Super NPWH (old yelp acronym- Nice People Work Here, c 2008!) and great work. I got a darker color for my regular pedi and it looks great even after a few days in sneakers - my only star dock is the price at $31. My daughter got the gel mani (no acrylic) for $36, so between we had about a $12-15 bump before tip (if I'm getting the prices right at the in town location, around $27 for pedi and I think $40 for combo but don't quote me!). Downtown Alpharetta is now a super cute square (Coalition is right up the street if you're going to dine....) so overall the treat was worth the money. Recommend!

En Vogue Nails & Day Spa - North Point Mall, Atlanta…read more En Vogue Nails & Day Spa is the newest addition to Amy's series of successful, well-managed nail salons around the Atlanta area. I had the pleasure of bringing my family here on their grand opening day for pedicure and manicure services -- and they truly impressed us. The space itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. From the bright white interior with marble-style flooring, to the modern chandeliers, recessed lighting, and soft grey walls accented with darker 3D wave panels -- the whole salon feels fresh, modern, and relaxing. The pedicure chairs are top-of-the-line with massage features and all the latest functionality to ensure both comfort and cleanliness, giving it a true spa feel. Service-wise, Amy's years of experience running other locations really shows. Even though this is a new salon, the professionalism, attention to detail, and high standards match the reputation of her sister locations. My family and I were genuinely thrilled with the results and the overall experience. Conveniently located in North Point Mall, with entrances accessible from both inside the mall and the outside parking lot, it's easy to stop in whether you're shopping or just looking for some quality self-care. In conclusion: Congratulations to Amy and her team for another successful expansion. It's exciting to see her continue to bring excellent service and beautiful salons to the Atlanta community. Highly recommended!

Holly cared to get to know me and talked to me about different products. Kim did a great job with my pedicure & massage. This may sound dumb, but my favorite part was that there's actually a lap table they put across for doing your hands during your pedicure and not just some dumb pillow that literally doesn't help anything. The layout inside is very nice and I'm OBSESSED with their fall collection of colors. I will say my only negative thing about it is the smell. It is the strongest lemon scent I've ever smelled in my life. Maybe trying to mask the acetone smell? Not sure, but way stronger of a smell than any other nail salon I've been to. So if you have a sensitivity to strong smells, don't try it. Immediately when you open the door it's very overbearing, but I was able to stand it and would say it was worth it. Very very happy and will be back!

I contacted the salon and returned the same day. The only solution offered was to reapply polish taken from the same shelf, which appeared to be the same older product. Due to the lack of resolution and inability to reach an agreement at the time, I contacted local authorities. Customers may want to confirm how service concerns are handled before booking.

While I prefer to use my pedicure time to respond to emails, catch up on any news I may have missed, etc. I think it's always important for you and your tech to (at minimum) make introductions, with the tech checking in on preferred nail shape, sensitivities, etc...maybe 5 minutes max of "getting acquainted" conversation. The extent of our exchange was which pedicure I wanted and that was pretty much it. Not necessarily a bad thing all the time, but on this occasion it presented more sales/transactional vs. valued customer. I started writing my review mid service, assigning a three star experience at the beginning; however, the young lady at checkout was kind, conversational, and attentive, which encouraged the bump in stars from three to four.
