Horrible service! Don't bother going to this location because these ladies don't care. In October, I went to get a manicure done and I got this awful young lady to do my nails. This young lady was rushing to finish my nails that she cut my skin. I was bleeding pretty badly, she kept on putting medicine to stop the bleeding. I have gotten many manicure and pedicure by different ladies at different locations but I never experienced this type of experiences. When the bleeding stopped, she finally finished my nails. When I was waiting for my nails to dry, she decided to get her nails fixed by one of her friend in the salon. So she left me sitting there, awhile she is getting her nails done. read more

I have been frequenting this salon since it opened. The last 6 months have been bad experience after another. Today I signed in and waited for 30 minutes without anyone even speaking to me. Certain techs gouge your cuticle to the point you could be seriously hurt. Got a manicure and lotion was not even used nevertheless a massage. They are always in such a hurry that services are cut short. The place has been remodeled but the chairs are horrible. Massage is not adjustable and there's very little pressure. Management other than Nina could care less about customers. So sad as I am here twice a month. Time to find a new place. I'm done!!! read more

I've been here about 4 times and in the beginning it was OK. Has really gone down hill. The young lady who has done my nails, Ann has no manners or customer service skills. They just don't care if you go or not. She doesn't greet you or smile or even make eye contact. She points and gestures with her hands as to which hand to give, when to put it in the water bowl or take it out. She's very rude. She did cause me to wince once when she was cutting my cuticles and didn't apologize, ask if I was OK or even look up from her work. I had to ask the guy at the front desk if she speaks English and he said yes. I told him she is very unfriendly. She did look up from doing my nails to smile at a white lady there. Maybe that's her problem, since I'm not white!! There are many nail spas in the area and I know I can find another one based on good reviews. This one consistently gets negative ones. I had been going to this shop for almost a year. Went in on a Saturday all primed for the "experience" of a pedicure and extra foot massage with my husband. My service was almost complete, I'm talking 5-10 minutes to be complete, when some lady walked in, supposedly had been a long time client, but had not been there in a long time and demanded my technician. There became this stir among technicians and before I knew exactly what was happening, my technician left my chair and went to take care of the demanding client. Needless to say, I was not happy and when I checked out I told the manager (assuming that's "Nina") I was not willing to pay the extra money for my massage because my service was interrupted. First words out of her mouth "just let me tell you..." Wrong-- let me tell you, I will not go back and I will discourage anyone else from going there. She is incredibly prissy and rude. Stay away, at some point, you will have to deal with her and it's not worth it. There are too many nail shops that are happy to have your business and would have started their conversation with you, "I am so sorry you had that experience, I totally understand. Great job on my nails.. minus the fact that I was cut on multiple fingers & had some minor issues on the nail itself. I asked for ombré nails, the price was about right, $55 is typical for that service though it'd be nice not to have my fingers snipped by the scissors used while shaping my nails & then cut again with the drill. Considering the fact that my nails are pink & white, I don't want little specks of whatever imbedded under the final coat. I completely understand that things happen but when I suggest or ask for a solution, I would hope that you can work with me.. I asked for maybe a jewel or something to cover & she just flat out said no... they're minor so I'm not completely raging over my nails themselves but what really got me was my pedicure. The killer is that when I first walked in, I picked up the services with the prices & decided that I wanted a manicure. The option for gel under the section labeled MANICURES was priced $20, for some odd reason: I was under the impression that I was receiving a gel manicure. I wouldn't be as upset if I were actually given a decent manicure. The lady doing my pedicure filed my toes nails (& skin considering she ran out of toenail to file about 17 motions ago), clipped my cuticles & literally BRUSHED the scrubber across my foot. Didn't scrub my foot. The description for the pedicure mentioned like.. no massage but you could've done more than a file & a "brush" across the foot. $41 for you to do what I could've done at home????? WORST pedicure ever. That's extreme coming from me because I feel like I've literally tried like every nail salon ever. I've never been so unhappy towards a nail salon. I left paying $94, expecting to pay $75. The quality of everything was fairly decent 8.5/10 but the prices for that quality??? No. No ma'am. -100/10. This was my first awful experience. The wait time for me was 35 minutes. normally this wouldn't make me mad however people that came in after me were going before me. I have been going to the salon for years and respect the workers here. but for some reason today I got stuck with someone who did not know how to remove my sns. nothing she did was right. I've been getting my nails done for years so I have caught onto the process and how long it should take. At one point she started almost ripping my nails off which is the whole reason why I'm paying to get them done so I don't have to rip them off myself hurt my nails. i'm all for training new staff but not when it's at the expense of my nail health. it's a shame because I'm such a good customer there but I don't know if I'll be returning. read more

