Stopped by Eden Nails early Sunday to get my nails done for my recent trip to Hawaii. I went with a tropical coral dip powder with clear chrome and some floral accents. I loved it! Tiffany is my go-to person, and she's incredibly skilled and gentle. She meticulously follows all the proper steps to ensure my nails last a long time. Initially, my nails kept breaking, but ever since I exclusively visit Tiffany, she's nurtured them to grow long and strong. This has allowed me to achieve that natural almond shape without the need for tips, and my nails rarely break now. I highly recommend Tiffany! Sad to share that my last visit gifted me the gift of athlete's foot fungus. Yucko!!! This was on Thursday, July 3rd. I woke up on Friday, July 4th and my right foot hurt so bad I had to go to urgent care. Yep, confirmation of athlete's foot! Take these pills twice a day for 14 days. Also soak your feet in apple cider vinegar for at least 45 minutes a day for two weeks. My NEW favorite and hopefully my FOREVER nail salon and I highly recommended Eden Nails. 1st I called to make sure I can come at the latest time possible as I just got off work. They said not to worry and go ahead and come even if I meant as late as 6:30pm. That made me feel so happy because my nails needed to be fixed. Once I got to the Eden Nails, I was greeted immediately, which everyone knows with a customer service background, I already felt good about this place. The facility is super clean and looks very glamorous. Even my 3 daughters were in awe. My technician, Teresa, and I hit it right off the bat. When doing my nails one of the acrylic tips she glued ended up being stuck on her finger which she mentioned to me, and I laughed saying we stuck together forever. I believe in signs. Absolutely loved her energy, I felt comfortable that she is my nail technician and will be coming back to see her again for my nail treatments. Not only this she did 3 different color pink tests on my nails to make sure that the pink I wanted was the color I wanted before doing my whole entire nails. Now that is beyond customer service which you don't see much nowadays. Also, I informed her that I don't like the white gel polish and would prefer the actual white acrylic powder for my nails. Without hesitation she informed me that she was about to do the gel white but did what I wanted instead. As a paying customer, I believe we should get what we like and want and not the other way around. My most recent experience at a different nail salon left me with a bitter taste as I'm not that hard to please. I like/get one style of nails which represents me, and I don't need anyone to change anything up or do anything different especially without my permission then charge me an arm and a leg for it. I mean don't mind taking recommendations but that doesn't mean I want it. Eden Nails pricing was good and not over priced. Even my husband liked Eden Nails so he decided our 3 girls can get their nails done too. The other 2 technicians did a great job on their nails. I didn't catch their names but don't think you will be disappointed in whoever you get from there as they were all professional and friendly. Lastly, it was super nice of them to offer us each something to drink and tried to get my husband to get a nail treatment done next time. This was my first time going to this salon. Here are some of my pros and cons. Pros: - Everyone was extremely nice from start to finish. - My nail tech was really patient as I tried to find the right color for me and even switched it out when I couldn't find the right one. - Salon was clean and cute. I was a walk in at opening time on a saturday and I didn't have to wait. - The service was extremely fast! Cons: - There is no pricing anywhere online I could find. (I attached a photo of their current price list.) - I asked for a gel polish change only multiple times ($25) and they charged me for a gel manicure. ($35) - The polish on all of my nails do not go down to my cuticle, which makes these fresh nails already look grown out. Before, I used to go here all the time (I'm talking 5-6 years loyalty). Overtime, I dont know what exactly changed but I did see a lot of new staff starting which is great but the service just went lower and lower each time I went back. Things I've noticed over time are listed out below: A). Quality of work is not that great. For example, when I say I want "Short and Square" shaped nails - I get long and round edges. That's not what I asked for. Or, I will ask for acrylic gel nails (overlay) with white powder and they put on Pink powder and now I'm being charged for Pink which is more expensive than white. B). Quality again - For example, I just went back last weekend (hasn't even been 1 week) and my thumb and right ring finger nails chipped off. I have not done any crazy activity/outing. The thumb actually chipped off the very next day and the ring finger I noticed today which is what sparked me to really write out my review now. C). The wait time is ridiculous nowadays. I waited over an hour and not once did they even ask what I'm here for. I just filled out my name like I'm at a doctors office and sat and waited. There is no sense of personality now. No one cares to talk properly or really even listen to what the client wants. D). Again to the Quality piece. I had red colored gel nails on from a different nail salon and I went to Eden nails for my fill ins. The lady just removed the color from the top and didnt bother to THOROUGHLY remove my nail color from the sides of my nails. I then told her that I want short nails. USUALLY everyone I have been to, they shorten your nails after they put on your acrylic powder and then they trim it with their machine. This woman put on acrylic powder, did not make it even throughout my nails and then used a nail clipper to cut my nails shorter. Anyone knows if you do this, it causes air to enter that small opening when they cut your nail with a nail cutter and lifts that acrylic bed up making it more susceptible to crack and that's EXACTLY what happened to me.... AGAIN. Their quality has seriously declined now. I'm just overall dissatisfied with their service now & their selection is VERY limited. I'd much rather spend $30-40 on fill ins at Piedmont nail bar and get free wine and other drinks and feel like I matter. That personal connection is at Piedmont Nail bar for me. Sorry Eden. Sad that that if you tip on a card some of the tip goes to the card company and not the girls. Need to let the customers know so they tip in cash. read more

