Family owned and operated, this nail salon & spa offers the most affordable pricing on all their services, and I never leave disappointed. Every technician takes their time and they always make sure to confirm you love the color/design and the shape before doing a full set (which I really appreciate). I even went here for my wedding nails in Fall 2021 because I knew they would do an A+ job. Luminous does accept walk-ins, but I usually try to make an appointment ahead of time to make their day easier. I've recently taken a break from manicures, but I was consistently getting SNS manicures here month to month and loved the way they did my almond shape - they always looked perfect. The sad part is, I never got a chance to get my nails done! The ladies seemed really nice on the phone, but when I got there for my 6 o'clock appointment, she just sat there with her other client as if I wasn't there. At least, say some thing... "Hey ma'am, give me just a moment." Say something. That was slightly rude to me. It's all good though. Next time, don't tell a client to come back at a certain time if you are going to be busy and if you're busy, be polite and say something to them to let them know what's up. read more

I chose this nail salon because of the ratings, but my experience was not ideal. I received an SNS and manicure, which the SNS was great but the manicurist was not detailed in shaping up my cuticles and nail beds. Even after requesting a touch up, it did not look like I just received a manicure (which I usually bypass since I get SNS every 3 weeks). As for the pedicure, I was disappointed that they could not find a gel color to match my SNS manicure. The pedicure felt great but afterwards, I noticed that the callus removal was not complete- there was still quite a bit of dead skin not removed. Overall, I think the services could be improved if the techs were more detailed and inspected their work. read more

I am very disappointed in my services I received. I had 3 nails break today. I have had them 8 days, mind you I have already had to go in after 2 days because one broke. I received a full set with SNS. My 11 year old daughter received a mani/ pedi with gel polish and the polish cake off after 4 day's! I spent a good bit for her mani/pedi as well. My first time here and it was AMAZING!! I was a walk-in but they treated me as if I had an appointment in the books for months!! As soon as I walked in I was treated by a young lady who's name I didn't catch, but she quickly asked what I needed showed me pricing and then a wall full of a GREAT selection of polish and gel colors. I went in with one color in mind but as the gentleman began to work on my nails as the lady did my pedicure he showed be his paid the color would look and suggested I pick a different color. He asked was I going somewhere, what was my favorite color did I have a design in mind, etc to get a feel for what I was looking for. After I provided him with answers he said one moment please walked to to wall of colors and came back with the prettiest pink ever!! She actually listened to the type of shape I wanted and any small adjustments that I wanted made . She matched my nail polish to the shade that I wanted perfectly ! Friendly people, pricing was higher than other places though! The main reason I gave them three stars was for the young lady's actions. She soaked my hands in cold water and when she was done with it she poured it into the footbath, which was warm until she poured it over my feet!