Clean. Excellent spa pedicure! Extra long massage. I also had a manicure without nail polish, just had my nails buffed. I felt as though the tech skimped on my manicure, they didn't clean up my cuticles and barely filed my nails. I went in the next day and explained my disappoint. The absolute worst experience ever at a nail studio. The manager/owner at the front desk is the rudest, most unprofessional person. I went in a week ago concerned about my natural nail that seemed to be separating from the acrylic that had recently been put on. She said that's not your nail it's your skin, it's fine. I stopped in again a few days later still concerned and she said my regular nail tech is busy, so come back. I get back for the 3rd time and it turns out I had been having a very bad reaction to the acrylic. They all had to be removed and she said I may lose my nails!!!! I so wish I could post the picture of my hands! My nails look like they have gone through a meat grinder. No apology, no concern just unbelievable bad attitude. I am shocked at how rude she is. I have been a client of Elite Nails for 6 years. For years, the owner has showed attitude towards me for no reason. Two weeks ago, I paid for a full set of SNS with tips which was $45, and was told that I could get a fill-in for $35. But when I came in tonight, the owner told me that they would have to soak off my barely grown out, current nails, and I would have to pay another $45. After explaining the situation to my sweet nail technician, she understood and said that I could get a fill in for $35 which I was happy about because that was the price I was told on my previous visit. After the nail technician had filed my nails down, the owner came over to the table that I was sitting at and got in my face and started yelling at me saying, "Who's the of this nail salon? ME Who's prices are you going to follow? MINE" and that I was "trying to change her prices". The nail technician was embarrassed and she was comforting me and asking me what I wanted to do, I told her that I wanted to take off my nails completely... I don't understand why the owner had to be so extremely rude, why she had to get in my face and why she had to make a huge scene in front of the whole nail salon. As someone that has worked in customer service for years, I know that no matter what you should never treat your customers like this. Over the years, I've had so many friends and family members try to tell me how rude the owner is, but after experiencing this, I will definitely not be going back. read more

I had made this place my new go to nail spot until about a month ago. I called to make an appointment and learned that the technician I usually went to was going to be out of work for an extended amount of time. So, I made an appointment anyways for a fill and just asked for whoever may be available. When I arrived I was not greeted as usual and then a guy finally came up to me and asked my name and stated that he would be doing my nails. I had picked out a nail design online and I showed it to him. He replied with "We don't do that design here. Why would you want that? That is a design that would be worn in New Jersey, not here. We would have special tool to do that and we don't have it. I proceeded to pick another plain color and get my nails done against my better judgement. I was desperate. I didn't get the guy's name but he was silent the whole time he did my nails and what did come out of his mouth was always unpleasant and rude! My mother also was with me (It was her first time there) and I had already raved about how great the place was. She had the same experience. A young girl did her nails and the person was also completely rude! She also cut her several times and mind you my mother only had her nails painted no gel or acrylic nails. I will NEVER be back. The only thing good about this place was Lilly and she is now gone. I don't blame her!! Do not go here!! I went one week later to Luminous Nails and they were very friendly and did my nails with the same design I had asked for when I went to Elite with no issues at all. Literally such rude customer service. Yesterday I went there and had to wait over 40 min before being taken. We were not even greeted. I asked to get gel or sns for my nails and I wanted purple but in four different shades. The lady asked the manager if She could do it and the spike in Vietnamese and I swear literally every worker in there were laughing and then looking at me as if it were such a crazy concept. It was busy either might I add. There were workers on their phones in spa chairs while we were waiting. I asked if I could get a design on two of my nails since I couldn't get the other colors I wanted and she said "how bout I just do one" I was like I mean I guess. This was the second attempt on this nail spa. I went with my mom three weeks before and they nicked her toe and she was seriously in pain and on the verge of tears. The lady was very apologetic but when my mom asked for a discount from the manger the lady that did her toes said nothing happened and started causing a huge scene. It wasn't like she was even trying to get her in trouble but she didn't want to pay full price after she was in pain and she shouldn't have to! She was asked to call back after a couple days of it still hurt. What was that supposed to do exactly? And the lady that hurt her toe literally was coming up making fun of my mom mimicking her being in pain. Just not okay. Two experiences in a row. I'm literally going to another place the day after I got mine don't because my nails look so horrible. SERIOUSLY YOU SHOULDNT GO HERE. read more

