Looks like they changed ownership this year. Actual charges vary based on visit and service is "ok". Find the right tech and book directly for optimal service and ensure they do not switch techs in the middle of your session. Could take time for new ownership to work through things. I've been to a few places and stopped here for a pedicure with my friend we and loved it. Staff are super friendly and they have a lot of pedicure choices as well. We had the seasonal volcano pedicure and it was very relaxing and calming. My feet feel refreshed since I usually don't have time to go treat myself often. Totally recommend. New to the area and I've been going to this nail salon since January. Each time I would only get a gel pedicure and sns on my hands. Each time I was always given a different price. Today I was sick of the different prices for the same services I've gotten over & over. After my service today. I asked the technician if he was able to see my history on the computer. He stated "Yes" and I said well why every time I come here I'm being charged different prices for the same job with no add ons. The technician stated, "The owner told me to charge you that price". I asked him can he tell the owner to come speak with me. Which was a guy with blonde hair. I asked him the same question & showed prior receipts. The owner stated "I don't know why he charged you that price the last time I charged you a different price for the same service. He may charge more because you have coffin nails. Clearly, I have square-shaped nails. When I informed him that I have square-shaped nails he Said Yeah I don't know. Instead of going back and forth with the owner. I decided not to patronize this business any longer. They do not care about retention and customer satisfaction. I was overcharged for services and they knew it. They wanted to play a game. Lastly, there was an older African American lady getting her nails done right in front of me. Her nails were pretty long you could tell she had been growing them for years maybe decades. As she got up & was paying for her services. A lady and her two kids started laughing and shaming the older lady for her nails. I was furious because why are you okay with teaching your children to shame older folks? Well, as soon as the lady walked out after paying & tipping. Her nail tech walked over to the lady with the two kids and started performing services on them and as they are still laughing and questioning the nail tech about the lady with the long nails. The nail tech started telling the older ladies' personal business. It was very rude and disrespectful, I knew then, that I wouldn't return. This was 30 minutes before I was overcharged. read more

I have been going to this salon for 12 years. I have recommended this salon to several of my friends and clients. And the last time I went the lady I won't name bc I do respect her as a person suggested to change what I used bc she said it was stronger. I usually do sns and this time I got acrylic. And they started cracking hours after I got them done. It didn't start out bad so I just kinda ignored it and then a day later the cracks I noticed has grown. I called and made an appointment to come back in to get them fixed and I asked her if they could be completely redone and she said she couldn't bc she had another appointment so she just fixed them and same thing happened they had started cracking again. I don't have problems with my nails like this. I have had my nails done for years and I know how to take care of them. I was really upset and I went to another salon to get them fixed and they took over an hour to soak them off bc they were so thick. The owner of that salon said that acrylic aren't stronger that it's harder which makes it easier to crack. I disputed the charge with my credit card company bc I didn't want to pay for something that was messed up the entire time I had them done. Nina called me and asked me what happened and I explained and she said she would give me the money back. Couple weeks went by and I got charged back for the service. And I called to talk to her. She was so rude. She was unapologetic and said that she can't help me at all. Hung up on my twice. I didn't think I would be treated that way after that long of a relationship. I wanted to part ways respectfully but I feel like as an owner you should have more understanding for the situation. I have several pictures of my nails. Have been a loyal customer for over 6 years now. Came in every 3 weeks for a $100 service roughly each time. For the most part was happy with the services and overlooked the negatives. Purchased my mom a $100 gift certificate with my debit card however threw it away since I figured Nina (the owner) was the one that took payment and I can always show her my debit card statement of that purchase if she forgets. Next time Mom went to the salon she tried telling the owner about the gift card yet said the salon is giving her a hard time. I called and spoke with Nina and to my big disappointment her answer was: "we just can't make exceptions with lost gift cards for everyone, that's not good for the business". I'm sorry but I have spent almost 8K by going to your salon all these years and so has my mom! That's another 8K and you choose not to make an exception over a $100 ??? I even offered for her to go through every one of mine and moms appts recently to see that the payment for each one of those appts was not made with a gift certificate, therefore the gift certificate was not yet used. She refused and stuck to her answer. The owner chose $100 over relationship with a customer as well as my loyal business for many years. There is plenty of salons that respect their customers not spit in their face over a $100. Never stepping my foot in there again. read more

