I highly recommend that you NOT go here…read more My daughter treated me to spa package for my birthday and Mother's day that included a body scrub, massage, facial, and tea, which we did together. Unfortunately, the wet body scrub in a cold room left the table sheets damp, cold and very uncomfortable for my massage on the same table. The masseuse was reluctant to turn on an air heater at my request since it would make her "dizzy" since she was physically active. She finally turned on a room heater, but I was still very cold during my massage from the wet, cold sheets. Midway through the massage, the masseuse got the manager, and I waited outside the room while they put dry sheets on the table. However, very little time was left of the massage and the room was still cold (the heater had been turned off and I had to ask for it to be turned on again), so I never got the relaxing massage I was hoping for. Both times that I got on the table, the masseuse did not line me up straight and centered on the table. She also left a hot stone next to my arm which startled me and was quite hot. Meanwhile, the background music kept skipping intermittently which also made it hard to relax. I recommend skipping the $40 tea which we were rushed through. It consisted of an almost tasteless slice of tiramisu, a small tasteless Madeline wrapped in plastic (why was there only one for two people?), one chocolate, and peach tea. The tea is overpriced and needs improvement. The bottom line is that the body scrub and the massage were 100% an awful experience. The manager gave me 75% off the body scrub; 10% off the unrelaxing, cold and wet massage; and comped the tea. This was not enough to offset what was supposed to be a special, relaxing, pleasurable spa experience with my daughter, but instead was disappointing, unpleasant, and very uncomfortable.

She goes the extra mile to help you relax, educate you, and focuses on not just the superficial layer of your skin, but targets what may be causing the issue--for me this was a problem within the deeper layers of my skin and older hyperpigmented scars. She discovered it for me, and with just one visit, the quality and tone of my skin improved dramatically. Even through mediocre FaceTime quality, my mother told me that she could noticeably see a major change to my skin. In between peels and layers, she will do my eyebrows, do some dermaplaning, give me an upper arm, shoulder, and neck massage, and we will just talk about everything. When I asked, "So I'm being punished for being one minute late?" no one offered a real response. they do not even use numbing cream for the treatment. I left feeling completely dismissed and disrespected. I canceled my membership immediately and was charged a $45 cancellation fee due to a six-month minimum commitment. That might be in the policy, but considering how poorly the situation was handled, it felt very unfair. I understand the importance of punctuality, but the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy here was unacceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone expecting respectful and compassionate care.

I was a Chatty Cathy & she didn't seem to mind at all. I could tell if I wanted silence, she'd offer that as well. It was a very relaxing experience. After my facial, she explained the products on the wall in case I wanted to come back & purchase. I had several questions about skin health & she answered every single one. She mentioned my skin was in good health & extraction would be a nice add-on. It's definitely something everyone should try. The consultation alone was helpful. The salon is hands down beautiful, serene, and definitely "posh". Everyone was so kind! They accommodated us immediately and didn't mind us gabbing on and on catching up after not seeing each other for a while. The color selection is large enough that I found my go to shade fairly quickly. We opted for the powdered milk highest end pedicure and a basic manicure. Heavenly! My polish got smudged twice and while they were quick to fix it, I wish they'd just redone that particular toe nail over instead of spot correcting since it was fairly evident that portion of the nail did not match the rest. I let it go in the interest of time, but after leaving I noticed even my finger nails could have used a second coat. I could visibly see the polish lines. Got home after some errands and the spot corrected nail had completely ruined, which was frustrating. All on me for not being vocal, but a bit disappointing since I simply trusted that it'd be done right. Went to pay and almost completed my transaction before my gf noticed they had a 20% discount advertised, but they didn't apply it to our bills. Had she not said anything, I would have paid the full price and gone about my day. That's definitely predatory on the salon's behalf and pretty disheartening/disappointing to almost have be taken advantage of. Watch your bill! I think the one thing that truly irked me is that they asked me if they could put my purse on another chair, which is completely fine, but threw a dirty rag on top of it and left it there. I was appalled when I looked over and saw what they'd done as it's a suede purse that absolutely should not have any kind of water on it. That's 100% a no-no regardless! Willing to go back for a second chance, but will most definitely be more cautious the next go around for sure!