Went in to get a mani pedi. The store looked nice, and I went to pick my colors. They have a pretty wide selection of nail polish. I sat in the pedicure chair, and the bag they use in the little water thing for your feet broke TWO TIMES. It wasn't my fault either, the lady kept putting it on wrong. The pedicure was nice, and they put polish on my natural nails. The design they put on was sub par, just 5 dots making a circle with a little gold sparkle polish in the middle, calling it a flower. It was ok, but I've seen better. Then I went to the manicure tables to get some polish put on my nails. The manicure was good, but again with the design. I went to go dry my nails and sat there for about 10 minutes or so. I though my nails were dry, but they were not. They smeared a little on the way home on two fingers. I thought they would dry while I was sitting at home, but they did not. It took about 3-4 hours and putting my hands in ice cold water to get them pretty dry, and even then they were not FULLY dry. I came to Georgia to visit a family friend, and she recommended this place, I would not recommend it to anyone and I will not be returning when I come back to Georgia. read more

My friend suggested I go to our newest nail salon in town. She was right... the interior was beautiful. I was given a "menu" to select what type of pedicure I wanted. I like that idea because you never know how much things will cost at nail salons. I looked it over and told my nail tech I only wanted the regular pedicure with NO add-ons and I did not want the deluxe. I had brought my daughter along for a pedicure, too. I was very surprised and disappointed to see the nail tech assigned to my daughter was the owner's own 14 or 15 year old daughter. Surely she hasn't been to nail tech school and this breaks some licensing law? I decided to let that slide and figured my daughter's pedicure would be a reduced rate because a licensed professional wasn't involved. The pedicure I received was very nice. The first big complaint I have is that the owner's two year old son is running around that salon screaming and causing his dad to run after him. It was very distracting and not serene or spa-like at all. The kid is a terror. I then learned that the child's mom is working there too. You'd never know it. She never got involved with the child's misbehavior-EVER. When we were done (and it couldn't have been fast enough for me with that kid's noise and distraction) it was time to check out. The tech told the owner to charge me $4 extra for callous removal. That was $4 that I was very clear I did not want added onto my pedicure. I explained that to the owner and he INSISTED on charging that extra fee. There was no reasoning with him. He took a stand and didn't see that the lack of communication on his nail tech's part was the problem. I tried to reason with him and he was not interested in making me a satisfied customer Also, he charged me full price for his daughter to paint my daughter's toenails. I will never go back there. As I was telling a neighbor about this experience she told me that they did the same thing to her when she brought her little girl in there... had the daughter do the girl's pedicure. She also said the two year old escaped out the front door and no one noticed until a customer found the kid all the way at the other end of the strip mall and brought him back. She said it was nice and quiet while he was gone! What a shame that gorgeous new nail salon close to my house is just not all it could be. I say have the mom stay home with ALL the kids and let the dad work on making it what it could be. read more
