Honestly, overall the place is great. They have a lot of services offered and genuine employees. I had Holly do my SNS and Kim do my pedicure. Both were wonderful. Holly cared to get to know me and talked to me about different products. Kim did a great job with my pedicure & massage. This may sound dumb, but my favorite part was that there's actually a lap table they put across for doing your hands during your pedicure and not just some dumb pillow that literally doesn't help anything. The layout inside is very nice and I'm OBSESSED with their fall collection of colors. I will say my only negative thing about it is the smell. It is the strongest lemon scent I've ever smelled in my life. Maybe trying to mask the acetone smell? Not sure, but way stronger of a smell than any other nail salon I've been to. So if you have a sensitivity to strong smells, don't try it. Immediately when you open the door it's very overbearing, but I was able to stand it and would say it was worth it. Very very happy and will be back!

I'll start by saying this place is beautifully designed and the circular layout provides for a more inclusive experience. I had an hour to grab a last minute pedicure the day before the for 4th of July holiday, so to say they were busy (midday) is an understatement. They were very accommodating, thorough, and didn't rush despite the backlog of folks in the lobby. Lily was absolutely amazing and deliberate and attentive through every phase of the pedicure. Did I mention the pricing was super reasonable, I've paid upwards of $20+ more for a pedicure with a fraction of the attention to detail just 5 miles away. I'll most definitely be back. I'm sure their entire team is as equally skilled, but Lily will be my first choice next time around.

I have been going to I Nails Alpharetta since 2001. Everyone is so talented. I love the brightness of the beautiful chandelier that hangs from the top. And if you're feeling extra sassy, they have wine or a cocktail on request. I love this place !!! amazing customer service. always clean always welcomed with a smile. A very happy loyal customer.

This place is convenient, close to my work and clean. I've been to several different people and each one has been great with service and skill with both my long SNS nails AND my toes. I love that I hardly ever have to wait and when I have, the front desk guy has taken my phone number down and called me (like he said he would). I recommend if you're in the area! There's several stations and I'm quite picky! Also, they service beverages. If you want a nice glass of wine with your service, just ask ;)

Very quickly seated and had my basic manicure and amazing pedicure (#3) done simultaneously. The massage portion of the service was a delightful surprise with perfect pressure and not rushed. Done by "E." Out the door within seventy minutes. (I imagine this is bc it is Monday afternoon). Prices were fair and better than a lot of the competition. Will return for sure!

Ty did my mani. Lily did my pedi. Both of them made the process so easy by helping me easily make decisions like type of mani, shape, color. Overall, just giving their opinion on what looks good and lasts long. I appreciated that so I didn't really have to think and rummage through the vast color collection. They really do pay attention to detail. I greatly appreciated that too! The mani is perfection. He did amazing. It looks just like the pic I brought in. 5/5 The pedi... yall best pedi I have had. The massage was impeccable. 5/5 Oh and you get to choose your choice of drink (my friend and I chose red wine), while you sit back and relax with the best nail techs pampering you.

I went in because I had seen they do builder gel nails. My nail tech was Ivy and she was so sweet and helpful. I told her I want to start growing out my natural nail and she was giving me tips and tricks. She was gentle with my nails and gave me more information on builder gel nails. This is on the $$$ side.

While the response to the review was professional, the situation was not handled that way in the store. Again, poor communication on the nail tech's end and lack of customer service on the front desk's end. He was EXTREMELY RUDE from beginning to end. Even when I asked the price BEFORE my service, he cut me off and told me to talk to the tech, not him. Again, I asked Annie BEFORE my service was being fixed if there would be a refund for the difference in price and she said she will find out. And once again, she waited until my nails were completely finished to tell me that you all could not issue a refund. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful behavior was shown over a $5 service. Essentially you all are THIEVES. I lost $5 because I didn't receive what I asked for TWICE.

