During the haircut, I explained that I wanted my long layers to start higher. Midway through the service, the stylist stepped away to attend to another client. When she returned, she quickly finished the cut without checking back in on the layering or confirming how I wanted it styled. There was no offer to curl or style my hair at the end of the appointment. I left feeling disappointed because I expected to walk out with a finished look, not have to go home and do the styling myself. Overall, the experience felt rushed and inattentive, which did not meet my expectations for a professional appointment.

Lauren was upfront and honest from the moment that I sat in her chair, explaining cost of the services that she recommended for me. I would highly recommend getting an appointment with her, especially if you're looking for a boost of confidence when you see how much better you look when you leave. I now see a prettier me when I look in the mirror. BTW, I am very close to being 70 and happier after Stephanie worked her magic.
