Adam (the owner of the salon) has been doing my nails for over a year now. He never disappoints, he commits to the mission of "quality work is priority". I appreciate his patience and work ethic to get out of his comfort zone even if he feels like he lacks in certain areas of nail designs. He does a fantastic job and his work should be shared. I have other pictures and designs from his previous work that I will include. I totally recommend not only his shop but him as a nail tech, you won't be disappointed. Sending more success and love to his company. read more

Great salon tucked away in the hills of Alpharetta! I got SNS/ gel pedi (my typical services) and Jessica and Amy were phenomenal. They were quick and my nails/ toes look wonderful. I would've loved a hand massage with my SNS service, so hopefully they add that into their offerings. read more

I love this place. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. The shop is very clean and neat and pretty! Adam is amazing never disappoints me. My experience at Pavilion was ah-mazing! I rarely leave reviews, but I read them often. So, I figured this would be helpful for someone. From the initial call to request an appointment to my arrival, Pavilion did not disappoint. After reading exceptional reviews about Adam, I booked with him and I do not regret it. He is so nice, fun and has great personality. My nails lasted nearly 4 weeks with no breakage or lifting. And the design was a conversation starter. The salon atmosphere is clean & relaxing. Oh, I love the massage chairs too. So glad I was referred to Pavilion. read more

Pavilion Nails - Acrylic full set & nail design - Nail Salons Near Me - Alpharetta, Georgia

I went to Pavilion Nails today to get a pedicure done. The gentleman who did my feet did a good job and was thorough. What upset me about this visit was that as soon as I was done and sitting for 10 minutes for my polish to dry, the guy at the front started hovering. I was sitting all the way at the back, and every time I looked up he was looking at me. When I glared back at him, he decided to go back to the front. He did not come to the back of the salon to hang out and watch me until my feet were finished. Vibes like this ruin good service. I don't know if he thought I was going to run out of the store past him after my nails were done. This was my third time doing my nails here and this was the first time I was treated so poorly. read more

I always go here, the manager and every nail tech i've been to are very accommodating and do a great job. they offer free drinks and the manager himself has fixed a broken nail for me in between clients. they always have availability for walk-in's and are quick. read more

I called ahead and made an appointment for a French dip with full set of tips. Angel was sweet, detail oriented, timely and meticulous. She asked about length, thickness of the white tip, and overall shape. I have received multiple compliments about how pretty they are. I'm in town ~every 3 weeks so I'm hoping to see her on my next trip this weekend :) totally worth every penny. read more

Seriously the best place hands down. I just moved to GA from NC and I thought it was going to be so hard finding a good nail salon. I immediately fell in love with this place. Everyone is so friendly and truly amazing at what they do. It doesn't matter what nail tech I have, everyone is consistent and amazing. They pay close attention to detail. I can't talk this place up enough!!!! Thank you Adam and team!! read more

my nail tech was horrible. She rushed through the entire thing. My nails started lifting 2 days later and didn't even last a week. It ruined my natural nails. It's nice looking inside but they do like to speak poorly about you while doing your nails. Don't go here, save your money read more

Love the owners and all the staff here. Really great experience every time and they're one of the only places who do gel x in the area and do it very well! Their signature pedicure is so nice and comes with a great massage. Very clean, updated chairs and great customer experience! I never wait too long, but still recommend calling ahead! read more

A co-worker referred me to Pavilion Nails after I arrived for a visit from out of town. It doesn't have a lot of frills but I absolutely love how my nails turned out and how quickly they were done! Nancy was so friendly and helpful. The second time I visited I had a different tech but again my nails looked fabulous and I was in and out in no time. I've stopped getting my nails done in DC and await my trips to the area because I am so pleased! Luckily I travel here fairly frequently. It's going to be so disappointing when my travels slow down and I have to go back to local artist. I love these guys! read more

If you're like me, you know there is nothing worse than sitting around for hours getting your nails done (I've been to salons where I've literally sat there for 2+ hours!) Pavilion Nails is the best! I got a gel mani and pedi done at the same time in under 45 mins! And the quality of their work was excellent and not rushed at all. Very clean, friendly, fast service. Highly recommend! read more

