On the morning of February 11, 2025, my birthday, I called Danielle at Salon Arcaro and asked her for a miracle. I was a brand new client. My hair color was a train wreck, and I really wanted to go out for my birthday that night feeling confident with a new, bold look. I am ABSOLUTELY THRILLED to say that Master Stylist Vivian, Lily, Anthony and Danielle all made my dream a reality. The photos show the absolutely CRAZY transformation of my hair under these skilled stylists. Instead of wanting to put a bag over my head, I am over the moon when I look in a mirror now. Vivian has been doing hair since the 1980s, and she is truly a GENIUS. She was careful, ensuring that the bleach did not fry my hair, and she had the best ideas. It was a long process, of course, but worth all of the hours in her chair. If you need a hair miracle or a color correction like I did, I HIGHLY recommend Vivian and her team at Salon Arcaro without any hesitation. She KNOWS her trade, and she's TRULY a Master of hair ‼ read more

David. Go see David. I am new to Georgia and was dreading trying to find someone to do my hi-light retouch. Divine intervention! I found this place on Yelp and I am very VERY happy with his work! Excellent. I'm not just happy with how he did 'my' hair, I'm telling you this guy knows hair. I am a licensed cosmetologist and although I don't do hair, I KNOW you would not be disappointed with David. Busy place... read more

I stopped by the Roswell location hoping for a walk-in appointment, knowing my chances were slim on an early Saturday morning. Danielle, the receptionist, went above and beyond to book me at their second location just a few miles away. Emmily did an amazing job with my cut, wash, and blowout. Highly recommend these ladies--a fantastic experience all around! read more

I am an out of state college student and was just back for labor day weekend. Recently my tape in hair extensions were falling out and I just peeled them off my hair. Except there was leftover residue in my scalp. My ends were very split and dry as well so I went in for a haircut that I called about day of. It was so nice that they were able to take me on this very short weekend I was back. Two women I believe Rose and Paige worked for just about 3 hours getting glue out of my hair and I couldn't be more thankful for them. Rose cut my hair into a nice longish bob and it has never felt healthier. I thank these two and this is definitely my new salon!! read more

My color is beautiful, dimensional, and exactly what I wanted. I can honestly say I have never loved my hair more. Vivian has an incredible eye, takes her time, and delivers results that feel elevated and effortless. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for exceptional color and true artistry. read more

Salon Arcaro is 5 star! Tucked away in a quiet Old Town Roswell home, you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, attentive and talented. Especially Melissa. She has been coloring &cutting my hair for a year now and I will not go anywhere else. She has developed a color just for me and a butterfly haircut that I still get compliments on today. She is so friendly and amazingly talented. She has nailed my red color. Please go here. You'll be glad you did! read more

I had my hair done with Rose. I love everything about this place, but Rose is the reason I always will come back. She is amazing!

FAIL! My appointment was a simple root color and cut with Adam--that turned into a higgledy-piggledy mess of cigarette breaks, self boasting, a family visit and SERIOUSLY burning my scalp and hair with products. I left a 3-hour appointment, completely frazzled with a chemically burned scalp, chard hair and a $400 tab! I called a couple of days later to speak with Adam, left a detailed message with the desk attendant, and have yet to hear back from him or the salon about the damage. I will not return and do not recommend this salon. read more

Heather at Salon Arcaro is the only person I trust to touch my mane!! She is incredibly bubbly and has great chair-side manner. I always love my experience at Salon Arcaro with the friendly staff, upbeat vibes, and relaxing shampooing! I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the Roswell/Marietta area. I drive all the way from Kennesaw just to see Heather! read more

I came in for a hair color and trim. Service was great! Melissa did a wonderful job. I'm very happy with the results.

2nd visit My first person was out sick but they upgraded me to a master stylist for my color and handed me to another stylist for the cut and style. This had the potential (at 4th week fade with very visible gray roots) to be a bad experience... but I don't think Salon Acaro allows a bad experience. I've got a spring back in my step and feel like a million bucks again! read more

I cannot say enough about the extremely talented and gifted Vivian and her amazing assistant Alexis! I needed a new look, one I had enjoyed before but after a decade, it had grown out. Long hair and a perm are not a popular combination with most salons. It's a full day of work with a couple hours to curl alone. I did my research, read Vivian's bio and went for a consultation. Ten days later, I was on the schedule! Four months later I still enjoy many compliments and wear my hair down much more frequently than before. When anyone asks, I'm glad to share where and who created the transformation! It was not cheap, but you get what you pay for and Salon Arcaro has only the cream of the crop! Definitely worth the investment in my appearance and happiness! Thank you for making the smile on my face beam brighter! Enjoy the before/after and photo taken this week. read more

This is a top notch salon! All the staff go above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience. I was greeted immediately and felt so welcome. I loved the beverages and music selection. My hair needed a great deal of work and color correction after 2 other salons failed doing my highlights. I had broken hair and horrible orange roots! Anthony was my stylist and he was so thorough and detail oriented. The owner Adam is absolutely fabulous! He also helped with my color correction and highlights. They spent hours on me until the color was what I wanted. They didn't stop until I was happy! They truly care about their clients. I am thrilled with my highlights and am so grateful to have found Adam and his fantastic team of stylists! Tucked away in historic Roswell, this iconic gem of a hair salon has been my "go-to" for years because of co-owner Adam (along with his business partner Christian and new consultant Chris - fresh from LA). Heather Bulla is fabulous at color and cuts - be sure to ask for her along with new Buckhead salon import Bridget who gave me a fabulous chic cut (Heather and Bridget collaborated on helping me make the difficult transition to grow out my silver tresses). Adam is one of the most sought-after color experts in Atlanta and he and his friendly, exemplary team consistently make you feel like royalty with their 4-star treatment, expertise and array of of hair services and products. They have fantastic stylists trained in the latest technics at all levels and reasonable price points (Heather, Bridget and Danielle are just a few I heartily recommend ).
