I got my nails done here yesterday and was told it was a 15 minute wait. I waited 30 minutes. Asked for a sharp square shape she did it wide n bulky told her sharp she made it more flat. Later asked for nail art because she said she could do it ahead of time and she said its "too late" like I didn't just wait and finna pay for these ugly nails. I had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. Which was scheduled a day before. Well they did not do a good job - I had wanted my hands painted but they cut my nails so short - it would not have looked right even with putting a clear polish on. They only needed to be evened out and lightly trimmed , which I kept telling him. Even one of the other workers told him not too short. For my pedicure- they cut the side of one of my toes now it is bleeding. So not happy - when they messed up my hands I should had told them to stop and left. Now with my toe bleeding - now I have painted toes with a bandaid on. read more

I visited this salon about five days ago, and I have mixed feelings about the place. Pros- The place is clean and has a small but cute set up. The lady (I'll call her Ms. B) who did my pedicure was incredibly sweet and was attentive to not only me, but to everything that was going around to her, showing me that she excelled at her craft and can multitask. My French manicure (done by a different woman that I'll call Ms. A) looks cute. This is a very popular salon and they do good work I'm sure. Cons- Ms. A was very sharp with me from the moment I walked through the door. She never smiled and said very few words to me. When she did my eyebrows, she just slapped some wax around them and ripped, not asking me how I would like them or anything. When I said I wanted a "basic French manicure," I was upgraded to a gel French manicure, costing me almost twice the price. On top of that, gel is supposed to last about 2 weeks where my nails are already starting to peel. (And I don't do anything at work or at home that would speed up that wear and tear process.) I did everything I could to keep my composure. I was with a friend that day too, and while Ms. B did my pedi, a third woman did my friends, and she was rough and did a sloppy paint job. They also separated us halfway through, defeating the purpose of a "spa day with your bestie." Unbiased- during my manicure, a man came in and (loudly) announced that here was here because he had a specific appointment with a "Ms. X." When told that she wasn't available at the moment, he started to complain and stumble over his words not making any sense. When asked if he wanted another lady to assist him, the entire place got quiet. He didn't want to see anybody else because "no one could do it just like Ms. X can." He was trying to make it sound like a massage, but my friend and I both agree that there might be a possibility that whoever Ms. X is might be an expert at more than just massages behind closed doors. This could be a very gross misunderstanding, but it does make you wonder. read more

I bring my girls here often.  Yesterday's visit was very disappointing.  My daughter and I came in for 2 pedicures and one full set gel.  Tech started on my daughter's full set, at which time another customer came in.   The tech stop servicing my daughter, set her in the chair for her pedicure next to me and took the other customer.  This customer came and went and we were still sitting.  We came in first and that was wrong.  I questioned it and was told pedicures are done first. In that case, she should not have even started on my daughter's full set. We paid $107 to be treated like that. We won't go back.   Very disappointing, although this was a great opportunity to teach my daughter not to spend money in places that treat you this way. Take money elsewhere. read more

Beautiful place very relaxing and comfortable. Tyler does a wonderful job and listens to what you want. Everyone speaks English that I have encountered so far which is a plus. Most of them where in a bad mood, the lady doing my feet had a slight attitude. She rushed my feet and nails and did a sloppy job, the sides where half painted, my nails were not even. So I made a appointment for my bridal party a week ago and they said great we got you down. I call couple days later to see if it was ok to add 2 more people and talked to jimmy. He said I didn't have a appointment and that he thinks I'm lying to him. I was completely confused and asked him what he ment and he said that I was making a lot of appointments to just not show up and that I was lying and playing a joke. I got really upset bc I love the way he does my nails and his staff is very good. And he is talking to me like I'm crap! Worst customer service! Very rude employees, they do their job with such a horrible attitude, they do not make you feel welcomed at all. They do everything as if you're forcing them to do it, like you're not paying for the service. They will tell you one price over the phone and increase it once you get there. I went here April 2015 to get my nails done for Prom. This was my first time ever getting a professional pedicure. As someone who experiences headaches caused by loud scents, this salon is the worst. If you're going to get your nails done here, I'd advise bringing some Advil with you. As far as the service went, it was ok. It was busy the day I went and I had to wait about 30 minutes before getting in, but it was a few days before Prom. One of the ladies started on my nails, and she kept blowing and sighing while doing them. Maybe that was just her and it had nothing to do with me? The man there ended up taking over. He got mad at me and actually slapped my fingers with the nail file because my hands were trying to tense up. That was EXTREMELY rude considering I have arthritis that affects my fingers. He didn't know that, but slapping my hand wasn't needed. I got my eyebrows done after this and that lady was nice. She took her time and made sure all of the wax was off of my face. All in all, my nails lasted about 2 weeks and maybe would of lasted longer if I had of kept them on. I'd return here just to get my eyebrows done. read more

I went to Luxury Nail and Spa yesterday at 3:29 PM. Keep in mind they close at 5:30 PM on Sundays. Upon walking in I told the guy I was there for a pedicure. He rudely told me we have a long wait although there was no one sitting there waiting for any service to be rendered. He didn't need to say anything further it was obvious he did not want my business. Thanks to him turning me away i was able to find another nail spa that gladly accommodated me. read more
