Had a great experience here today. Came in Sunday afternoon, it was quiet and not busy. I was greeted promptly with a smile, and requested a pedicure. Moments later a nice lady named Selena came out and got me set up. I had to use the restroom before we got started, it was nice and clean. Selena gave me a magical gel pedicure! She really had great attention to detail, giving me multiple coats of gel to hide a horrible bruise on my toe haha. Her leg and foot massage was fantastic and she did wonders on my calluses without tickling me which I was so grateful for haha. Will definitely be back! Also I noticed everyone who was in there -customers and employees alike- just seemed super laid back and happy. Really nice pleasant atmosphere! Oh and also! Avoid this place like the plague. My friend and I had appointments for two pedicures. The tech started mine, then just walked off to work on someone else, leaving me sitting there like an afterthought while another lady did my friend's nails. I sat there for 20 minutes--completely ignored--before we both walked out. Absolutely unacceptable and downright disrespectful. They lost two paying customers and over $110 because they clearly don't value anyone's time or business. This ruined our day. read more

This was the worst experience. Now 3 days later my daughter has an infection that is blister with puss. We made an apt for 3pm and we got there and they started doing my daughter and left me in cold water for 27 mins ... we asked 2x on the phone if we could Do our pedicures together ... this is wild. I specifically asked for rounded nails and the nail tech continuously told me that he didn't like rounded nails. When I showed him a picture of what I wanted, he said "That's for superstars. Are you a superstar?" And proceeded to give me square shaped nails with rounded edges. After he was finished, he said "This is how your people like their nails". He would really benefit from some diversity training. Needless to say, I will not be going back. Although disappointed, I didn't have the mental capacity to fight for something that I was paying for. Came here earlier today to get a pedicure, and they did a fabulous job and for such a great price. No rushing, and so friendly and personable. My feet were pretty rough since it had been a while since I've had a pedicure, and she spent extra time and care on them. No pressure to add this or that for $5 like some places do, and they had a nice variety of colors to choose from. Also, the prices here are unbeatable. Maybe I am used to the outrageous prices in Charleston but these prices are great. Also, they are super clean, following proper cleaning techniques and protocol. Good ventilation system because I couldn't smell any strong chemicals. The massage chairs are of good quality and very comfortable. I came down her today and got a mani and a pedicure. First thing is I walk in and see three workers here with two customers and we asked how long and they said one hour. So we just walked around the area then the took almost 3 hour to get our pedicures done and they kept telling me that I wasn't going to like the color I picked but I stuck with my color. Then the took another 2 in a half hours to do out manicures and they are not very friendly either. My sister got her toes done and her nail technician let a lot of open spots on her toes. read more

This is my usual nail place that I used to go to. The service here was really great and the owner is really great at nails! But the most recent visit I made there has made me never want to go back there again. I had went to this salon with my cousin who had booked an appointment for both of us, and fortunately, my cousin had gotten the owner to do her SNS, as for me I had a another lady do my SNS which turned out to be horribly thick and just not right for a SNS along with this, there was nail glue on my fingers.. I returned and asked if the owner could maybe trim down the surface of the nail to make it thinner and just redo it because it seemed like the other lady did not have a lot of experience on SNS. But after I had requested this, their customer service had turned REALLY sour. The owner did trim down the nail surface but then kept blaming my finger shape for the thickness of the nail.. along with this she kept saying it was MY fault that the nail ended up looking like this.. uh what?! The owner was upset, and my nails ended up looking worse than before. She totally rushed through it and got glue and SNS powder under my nail making it clump under neath, and along with this she had gotten the glue and powder stuff onto my cuticle and finger. I absolutely regret leaving a tip and I am never coming back here again. read more
