NEW OWNERSHIP! I'd follow these people anywhere! Candy is amazing at what she does; true skills. No lumps, no bumps, never cuts my cuticles and my nails are always super shiny. I'm in my 50s and she's by far the best "Nail Girl" I've ever had! She and her sister Ellie, the salon manager, have turned into friends over the years as well and I have now followed them to 2 places. I could drive five minutes around the corner from where I live but I travel 25 minutes to get to these folks. You won't be disappointed coming here. We tried this place out with my wife and daughter... I don't know what the hell happened but definitely not for men's service - my wife and daughter may have their own opinions, but this was quite horrible for me. This lady didn't even cut my nail length and filed them all uneven! She started putting on the gloss despite me constantly trying to clean some cuticles that would never got removed. I a discolored nail, rough and peeling cuticles and the lady was like so impatient with me. Jade did a fantastic job on my pedicure! I broke my big toe nail completely off and she was able to create a new "nail" that looks so natural. She really took her time manicuring each toe, cutting the cuticle, filing down that pinkie toe to make it smooth. I was just so pleased because some shops rush through but she showed she cared. I have had the nicest experience with my nail person over 7 years, but sadly, she moved away, far away. I went to someone in the salon she was currently working, and not happy at all. I began a tedious search for someone who could really please me. After a couple of bad experiences at other salons, I found Soleil Nails! Right in my shopping center! Why I never heard of them or looked, I have no idea, but I love all the staff at Soleil Nails. My pedicures have been really great each time, but I LOVE Sandy, the owner. She takes so much time, shapes my nails perfect, and I could not be happier. She and everyone there is friendly, and seem to be happy to have me there. Visited them for the first time this past Saturday (5/15)! Had a very relaxing gel pedi and SNS pink/white with tips, all while enjoying a complimentary glass of wine. Fast forward two days to Monday (5/17)... I was struggling to open a bottle of crazy glue when it burst open and all of a sudden my fingers were... well... glued together. This morning (5/18) I had a 45 min window to get some type of facelift done to the acetone mess I had done to my nails in an effort to unstick my fingers from each other. They offered to do my nails completely over at no charge. They urged me to come back later if I had time but my day was booked so in the time I did have they scrambled to make my nails look amazing again. This place wanted a happy customer and had no desire to take any money from me for a mistake that was all mine. Not theirs. I am beyond impressed by their customer service !!!! I have been a regular at this salon for maybe two years now. They have recently been bought out and are under new management. Inside looks beautiful and the new owners are nice. Jessi is amazing at nail art and will get the design right every time- which is a plus. I gave it a two because I have been in maybe 5 times since they have been bought and every time I leave unsatisfied. This last visit put me over the edge. I left just unpleased with the job they did on my nails, and woke up the next day with an infected finger. This is one of the worst infections I have ever had. DO NOT GO! They suck. I was asked to sit and wait for at least 25 minutes when they only said 10 minutes. Then, I told them I wanted acrylic gel and they kept saying I wanted a manicure gel. The old man who did my nails there did an awful job with my nails. I showed a picture of what I wanted and it looked nothing like it. To make it worse, they're discount wasn't even working on their display. They say they have 10% off for Yelp, Facebook, and Google, but it doesn't exist. They tell you they have their own reward for a dollar off. My original price was 42, and I paid 41 dollars. I could've use my Yelp discount and paid 37 dollars. But they insisted I didn't. It's a SCAM. Unprofessional, lack of customer service, and overall horrible!!! Worst experience ever!!! read more

Decided on a family mani/pedi trip and headed to a nearby nail spa. They were extremely busy and we didn't feel like waiting so we drove down a little further and found this spot in the Kroger shopping plaza. We were warmly greeted and asked if we wanted anything to drink, such as water and Coke. I told him my daughter only likes Sprite, so he actually went to the store and picked up Sprite. I thought that was incredibly nice and generous of him. There were a few different people who worked on my nails and toes and they all did a great job. They had nice comfy spa chairs and the tub liners, which I think should be mandatory for any salon. They have televisions so you can watch while you have your service or check out the magazines for the latest entertainment gossip. Another bonus here is that they take American Express. Very few salons take this card so I was thrilled. Service was above and beyond and I definitely have finally found a new place to go closer than my other favorite in Buford. And an extra bonus? 20% off any nail service over $20 when you check in. Be sure to take advantage of that. I'll definitely be coming here often. read more