I've been going to iNails since July of 2023 and had a great experience across multiple GelX sets. Both Trish and Lynn have done awesome work on my nails and all techs put their best foot forward to create the results you want. Everyone I have observed or interacted with there has been professional and kind. It's a medium-large sized place and always has people in it without being too packed or loud. And it's tucked in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Definitely check out the Japanese restaurant a few doors down after your appointment!

The selection is vast but the experience is rushed and it feels like even when they are empty they just can't wait to get you out of there. The last two times I went, I had to ask the tech to make sure the nails were not filed so sharply bc they are in such a rush they leave corners very sharp and sometimes uneven. My cuticles have been cut here often and when I tell the techs that it hurts my skin they look at me irritated and I need to remind them multiple times to be careful with the file or buffer. Today, I asked for glitter gel and the lady Emily ( very rude) told me she needed to put a different color under it for the glitter to come through. I told her that was ok but that I did not want pink as the base. She told me it would not look pink even though the bottle said magenta and as soon as I saw it I told her that is pink. She proceeded to start filing my nail hard to take the pink off. The manager ended up finishing my nails and I told him how awful the experience had been and how unhappy I was and he said sorry and finished it rushed. I got a $5 discount after I got opposite of what I asked for plus my cuticles again are destroyed. Not worth it! read more

I tried this place but apparently they don't want my service. Every time I come here I'm told they're fully booked (even on a Tuesday at 1pm) I tonic when I finally make an appointment and come in they couldn't find my appointment and was apparently fully booked! The audacity. I won't try again. I live in Suwannee almost 40 mins away. They offer apres nails something I've been wanting to try. Unfortunately it won't be with them! Thanks but no thanks ! read more

First, they are not taking temperatures so if you are risk, don't go here. I had regular polish applied and less than 2 hours later, large pieces were missing. I sent images and called and was told to come back in. They refused to fix it. This was the most expensive mani/pedi I have had in this area and it was the worst. read more

I came in for a full set and pedicure. The pedicure was great but when it came to my nails it took her over 2 and a half hours for medium to short length acrylics. I was supposed to get French tips but because she took so long I just had her paint clear. She originally told me the nails would be 65 plus 15 for the white tips and still ended up charging me for it. I ended up paying a total of $85 as she was staring at me for a tip for nails I hate and had to rush out of there because I wasn't expecting to spend 3 hours there. These are not 90 nails. They turned me down not once, but twice for service. I came once before and although the service was long (2.5 hours to do my nails. I've never experienced someone go that slow for a fill in with French!), and extremely overpriced ($170 for fill in and pedicure with French gel), I liked my nails and it was close to my home, so I decided to go back. The first time I went back, the guy at the desk said it was too late. I got there 30 minutes before closing, which was sorta understandable. However, his excuse was all the nail techs had gone home. But clearly I could see there were plenty of techs there. Also, he was so nonchalant and way too happy to turn me away. I usually don't claim racism or discrimination, because I don't care but it was blatant. And the proof is the second time I went back I got there an Hour before closing, and guess what. . . He turned me away. He said they wouldn't have time. A whole hour??? Just for a fill in??? Clearly their customer service is discriminatory. Maybe if I "looked" a different way (skin color wise) they would have made accommodations. Not to mention the way he looked at me when I first walked in (very unwelcoming). In conclusion, I don't care about not being wanted. I can take my black dollars elsewhere, I just hate I wasted my gas and time. I went somewhere else where I was welcomed at only 20 minutes before closing and I was well received. Also, I forgot to mention two of my nails come off very easy before I needed a fill in. And all of my nails were lifting. read more

This was my first time visiting this nail salon and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean it was on the inside. Due to the pandemic, there was a sanitizing stand in the front. There was a huge selection of polishes as well. The salon is open and beautiful. The wait time was very short and customer service was good. I was satisfied with my pedicure, and will be back to try them again. read more