when I went in there I had to wait an hour for service which is whatever, it's when the lady who started my nails got up and left me for another client. i asked for a short almond shape and ended up getting a medium length uneven coffin. None of my nails are even. I even had them redo 2 nails that looked atrocious. My nails are a peachy color which is exactly what I wanted, just they have this white streak in a couple of them from where they were filed too much to the point of them being tie dye. They cut my finger and filed over my cuts with a drill many times. I then had to pull glue out from under my nails and there's sns powder stained all over my hands. I don't even trust them to fix these nails. I will never go back. I'm pretty sure where they cut me is now infected. read more

Won't be back. I had tried this salon for several weeks tolerating small nicks and burns as the technician was doing my nails. My natural nails are very thin so I know it is difficult to do them. The last straw was when the technician continually tried to up-sell me on sns nails, gel polish, pedi, etc. I even got up from the table and reported her to the manger. I just wanted a simple fill, I was made to feel that I was insulting them because I didn't want to upgrade. The tech began talking in her native language the entire time I was there and her collies would look at me and laugh. Absolute WORST experience. Both my mom and I were almost in tears by the time we left the salon. The woman doing my nails was extremely rough and cut me multiple times. One of the cuts is now infected because they clearly don't sanitize their tools. Besides that, my moms nails came out horrible. She had asked for a pink color and they came out clear, looking like an American manicure. The woman was extremely rude and wouldn't fix them for her. Now onto my nails. Buyer beware! I love going to Eden Nails for the last five years every two weeks. I enjoyed getting SNS. However the last time I was there, they begin to try to cut corners and save money by creating a hybrid SNS process in which regular nail polish is used. I went back today, told them of my bad experience, and received the same process yet again. My nails look very uneven and the color is not solid. Unfortunately, I won't be back. And I'm a very good Tipper. It's a bummer. read more

I absolutely loved this salon, the staff was polite and talented. My second time coming here, I got a mani/pedi that I paid $65 for. Two hours after I got my nails done, the side of my toe started to swell up and become painful. After two days of the swelling getting worse, I sought medical treatment, was diagnosed with a skin and nail infection. I had to get a tetanus shot and was prescribed antibiotics. I would never recommend this this salon to anyone! They do not sterilize their equipment, this caused my infection and has probably caused so many more infections. read more

Services have downgraded over the years. The workers are arrogant. They started a french manicure on my feet without asking details how I wanted it. When I told the worker it looks like clear polish only instead of french she became mad and started talking to another employees in their language while laughing. Very disrespectful. The workers had the water too hot without asking. Grabbed my leg without asking me to move. She did the pedicure over when I took notice and asked her to. It's been about a week and the polish is chipping off. They used to be a lot better with higher quality polish. They are upgrading their shop and downgrading the quality of polish and customer service. There are too many nail shops in the area to be so arrogant. I will not return. read more

The staff was pleasant and the Salon was nice. However, my gel nails (3 nails) chipped within 24 hours while doing normal activities. I didn't do anything careless with my nails during this time.
