" flat? Ya get my point?! As far as non-extension servicing, she also did a great job on a natural client that I saw leaving out before my appointment. VERDICT: Yes. Go there.