I've NEVER received such terrible customer service in my life. When I walked in, the lady at the front told me that the wait would be 20-30 minutes. It had been maybe 45 minutes before I realized that they were taking every customer that came in after me -- whether they had an appointment or not. After waiting over an hour & a half, I was finally seated. Already irritated, I hoped that the experience would be worth it. However, the lady who did my nails was incredibly rude to me. She cut the tips shorter than I initially wanted, so I asked her if she could redo them, and she caught an attitude. She rushed the application, and when I asked her if she could fix a crooked nail or glue down a tip that was falling off, she seemed annoyed & barely fixed it. When I asked her about the price, she told me a price much higher than I had ever paid, claiming it was due to the length. When I asked her about it, she literally told me "stop talking." I felt so disrespected. I almost stood up & walked out, but I thought that I should wait till she finished my nails because I had already spent over 2 hours there. I asked her to cut them shorter because I was unwilling to pay that price, but ended up paying it for the shorter nails anyways. In the end, I waited hours to receive uneven nails much shorter than I had ever gotten & paid more than I had ever paid. The manager was not even willing to speak to me regarding the bad service, walking away as I was speaking to her. Going to elite nail spa was a COMPLETE waste of time, energy, & money. NEVER go there. Many other salons provide much better service & won't overcharge you. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

Busiest nail salon in the area, it's like a factory really and the technicians must be under a lot of pressure to provide service and then move on to the next client. Inconsistent quality with a few nail techs being excellent, and others provide a medicre job and can appear careless/rude. They remodeled last year which must have cost a fortune---but with several customer service changes, could truly be the greatest nail salon in the area. Been coming here for 10 years, cost goes up while quality of service is lacking. The site is very noisy, lots of Vietnamese/Korean chatter/banter, not relaxing at all. SNS fill was $40, new tips $5, add French, another $5. This did NOT include cuticle cleanup (warm mittens with cuticle remover, push back and careful trimming), NO lotion massage provided at the end. The nail tech was very efficient, experienced, and the final product is pretty, but the overall experience was mediocre. Elite Salons Pro's: the location is great, parking lot has lots of spaces, efficient the total time 70 minutes, Cons: environment chaotic and noisy, no special luxury or special treatment offered to make you feel like a number, expensive, Risky--the grinding tools and Emory boards were dusty and looked like they have been used over and over without sterilization. I'm not certain if I'll go back, because to try another salon in the area is a Hit or Miss. Will have to carefully examine the reviews at other salons in the area before a switch. read more

I just had my brows waxed. Now there is a hole of missing hair in my brow. Hopefully my brow will grow back. The brow with the pulled out bare spot also was waxed in the center beyond the edge of my eye into the beginning of the eye itself. The other brow is waxed to the edge of my eye. This brow had stragglers left under the brow as did the other brow. Shabby treatment. Also, the last acrylic fill in I had was below par - polish came off at the end of my nails. read more

I was excited to try this new nail salon because my friend Carolyn went there and said it was pretty and had relaxing music. It is nicely decorated with dark wood, blue skies painted on the ceiling and serene mountainsides painted on the walls. But where was the relaxing music? Instead, the flatscreen was tuned to All My Children and another television at the front desk had a game show going! I could have dealt with one television and no relaxing music but two televisions blasting? I have to compliment them on their massage chairs. They are the best ones I have ever experienced outside of a Brookstone store. And the older lady that did my pedicure did a good job...except she cut me!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, she did! Maybe I've been lucky but this has only happened to me once before. I went yesterday and today I can still see dried blood on my toe. No, I am not happy about this. Despite these negatives, I am not prepared to give up on the place all together. It's nice looking, no noxious fumes permeated the place and the massage chairs are awesome! Also, there were two men, I'm assuming owners or managers, who walked around asking if everything was ok, would I like a bottled water, etc. and I am thinking if I tell them my observations there is a good chance they will make some changes. So I'm planning on doing that today. But I definitely won't be giving the older pedicurist another chance. read more

Not welcoming, and comes across extremely rude. My mother and I came and when we saw her standing at the counter we left. She doesn't add a positive vibe. I was looking at the holographic nail polishes and the nail tech took them away from me and said "too expensive for you." What on earth is that supposed to mean? Still in search of a great nail salon near my house, I ventured to the Publix shopping center and discovered this salon. It was definitely crowded when I walked in so I was hoping that was a good sign. They had a decent variety of colors and I'm not sure what was so special about some of the polishes but there was a sign saying it would cost extra if I chose them. So I picked my staple OPI. I was ushered to a manicure station and sat down and waited for a few minutes. The woman who did my nails was very nice. However it was downhill after that. On the second nail working on my cuticles, I started bleeding. I said ouch because it did hurt when she ripped my skin. And believe it or not, the very next nail she did the same thing. Bleeding not only hurts but it's dangerous. It's not a high risk factor but it's a known risk factor that you can get hepatitis C from nail salons and bleeding is the way to get it. I just hope they adequately cleaned their equipment. I basically did not want her touching my cuticles after that. We got to the point where she had just place the topcoat and I sat there with my hands spread out over a towel all she had placed on the table. One of her coworkers came over looking for a tool and she flipped the towel and caught two of my nails. She said a flippant oh sorry and did not seem truly sorry at all to be honest. So now my two nails were messed up and I had to have them fixed. I was not happy and I will not be back. read more
