The receptionist scheduled the appointment for Saturday. When I called on Saturday to confirm the appointment the person I spoke with was initially unable to find the booking. Eventually she found it. Upon arriving with my daughter for her appointment, I was told again that they couldn't find the booking. When the lady at the front desk eventually found it, I was told that I had only requested one service and that the stylist didn't have enough time to do a silk press. This is unacceptable, and they need to get themselves sorted out. I'm will not be coming back here.

Poor Results and Overpriced…read more I recently went in for my first cut, color, and fashion highlights in five years with a master stylist in Suwanee. I was very nervous but hopeful. Unfortunately, I left extremely disappointed after being charged over $400 plus tip. COLOR / HIGHLIGHTS    *   The overall color was much darker than what I requested.    *   The contrast and definition of the highlights were minimal.    *   The color was not properly rinsed out. When I touched my hair in the car afterward, my hands turned completely purple.    *   I was told to wash my hair only in ice-cold water or the fashion color would fade quickly -- however, the color faded drastically after just two washes.    *   Within a week, the purple had mostly faded, and I can now clearly see the blonde underneath where my hair was lightened. The fashion color did not last even a week. HAIRCUT    *   The stylist performed a dry cut and seemed very rushed.    *   Thinning shears were used throughout the entire cut.    *   The final result looked choppy, unprofessional, frizzy, and nothing like the reference picture I showed -- despite repeatedly communicating what I wanted. After spending over $400, I had to go home and trim uneven edges myself. Now, just one week later, most of the highlights have faded. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for the price.

My hair color was a train wreck, and I really wanted to go out for my birthday that night feeling confident with a new, bold look. I am ABSOLUTELY THRILLED to say that Master Stylist Vivian, Lily, Anthony and Danielle all made my dream a reality. The photos show the absolutely CRAZY transformation of my hair under these skilled stylists. Instead of wanting to put a bag over my head, I am over the moon when I look in a mirror now. Vivian has been doing hair since the 1980s, and she is truly a GENIUS. She was careful, ensuring that the bleach did not fry my hair, and she had the best ideas. It was a long process, of course, but worth all of the hours in her chair. If you need a hair miracle or a color correction like I did, I HIGHLY recommend Vivian and her team at Salon Arcaro without any hesitation. She KNOWS her trade, and she's TRULY a Master of hair ‼

Well in NYC all of the good silk pressed salons and hair stylists have all of these appointment requirements and it really felt so good to see this salon state that they accept walk-ins and just to call prior to coming in. Well, let's just say this was the best hair treatment that I have received in a very long time well 5 years to be exact. I went natural and this was my very first silk press and yes I got the works done. Let's just start with the amazing customer service I received when I just walked in and then the ambiance was just as amazing a the service. My stylist was Jonyece and she was very professional and she made sure that I was aware of all of my services and she definitely had the hands of magic because my natural hair came out so beautiful. The services I received was a black color, treatment, trim, wash and blow. Happy to say I now have a go to salon in Georgia. I would definitely recommend this salon to any of my natural yelpers out there looking for a natural salon where they can get an amazing silk press.

Nonetheless, my point is...I walked in for a "Blow & Go with a trim", I had been growing out my "baby bob" for 2 months. My hair was almost shoulder length and doing well, i just needed a little "dusting" of my ends. Walked out with an AWFUL MUSHROOM with layers cut in the back, no blending on the sides...I mean totally messed up a 2 year process of hair growth. Not to mention the "hostess" washed my hair and brushed it wet? I've been told this is a "no-no" in Haircare. Stylist didn't even clean the combs between clients, dropped the comb on the floor and just picked it up and continued to use it. DO NOT TRUST THEM AS I DO NOT BELIEVE ANYONE AT THE FACILITY FIR LICENSED!!!! BTW...I leave for a trip today and couldn't even sleep last night, that's how jacked-up my head looks! Definitely disputing the charge and looking into legal representation!

Rather than being even slightly accommodating for a long service appointment, they immediately marked it as a cancellation and charged me 50% of the service - $90 - despite the fact that no service was provided. The complete lack of flexibility or understanding was shocking. Charging someone $90 for a navigation error is pretty poor customer service. Policies are one thing, but this felt unnecessarily rigid.

The product of L"Anza just didn't work for my hair, it looked like boxed hair coloring on me, no dimension. But the main reason I left is, every time I went in this one stylist would talk about all of her problems and she was loud everyone could hear. And depending on her rotation of clients while I was in the chair, I would have to hear it all over again. I didn't know her name but I did know all of her personal problems.
