Rachel was super friendly and very thorough with the brow tint. The day I went in, they were also offering a free wax for new visitors, so I also got a underarm wax as well. Not exactly sure what type of wax they use, but I have extremely sensitive skin and I'm SO happy to say that it didn't make my skin break out in a rash (like other waxes typically do). I'll definitely be back because not only was I in love with my brow tint, but the waxing service was great too. Thanks so much Rachel & the Waxxpot team!

I made arrangements and was prepared to show up, only to be contacted the same day and told not to come because another girl had already gone in to work. If the position was no longer available, I should have been informed sooner instead of being told to come in and then having my plans changed at the last minute. Definitely not the way I expected a potential employer to handle things.

I moved away from the Sandy Springs area and I still drive 30 minutes, just to visit the ladies here! During the pandemic they've handled things extremely well! 1. Everyone in the establishment is required to wear masks 2. Sanitizer is provided 3. They take your temperature & you have to log it in a book they have, when you sign in! 4. They had always sanitized in between waxing's, but they now sanitize in between every customer who sits in the eye brow chairs too. Unlike most places, the staff here always wears their masks OVER their nose! Their waxing and eyebrow services are very reasonable and they do an amazing job! They're very informative when it comes to waxing and exfoliating and MASTER'S in the eyebrow threading game! I looove coming to Sugar Thread and Wax!

I looked into making an appointment, but I was already in the area and the appointment times were 2 hours out. The booking site also states that face/brow services are walk in any how. So, I don't believe making an appointment is necessary for facial threading/waxing services. There were a couple clients ahead of me and a few walked in after me. There were 3-5 clients inside at any given time within the duration of my visit. I like that the waiting area is nice and separate from the service area. There appeared to be two ladies working. I waited about less than 10 minutes. They had uncensored pop radio playing as I waited and when I got into the chair it was classical piano, which I really appreciated. (This was likely just coincidence but I was glad). I think we all would like our services to be relaxing and that definitely added to my experience. Service: I got my eyebrows, chin, and lip threaded by Nera. Nera has been threading for 2 years, and with a bit of guidance, she helped me achieve my desired outcome. I did spend more time in the chair than I expected because of this, but I was ok with that. The one thing I wish would have been more obvious is the sanitization of hands, especially since gloves are not worn. I had to ask for this to be sure. 4 stars because of this and the level of expertise. My brows are clean and shaped and my face is smooth and bright after my service. The pricing was super reasonable, I was charged $26 total. I received a $5 discount for being a first time guest. All in all, I would definitely come back again for threading services.

For aftercare, I also bought their handmade Brazilian Scrub, which is applied 2x weekly. It is all organic, smells refreshing, and has clean ingredients. A great way to protect your skin post-sugaring. The prices are reasonable for the top-quality service. Looking forward to my next appointment.
