The receptionist scheduled the appointment for Saturday. When I called on Saturday to confirm the appointment the person I spoke with was initially unable to find the booking. Eventually she found it. Upon arriving with my daughter for her appointment, I was told again that they couldn't find the booking. When the lady at the front desk eventually found it, I was told that I had only requested one service and that the stylist didn't have enough time to do a silk press. This is unacceptable, and they need to get themselves sorted out. I'm will not be coming back here.

Unfortunately, I left extremely disappointed after being charged over $400 plus tip. COLOR / HIGHLIGHTS    *   The overall color was much darker than what I requested.    *   The contrast and definition of the highlights were minimal.    *   The color was not properly rinsed out. When I touched my hair in the car afterward, my hands turned completely purple.    *   I was told to wash my hair only in ice-cold water or the fashion color would fade quickly -- however, the color faded drastically after just two washes.    *   Within a week, the purple had mostly faded, and I can now clearly see the blonde underneath where my hair was lightened. The fashion color did not last even a week. HAIRCUT    *   The stylist performed a dry cut and seemed very rushed.    *   Thinning shears were used throughout the entire cut.    *   The final result looked choppy, unprofessional, frizzy, and nothing like the reference picture I showed -- despite repeatedly communicating what I wanted. After spending over $400, I had to go home and trim uneven edges myself. Now, just one week later, most of the highlights have faded. Well in NYC all of the good silk pressed salons and hair stylists have all of these appointment requirements and it really felt so good to see this salon state that they accept walk-ins and just to call prior to coming in. Well, let's just say this was the best hair treatment that I have received in a very long time well 5 years to be exact. I went natural and this was my very first silk press and yes I got the works done. Let's just start with the amazing customer service I received when I just walked in and then the ambiance was just as amazing a the service. My stylist was Jonyece and she was very professional and she made sure that I was aware of all of my services and she definitely had the hands of magic because my natural hair came out so beautiful. The services I received was a black color, treatment, trim, wash and blow. Happy to say I now have a go to salon in Georgia. Parking was easy to find and there were lots of shops and restaurants to consider when I was done. The staff was very friendly, offered me a smock for the color process and sat me in the chair quickly. My stylist was great at asking questions about what I was looking for; color, cut, length, etc. before moving forward she confirmed pricing so there were no surprises. The complete lack of flexibility or understanding was shocking. Charging someone $90 for a navigation error is pretty poor customer service.
