I'm not one that gets her nails done, but a gf of mine was in town visiting from NY and this is her go to spot, so we decided to treat ourselves. The salon is hands down beautiful, serene, and definitely "posh". Everyone was so kind! They accommodated us immediately and didn't mind us gabbing on and on catching up after not seeing each other for a while. The color selection is large enough that I found my go to shade fairly quickly. We opted for the powdered milk highest end pedicure and a basic manicure. Heavenly! My polish got smudged twice and while they were quick to fix it, I wish they'd just redone that particular toe nail over instead of spot correcting since it was fairly evident that portion of the nail did not match the rest. I let it go in the interest of time, but after leaving I noticed even my finger nails could have used a second coat. I could visibly see the polish lines. Got home after some errands and the spot corrected nail had completely ruined, which was frustrating. All on me for not being vocal, but a bit disappointing since I simply trusted that it'd be done right. Went to pay and almost completed my transaction before my gf noticed they had a 20% discount advertised, but they didn't apply it to our bills. Had she not said anything, I would have paid the full price and gone about my day. That's definitely predatory on the salon's behalf and pretty disheartening/disappointing to almost have be taken advantage of. Watch your bill! I think the one thing that truly irked me is that they asked me if they could put my purse on another chair, which is completely fine, but threw a dirty rag on top of it and left it there. I was appalled when I looked over and saw what they'd done as it's a suede purse that absolutely should not have any kind of water on it. That's 100% a no-no regardless! Willing to go back for a second chance, but will most definitely be more cautious the next go around for sure! read more

I first came and got $55 pedicure & chose a gel color that was supposed to be a bluish cat eye. Not only was it one of the worst pedicures I've ever had, my color ended up being silver glitter. I didn't like it, but assumed maybe it looks different in the sun. When it didn't, I wrote a review about all of the details of my experience. I was so unhappy, I came back & told the manager. He told me he would redo it if I changed my review & told me calluses cost extra. I selected a chrome color & didn't expect it to take as long as it did and the shop was closing up by the time she finished. I watched her apply the powder chrome (I thought it was just a gel color, not powder on top of plain color) & you could see that it wasn't completely chrome. Many toes didn't have any chrome effect at all, while others had spots of chrome. When I pointed it out to her, she said she doesn't know why. They didn't fix it, & I was sent on my way. He texted me later that evening to remind me to change my review! I was miserable w/my spotty toenails as well as numerous nails cracked. I thought maybe pedicures is just not their thing. I went in one day to ask if they did builder gel & explained I don't like tips, but I wanted my nails extended just over my finger with the builder gel & the manager told me that they absolutely do that never mentioned an extra cost. I made an appointment online w/someone who had excellent reviews. When I went in for my appointment, I was told to select a gel color. I asked if it was extra, & she said no, that was part of the service. I selected a color & followed her to do my nails. I pointed out my toenails & how blotchy they looked. I explained my issues w/the previous times I was there, & she said ok. She said she didn't know how to do builder gel w/o using tips. She asked someone else who came over to do it. This young lady was extremely nice, made my nails look beautiful except they were ridiculously thick. I'm not complaining on that element because I could file them down myself. When she went to paint them, I made sure to ask her as well if there would be an extra charge, & she said yes. I asked her not to paint them. I noticed her beautiful lashes. I asked her if she can still wear eyeliner, she said yes, just not mascara. I asked her if they were hard to maintain, she said no, just need to brush them just like you would your hair. I told her I was going away for some work trips & need to be at many events, but also quite a bit of time in the ocean if they would last, & she said yes. She told me the type that she does would be good for me as well. She convinced me I should get my lashes done. I also pointed out my toenails like I told other girl & she told me if I get a polish change b/c she doesn't think they could match it, they will fix the broken nails. I sat down to have them redo my toenail color. She did a beautiful job fixing the broken nails, but told me the color I chose was too sheer & suggested I put a darker purple under it. I said fine, & it looks nice. After my toenails were finished, I was taken to the back to have my lashes done. The girl didn't ask me any questions, offer me any information as to what to expect, & I certainly didn't anticipate being there for 2 hours just for lashes! I have bad allergies & laying flat makes me cough, so I laid there choking for quite while. I asked her how much longer it would be b/c I needed to use the restroom & she kept saying couple more minutes. I finally got to a point that I just had to go. All I was handed was a business card with instructions on the back that basically said everything the nail girl said was fine...was not & I would need more supplies than just little spoolie that they gave me in the bag. I should've been told it would take that long & what was expected to take care of the lashes before starting! I was charged $27 extra for extending nail plus the $43 for doing builder gel, I was charged $25 for changing the color of my toenails, $10 for the repairs & $5 to take off the crappy job they did in the first place, & it cost $140 for lashes that barely lasted. read more