The front desk receptionist is beyond rude, I asked him if I could have a wash cloth so I could clean up some residue that was left on the chair I was supposed to be getting a pedicure in. He quickly dismissed me with the worst attitude and said just have a seat. I sat in the front waiting for him to clean up the residue in the chair even though I said I would clean it up myself. He then proceeds to give 2 girls that came after me water & ignored me as if I don't come here and spend money on a regular. All I asked for was a clean station and he had a attitude towards me. read more

I come here all the time and have always been satisfied. Today, I didn't realize until I got home, the painting on my toes was not good. A couple of my toes were not completely painted. The dead skin around my toes was not removed. I am disappointed with this pedicure read more

Wow. I wish I'd read these reviews before making an appointment. And I should have read the room when the gentleman behind the counter would only look up at the corner of the ceiling while listening or speaking. As usual, I chose my color from the pallette that says "gel, polish, SNS," I match toes and fingers. The color was OPI. The girl doing my hands brought a pot of dipping power out that was some brand I've never heard of. She said that's how they do it. ??? I was sitting in a dark corner, and believed they would match. All was done well. Then, I stepped outside in the sun and my nails were neon. Not what I picked out. I went back to show them and get it corrected and have never been teamed up on by staff. They said it was my fault. Huh?? I mean, the ceiling guy was mouthing off, i dont even know if he looked down to see, the manager flounced around insisting that I pay for the whole thing over, and the girl who did it wanted me look at the camera and maybe rumble outside. Unbelievable. In the end, I paid another $15 (plus $126 originally) for a coat of gel on top of that heinous color, never seen that trick, and guess what? They started peeling tonight when I washed my face. This is Day 6 since appt. I don't usually write reviews, but this place is vulgar. I do appreciate seeing the managers at salons showing their true colors. If they treat a customer this way, imagine what the employees endure. Money money money, and mo more of mine. I don't even know why I stayed for the color change, other than they did it, they should fix it. I am looking for a home salon. I left a tip and am still pretty miffed at myself for that. read more

This was my very first time visiting this nail salon and it by far was one of the BEST experiences I've ever had at any nail shop I've ever been to. The gentleman was so welcoming and extremely nice. I wish I would have asked his name. He made sure I was satisfied with the service he provided. The atmosphere is beautiful. I got short, "coffin" shaped (I wish they were a little more coffin shaped though), acrylic nails with gel polish, ran me close to $46. The customer service was SUPERB! I will return! read more

I booked an appointment with Tony and my nails are the worst that I've ever seen. He did an acrylic overlay which should be pretty basic service but the end result was a splotchy, uneven mess. Read reviews last night and thought it would be worth our time. I was right!! I would have given 5 stars if the aesthetics were super posh, but they were above average. Everyone was so friendly. Me, my 7 year old daughter and husband got pedicures. We were all pleased and very happy--and trust me, we are picky. Sang did my husband's, Sam (girl) did my daughter's and Daniel did mine. We got great massages and even shoulder massages, which were great. Shelia offered us beverages and was very kind. We will surely be back! read more

Where do I begin.... Beautiful shop, ALL the hues of SNS and matching gel a girl could dream of. My nails lasted a month first visit with Ms Lynn and I'm back to my new home for the second of many to come. No nickel and diming for this and that. Ms Kim on my feet gives the best shoulder massage ever (comes with my Deluxe--told you, no nickel and diming!). And Ms. Sheila...greeted me so warmly and kindly and offered me possibly the best handmade piña colada in town. The vibe in here is always relaxing and laid back. Several skilled techs to choose from. Both of my daughters are customers, as well. We all have different tastes and styles and have been so impressed. Last month on the 8th I got a gel pedicure and after 6 weeks it's starting to peel off! This was my first time ever getting a gel pedicure let alone getting French tip and I am beyond satisfied. I love this place. Greeted promptly. Not a long wait for walk in service. Reasonable prices and beautiful nail polish colors. Owner is very nice and they take pride in their work. The music is relaxing and they always have a cooking show on television (which I really like). The salon is beautiful and beverages are free. I am giving more than one star because the people are so nice and it's such a beautiful salon. However, I had a terrible experience getting a gel manicure and pedicure. It should have tipped me off that I was the only customer in the entire salon at a time that is normally busy elsewhere. I had both the manicure & pedicure being done at once and both manicurists were DIGGING into my cuticles. Between the 2 of them, they drew blood three times, then tried to use that nasty styptic liquid they had touched to everyone else's bleeding skin before I stopped them and said just leave it. They had to glue the edge of my toenail back in place because it was cut too short. When I pointed out that the fingernail polish was on my cuticles, the gentleman started to come at my cuticles with scissors again and I just said forget it! I definitely will not be back. read more

