Customer for several years. Bought a 3 package spray tan on 12/15. When I go to use the 2nd tan, I was told that they had to be used by 12/31. This location just can't seem to get good help! When I walked in the door, nobody was in the place. I paid for my spray tan and additives and she was putting them together. Another lady walked in and checked in for the other spray bed Booth so she was getting our stuff ready when a third customer walked in and said he was not a member and ask some questions . She literally gave him a full sales presentation and then offered him a free tan making the other customer of myself sit and wait, (when we were already paid and checked in, and our beds were available )we were sitting there waiting patiently while she went on and on with this gentleman and then went and cleaned his bed to give him his free tan before allowing us to go into our rooms This may sound small but to make your members sit and wait an extra 10 minutes (as if we have nowhere to be) if that's how you treat your paying members and then you give away free services right in front of us to someone who's not a member after sitting us down for 10 minutes that is not a good way to keep your good customers. Hire someone with a little common sense and maybe some customer service skills! Our first and last visit here. My daughter and I went for a spray tan. We told the girl up front we didn't want to be orange but we wanted a noticeable tan. She recommended the medium spray with a bronzer. So my daughter who's 12 and never did this before goes first and I walked back with them. The girl really didn't explain the process and I had to ask a lot of questions bc she wasn't offering much information. She told us we'd see a difference immediately (not a lot) and that over the next few hours it would continue to darken. When my kid came out her face looked the same but you could see some change on the rest of her. so the girl recommended getting the misting spray tan bottle for $25 to add color to her face. Then she said she was out and offered the foam for $50 so I asked if we could just buy the display mist and she said yes but then said it's actually $45 and that's it's $25 for member ls which I already told her we weren't. Obviously we didn't get it. After seeing my daughter's outcome I asked for the darker tan and she gave me two bronzers to avoid the orange look. I noticed a small difference when I came out. Over the next 5-6 hours my daughter's body darkened but not her face really. I, however turned ridiculously dark by the end of the day with a good amount of orange. Not only that but the crazy streaking all over my legs, neck and arms was awful. And most of all the bottom of my feet are close to black!! My kids hands look filthy all the time and under her nails is black and my hands are dark orange with major streaking at the wrists. We have both spent the last 3 days scrubbing the bad areas with a scrubby kitchen sponge trying to get this off. It seems to make the streaks worse! And my feet have hardly lightened at all. I live in flip flops and now I can't wear them for who knows how long bc of this. So it was $50 each for this! And when I called today to explain all of this the manager on the phone was very understanding and said she need to get the owners approval before issuing a refund bc that's how it was with the other refunds. Now I think I was fair by only asking for a 50% refund. She called me back a couple hours later and said the owner said she COULDNT refund any of the spray tan bc it was a service and the service had been completed but they'd refund me the ten bucks for the bronzer to which even the girl on the phone said "I know that's a waste of time"! And I agreed it was an insult! She then offered us both a free spray tan session... why would I ever do that again??? Then I was offered 25% off their store products... again... no. I thought 50% was more than fair as I should've gotten all of it back considering how awful this turned out. Judging by the other reviews I read they seem to have a significant amount problems. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK. Sorry for the long review but I wanted to share our entire experience bc it just kept getting worse and worse. read more

Absolutely love this location! The staff is knowledgeable and will always make recommendations for bouncing between beds for best maintaining your tan! The girls are always professional and attentive and beds are always clean! I have been tanning here for almost a year now and I really have enjoyed it. It's extremely clean and the people are super nice. It can been pretty expensive but in comparison to other tanning beds I've used it's really pretty inexpensive for the quality of beds they have. read more

I went in for a few sessions prior to my wedding. I asked to cancel at my last visit. They did not get me to sign the appropriate paperwork and therefore I was billed again. I called the local office and they explained only corporate could refund me. Corporate refused and even though I explained I did not want this month, I did not need it, they kept just offering me a free month of tanning LOL. What a joke, watch your billing! read more

The manager Ashley Humphrey at the Cumming Ga location has the worse customer service. I honestly think she doesnt do the correct tanning color I request for the spray tan on purpose. She is rude to customers and her staff. I have witnessed her mistreating an pregnant employee. She thinks she is better then anyone else and talks down to people. I have been going to another location that is not close just because I do not want to see or deal with her. I spend a decent amount of money at your facility and that could potentially change if something isn't done about this. read more

I wanted to leave a review because one of the reasons that I put off coming here was because there was nothing recommending this location. I have not been tanning for ten years now, and while I understand it's not the greatest thing for you, I felt like treating myself for my birthday to get a base tan for the beach this weekend. First of all, Amanda took care of me discussing my concerns, financial needs, and just plain curiosity very professionally. She made me feel at ease and I never felt pressured to buy anything. I love Palm Beach Tan the girls at the front desk are always so nice and very knowledgeable about the products. I got a face lotion, body lotion, and extender and I'm loving my tan. They have an annoying 24 hour rule, I understand it's company policy and it's so I don't over expose my skin to keep it healthy but it's inconvenient. The place is very clean and I'll definitely be back. read more
