She was very nice but the lashes were way too long and unnatural looking -by day 2 the glue was rock hard and the lashes were all stuck together. I had to buy removal solvent myself to remove them. Then I had to wait a month while they strengthened to get new ones. (the solvent dries them out.) I found artisan lash in buckhead and they are the best. She only spends 1.5 hours on a volume fill. The lash glue can't dry properly and the lash tech isn't attaching the lashes to individual lashes -she is cheap and fast but it's an awful result. Note the photo how the lashes are clumped. They are also rock hard.

After what I saw was good, I then proceeded to check them out in person. The location is perfect - they are in a shopping plaza inside of the salon lofts which is very nice and gives you that pampered feeling. When I arrived to their suite it was packed! This is usually a indication that good service is happening or a great promotion. They only take walkins so be either early, prepared to sit/stand, or come back. I came back within an hour and was not serviced until 45 minutes later. So arrived at 1234 left at 230. If that's great time for you - then by all means it's worth it. Met candy herself and she was really sweet and knowledgeable. She also was accommodating since I am pregnant. Now let's get to the 2 stars. 1) The wait time. I'm impatient so there's that. 2) My actual brows. The service I got was a wax and tint. I was not satisfied at all. She did advise the first few times may not be as great as it would be in the future but still. Why should I have to spend $30 for 4-6 visits to see an improvement?? The results looked like a minimum fill in that I could have done a better job with a pencil and actually made even. I really wanted this to work. Maybe in the future, I'd be willing to give them another time or two to redeem themselves. I guess the plus side to it is that I won't have to fill in with my pencil for a week or two lol

The salon is located in a shopping center on Peachtree Road. Super convenient because it's really close to a lot of shops. The salon is full of other stylists and booths. It's no overcrowded or hectic like most, very clean and classy. Candy's shop is located in booth 14. She has a small waiting area and two chairs for brows. I walked in with no appointment around 4:30 on a Thursday. No wait at all. It looks like she works quickly too because a woman had just walked out and as I was finishing another woman was walking in. You'll be safe without an appointment. I have pretty thick eyebrows. After 3 weeks they start to get crazy. I'm hesitant when trying new eyebrow places simply because women usually love to rip my eyebrows off. NO! Thankfully Candy asked if I wanted to keep them full. I appreciate that so much. I was skeptical because her technique was different and it was taking longer than my usual salons. The wax even felt different & her hand motions felt different but I could tell she was being precise. I don't know what magic she used but my eyebrows came out FLAWLESS. The skin around my brows feels smooth and clean, no irritation. A wax alone was $16.50 with tax. It was definitely worth it. I'll do a follow up review in a few weeks to see how long they lasted. I'd recommend anyone to get their brows done here.

I thought my appointment was at 9:30 but it was at 9. She cancelled my appointment because I showed up late but allowed me to reschedule for a few days later which was "against her policy". God was probably trying to save me from what was about to happen... I arrived to my appointment and was showed into the room. I was SUPER nervous because this was my first lash lift but Shere assured me it wasn't her first. I asked her if she would be using the Elleebana products which I saw advertised in the waiting area. She said she was and I was excited because I looked them up on Instagram while I was waiting for a minute and the before and afters looked incredible! I got settled in and she began. I thought I would be guided through the process but Shere had her earbuds in the entire time listening to a podcast or audiobook or something. I was VERY tense because I had no idea what was happening and come on, these are chemicals near my eyeballs so it was stressful! At one point something started really burning my eye and I was like ummmm my eye is burning really badly! She rinsed it out with some solution which helped but wow! Too late, I was already waist deep into this thing. When the results were shown to me, I should have just said something then. The lashes were so curled they were getting stuck inside the crease of my eyelid. Since this was my first experience I thought "ok, maybe this is normal?" And just sort of thanked her and walked out. Over the next week my lashes have looked horrible. They appear to be bent and going in every which direction. I reached out to her to discuss my dissatisfaction and she told me that she told me I should have bought the lash conditioner and to "keep in mind that not every person will respond to a service the same and that part is not in my control". I reached out to Elleebana, the lash lift products Spa Degas and Shere use and advertise for, and asked if Shere was trained to use their products. They emailed me back very quickly and said they had no one by the name of Shere Simone or anyone at Spa Degas trained to use Elleebana products. These products aren't the same or generic to the lash lift solutions out there, which Shere tried to tell me. Let me just say, this was my first lash lift and my last. According to 3 different technicians I have seen after this to show them my lashes, every single one of them said my lashes were over processed. Owner Shere refused to acknowledge she did anything wrong and kept saying I should have bought the conditioner which she didn't even offer me the conditioner or suggest I needed it until after I came to her with my complaint. Owner Shere told me if I posted a review that I was a bully but I am posting this to warn future patrons about this place. Shere the owner is a crook and won't bat an eye(lash) taking your money and running, even after an awful job done.

NEVER did NEVER showed any compassion for what I am going through! I have now missed two days of work, paid $143 for a horrible lash lift almost $200 in a urgent care visit and medicines and terrified about my eyes because they don't look much better! Just be careful I hope I save someone from this horrible scary situation!
