I asked if I was at the right place, because I was a little confused about the two different names and they told me that I was in the correct place, to take a seat and the lash tech would be with me. I guess since this is a private owned business they don't have to follow the same sanitation rules as other companies. The dogs did not seem like service animals and just kind of ran around everywhere. Is this acceptable and normal? Is this allowed by the Georgia state board of cosmetology? It does not seem hygienic or sanitary. The dogs followed me into the room and one of them just jumped up on to the chair with me. The technician working on me did not even ask if I was okay with the dogs being in the room with me. Throughout the session, I would hear her speaking to the dogs. Because my eyes were closed I have no idea if she was touching/petting them and then touching my eyes after. Even though the dogs are cute, I was really grossed out by the whole thing.

Ever. I have been getting my lashes done since about 2008 so I am familiar with quality adhesives and extensions. The adhesive Rose uses is strong-the extensions begin to fall off at about the four week mark. The glue is strong but not irritating- I wear contacts and have not had any issues with red or itchy eyes. The extensions themselves are matte, soft, and are a natural shade of black. Lastly but most importantly, Rose's salon is impeccably clean. I am a germaphobe and I take comfort in knowing that she sterilizes her products and each client receives their own lashes( she sets aside lashes for each client in a container with the client's name and the specific length of lashes that the client typically uses). I trusted her enough to get a fill in during COVID-that speaks in volumes. Hands downs, she is the best lash technician in Georgia.