My honey and I tumbled across this place out of pure coincidence, due to her other nail salon having a long wait. It's tucked far away on the far end in the Kroger parking lot, off 141 and Sharon Rd. There was plenty of parking. It was her, her daughter and myself, so a family bonding outing. I confess now, my honey got me into getting pedicures. It must be pure soulmate love bc no other woman has been able to get me to do that. I'm a runner and my feet take a 40 mile/week pounding with loads of workouts. This is certainly a great way to revive my feet and spend time with the woman I love so much. Guys, set your manhood aside, especially if you pound your feet into the pavement as much as I do! One thing you'll notice walking in was the intense smell of nail polish. My only suggestion to this place, get some air circulation or leave a door open. We had no wait time and were all seated in a row beside each other. They had tvs playing, magazines beside each massaging chair and a cool painted sky ceiling that my honey said reminded her of the Belagio. We were offered water and a soda for my honey's daughter. We had to decline on soda bc they had no sprite. No biggie, the guy literally runs out and buys a 24 pack of Sprite. Who does that?!?! THIS place does, and that's a huge step in customer service! There are plenty of nail salons out there, and this one just went straight to the top for that. My honey and I were overly impressed by that. I did the pedicure, and the lady working on my feet did a great job, even though she spoke very broken English. Quite fine with me as I'd rather not talk anyways. I will say she had a kung-fu grip when it came to grabbing my ankle and scrubbing my feet. Def worked out the knots in my calves! Mine was $20 and felt I got my Honey's monies worth (her treat, I love my honey). Even though the lady was rough on my feet, she scrubbed, clipped and scraped them to a shine. I came here on a whim because the other place near our house had a really long wait. I really wanted to like this place. It's super clean and cozy, with the chairs seated in a half circle instead of the usual line. Tina, the owner, is super friendly, as is the other nail artists. They are also super attentive to your needs, and pretty detail oriented. That about ends the good. The bad -- I wish they had more color variety. There are a lot of the same colors in different tints and shades. The worst issue I had with them was that there were air bubbles in my nails after my manicure!! I expect that to happen at home but not for a professional service that I'm paying for! Needless to say, I probably won't be coming back as this place was only a dollar cheaper than my usual nail salon with their 20% check in offer. read more

When I went they hardly had any colors to pick from. And my manicurist was rude and you could tell she was rushing me out. The towel she gave me smelled like mildew. She did a hack job with my cuticles. She filed down my nails to the point that my nail beds were showing and it hurt really bad (I only asked for a slight trim) The paint job was so-so. No one there cared enough to talk to me the whole time. When she finally finished she started pressuring me into using the lotion even though I told her I had sensitive skin. It got to the point where she was teasing me so much I just wanted to pay and leave. After that experience I decided to bring my business elsewhere. I went to a place called Posh Nail Spa and I am so glad I did. If you are thinking of going to this nail salon I strongly suggested you turn around and go to Posh Nail Spa instead! read more

Worst place i've been to in a long time. Came in during my lunch hour. Guy who was working on my toes kept pricking me with the tool (ouch) and did a horrible job on the paint. I asked to have it re-done. He takes the polish off, says thank you and walks off..??!! Im sitting there for a min then ask lady is someone going to finish me?! She said yea one second!? I said ma'am i dont mean to be impatient but why am i having to be inconvenienced bc he could not apply paint properly?? She was the manager so i thought she would have been a little bit more hospitable!? NOT!! She puts paint on... does a better job but still not as clean as I've received it before from other salons.. I go to pay, pull out my phone to show her the 20% promo code Yelp has for this location to receive and she tells me that code does not apply to their location??! Like What?? How foes it not apply when Yelp shows their address as the location to receive the 20%??! How bogus ?! Needless to say I wont be returning!!!
