Gigi took her time to talk me through the different options for lashes so I can actually achieve the look I was going for. The lash experience was long but relaxing. She set a nice vibe by playing my fave type of music. I fell asleep! I got classic lashes and it took about three hours but it was worth it! The final look was amazing and exactly what I wanted. Next I got the hybrid blueprint eyebrows. She moved fast with the eyebrows and we were done in no time. Again eyebrows looked amazing! Finally, she gives you a little package with things you need to clean and care for your lashes! I am hooked now and I will be coming back to Gigi! I highly recommend her! Don't hesitate book now!

I told Vananh & Tina and I'm new to lashes and they gave me wonderful suggestions to try. Me, trying to do something different, I went with their suggestions on a wispy/cat eye/manga look. I love how they turned out, so cute. The location has plenty of parking, the inside is very clean, chic and modern. The entire service I was very comfortable, I'm pretty sure I was asleep the moment they taped my eyes closed lol Sorry for snoring. Edit: I've come for a third time. I had Hannie as my tech and she's amazing. I recommend her. I think she's a senior tech! Tina was very gentle and kept asking if I was in pain/comfortable while she was doing the service. I would gladly return. The prices are affordable in my opinion. Note: photo with the glasses is my "before"

Updated: After 3 years of service, I no longer recommend this establishment. While the quality of…read moreservices has been to standard, my recent customer experience was so negative I cannot condone future patronage. We've typically had a good business relationship, but the owner and I had a disagreement for the first time yesterday during a scheduled session which unnecessarily escalated. My goal was to find a reasonable solution by offering to pay a cancellation fee for my appointment and reiterated a few times that I did not want to negatively impact her or her other customers. I paid the cancellation fee, and I left. It was clear we jointly decided not to work with each other again. I was fine with this solution and didn't think much of it. Around midnight last night, I received a couple of lengthy, rambling, text messages from her. I didn't read all of it as I do not see the purpose, but promptly requested she not contact me again and blocked her number. Yikes....