I got a basic gel manicure and it seemed fine but they didn't really do any cuticle care that was listed in the menu. The polish wasn't pushed close to the cuticle so it already look like my nails are grown out and it's been only a day. The redeeming quality here was that the woman that did my nails was extremely nice and made me feel welcome! read more

Love this place! I have tried so many in the area of Alfaretta in Roswell, by far this is the best place I've been. They knew exactly what I wanted I didn't even have to pick my color from a wheel I described it to my nail tech and she made it the perfect experience! read more

Pavilion Nails - Just perfect - Nail Salons Near Me - Alpharetta, Georgia

I started going here about a year ago when I first moved to Roswell. The space is very nice and clean, lots of polish options. Staff seems to be up to date on current trends, etc... That being said, they seem to have gotten a lot more comfortable since I first started going. Less polite, less special. I made a point to ask for cuticle oil AFTER I washed my hands because they don't protect the cuticles from acetone when they're soaking your SNS off - and I can't decide if the tiny amount of oil he gave me was passive aggressive or unintentional but wow. Let's make a little extra effort it makes ALL the difference. I guess I'll bring my own cuticle oil if I ever come back :) read more

Great Place to do nails but DO NOT EVER GET YOUR LASHES HERE! I go here all the time for nails religiously. I decided to get my lashes done here after they seemed confident about what I needed. First of all the glue they use is not. This isn't a safe and don't know what's in this. My eyelashes were looking like a drag queen no offense to anyone here. I wanted natural and I got lashes that mot only were way to thick the adhesive is impossible nearly to get off. I went to the Lash Lounge nearby and even they could barely get the lashes off. A process that would have taken 15-20 took an hour and I still don't have all the lashes out. So paying $80 for crappy lashes and illegal services, which they also refused to remove them for two weeks and told me It will take my natural lashes OUT ALL OF THEM... that I had to wait!!!!! What?! So $80 at Pavillion and now $70 at Lash Lounge plus I have to come back to get more removed so that's another $70! Highly recommend Lash Lounge in the same parking lot. They are true professionals and have a license and training to do this the RIGHT WAY. Other then this the nail place is amazing and does great work! read more

Best nail salon in the area, I feel fully satisfied Everytime I come in!! Great customer service and even better nail techs!! Amazing!!!

always amazing and wonderful! they have the best location and good music. they also offer you beverages and make sure you are comfortable.

Good quality work for how busy/ quick they are! In particular, I LOVE that they know how to do dip powder without it ending up thick and chunky. They know how to file down to get the best thickness and shape. I've been here twice now and each time a different tech did my nails to satisfaction, so I'll definitely be back! read more

If money is no object, then this is your place!! Crazy ridiculous pricing - WOW!! The base fees are way high and then every little thing is an up charge (including $10 to shape your nails - really??). Took my daughter there and it was $200+ for manis and pedis. AND had to go back 2 days later to get my nails redone cuz they were all chipping. Live and learn - NEVER again read more

My sisters and I had appointments, and yet one of us waited 45 minutes for a pedicure that was literally 10 minutes (something we could have done ourselves). So instead of getting our nails done together, it was spent waiting on each other, while other people who walked in after us were helped before us. When I confronted the manager, his response was "we're trying to get everyone in for the holidays". What he was really trying to say was "I'm taking way more clients than maximum capacity, for obvious reasons." Hate to break it to you, but it doesn't work that way. Don't waste your time here - awful service. read more

Great experience even during COVID-19! From calling ahead to making a reservation for two, the employees were professional, clean, and very organized. They were well staffed based on the needs of the customers. I didn't feel rushed out or hurried for my mani and pedi. For my first time at Pavilion nails, I had a great first impression. Decor, chairs, and even new shields were well designed and seemed to be custom made. I will definitely be coming back! They are the industry leader here- thank you for my birthday god read more