I used to not be a fan of posh years ago because of how slow their service used to be, but I am here to say that had changed! They are super quick and affordable especially compared to other local nail salons in the Cumming area. For years I've been doing SNS, but my nail artist convinced me to try a new gel nail and it was on for almost a month! I was so impressed and totally got my moneys worth. Not to mention they also gave a 10% discount just for showing my college id. The service truly was great as they offered me water right away once I got seated. Came in during my lunch break to have my nails and feet revived after acrylic ruined my hands and I hadn't had a pedicure in a month. I was greeted pretty promptly by Leo who was very friendly! He also did my manicure and gave me several options outside of acrylic that would be gentler on my nail beds and help to keep my nails from breaking again. The quality of the manicure was fantastic and I walked out no longer having to hide my hands. My feet needed a bit of TLC and I had a meeting so I didn't get to finish my entire pedicure experience unfortunately, however the man who worked on my feet was extremely attentive to making them look attentive and even paying attention to special detail as far as shaping and filing. He took extra care in areas that others usually rush. While this was a quick drop in, I definitely plan to revisit on a weekend when I have more time to relax and be pampered. I needed a quick SNS appointment after work and Posh had the hours to accommodate me. It was a straightforward and quick process with no massage for $45. The nail tech Taylor did a great job. The salon is large and very modern. Plenty of nail chairs to accommodate everyone. read more

She put way too many coats on my toes. I walked out and drove home when i got home and took my flip flops off carefully the polish was all messed up because it could dry properly from all the coats. Disappointed that my money went down the drain a hour after she pained them. read more

Leo was awesome. Being a mom of 3 3 and under I have to be strategic with my time. I wanted to try a place where I could make an appt online so I decided to try posh. I made an appt on a Sunday at 1 for an ombré full set with Leo. When I got there they were slammed and allegedly short staffed. I was told by the manager Leo was behind and it would be 10 mins to wait, I said ok. I got taken back to my appt 20 mins after my appointment time. Leo was extremely nice and apologetic - kept saying "thank you so much for waiting". I explained to him I was short on time because of child care limitations & he said no problem. Boy did he mean it! He was so fast and efficient, and did a fantastic job on my nails. He even made a few substitutions on the color I picked for my nails (the pink I picked was too light). There was a lady with another tech who was already getting her nails done when I got sat, and I was done before she was. I'll definitely come back just for Leo. read more

I am so glad I gave them a try, Vanessa was amazing and was patient and listened to what I wanted to achieve and helped me choose the right manicure (I ended up getting a builder gel mani). I told Vanessa I wanted short nails in a nude color with a clear chrome finish and showed a picture for reference - I was amazed when my final results were almost identical to the photo I showed her! My favorite nail salon didn't have an opening, so I found this gem down the road. How have I not been here before? It's sooo pretty inside, and they even have mini ice creams if you want one. My nail technician was very good, and friendly. The only drawback is the water was cold, so my cuticles didn't soften much so when it came time to trim them, it was a little uncomfortable. I was here almost two weeks ago, and I got regular polish done this time. SNS is great, but it weakens my nails. The polish has stayed on so well!
