I just moved here from Chicago. I found this shop on yelp. It's very close to my house. My first visit was manicure and a pedicure. My second and third visit I did SNS manicure and pedicure. I can't remember the name of the technician that did my pedicure the first 2 times, but it was great. The last time it was Lina. She is very thorough. My pedicure took long but it was one of the best I've ever had. I got my nails done at the same time by Karen. She was great as well! My nails looked very natural. They have a kiddie pedicure chair and offer kids nails and toe special for $24. I like to bring my 5 year old with and she loves. The only negative part about that is my nails and toes take so much longer than hers so she does get restless. I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 because my 18 year old daughter came with me the second time to get her nails and toes done. She loved her pedicure but hated her nails. Her nails chipped the same week. She got a full set. I can't remember the name of the technician. I arrived a few minutes early to let her know my boss couldn't attend and I was there in her place. After rescheduling for a new appointment, I let her know I was ready for the application instead. I was told this was a problem and although I showed up for the scheduled appointment, she had a waitlist of neighbors that were waiting to have their lashes done instead. Even after explaining we were first time customers and no one was aware of her policy, she still turned me away. Honestly, it made it seem as if she just didnt want to do my lashes, or maybe I wasnt the 'type' of person she liked applying lashes on. As a business owner that was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HER. The appointment was made and should have been honored. What if my boss was surprising me and this was a gift? What if she booked the appointment in her name, but really it was for me all along??