I'm beginning to love my new nail shop. Michael does the best pedicure, he takes his time and he's never in a rush. Now that's my kind of guy. The entire place is beautiful, let's not forget about the chocolate/candy and margaritas or drinks. For now on Tuesday will be my new cheat day. First time at iNails and they didn't disappoint! Holly's pedicure/massage was absolutely AMAZING. I think I purchased the #4 pedicure option. Literally, one of the best massages ever. Tony did a great job on my SNS nails as well. Total for both +tip was just under $100 which seems fairly competitive here. I'm in town visiting and my nail starts to break in the middle of my nail bed . I called iNails at 7:45 pm (right around the corner from my hotel) and made an appointment for 11 the next morning. Tony did a beautiful job fixing the break, and I tried SNS dipping for the first time. The nails are thin but super strong. The price ($36) was amazing too. I wish we had this place near me. I started writing my review mid service, assigning a three star experience at the beginning; however, the young lady at checkout was kind, conversational, and attentive, which encouraged the bump in stars from three to four. I went here because it is located close to the shopping center where I work a second job in sales. I had the opportunity to leave work early from my first job, so I decided to treat myself to a polish change. When I walked into the salon I stood at the front counter for several minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. When the man came to the counter, I told him that I wanted a polish change on my fingers and toes and that I had my own color. He said ok, someone would be with me in a few minutes, I said ok and asked if I could use the ladies room before I got started with my nails. The man stated that they didn't have a public restroom. Really??? How can you not have a public restroom? While I sat their waiting for at least 10 minutes, two ladies came up to pay for their services and neither one was pleased with their results either because of the service and/or price. One lady had a Groupon coupon and she had to correct the man at the counter two times before he seem to get the price correct or she just gave up. She reminded the guy at the counter that the last time she was in there they didn't give her credit for a $10 coupon even though he stated that he had. He stated that didn't remember and couldn't do anything because he was not sure what happened. She wasn't happy!! The man a the counter then walked back to one of the stations to talk to one of his employees (an older lady). After sitting there for more than 15 minutes I chose to leave and never plan to go back! I've been to so many local nail salons over the last few years, and was never really too impressed. Finally, at iNails in Alpharetta, I've found my match! Very luxurious salon, very clean and best of all are the nails techs, very kind and welcoming. Tracy always does a fantastic job and I leave happy with gorgeous nails! Sip on wine or tea while these ladies give all customers the royal treatment! The sanitation detail and tons of color choices also exceed all other salons. As soon as I entered I was welcomed by a very friendly staff. I told them my frustrations with the pervious nail salons and they assured me they would be able to give me exactly what I wanted. THEY HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDES HERE!!!! This place is beautiful and clean and your nails will be nice. Thai is probably the best nail tech they have. But Thai, Daniel, Annie you name it they are SO RUDE. The atmosphere in this salon makes you feel like they don't want your business. I have a love hate relationship with this place. Had an amazing experience. Second time in here. First time was the second day open, got me in while short handed and took amazing care of me. Today I came in and Lamme did an amazing pedicure and Khevin took over for the gel polish. Amber is my new girl for my full set of pink and white. And I am very picky! They really take their time.
