I never said I wasn't happy as a client and honestly am appalled at how little she made me feel. The owner blocked me from being able to book appointments with no explanation and I am shocked. Below is an image of nails I got done and after 3 days they became "dirty" and turned a yellowish brown when they started at a pink nude. I DO NOT recommend this salon.

I got here around 1053 and noticed the shop had the lights off and the door locked so I figured they were closed and started googling other salons. As I was looking on my phone, I notice her pull into the parking lot and walk inside. She turned the lights on and left the door open. I gave it about 5 minutes and then proceeded to get out my car and go inside. I open the door and said "Hello! :) Goodmorning. I was just leaving when I noticed you worked here! I'm glad I stayed." She instantly became irritated and said "I just got here ". I replied "Okay did you need more time? I see the sign says open at 10 and you left the door open.." Then her attitude really turned up. "Ugh... what service do you even want??" as she scoffed.. I said "I would like a full set.." Then she just rolled her eyes and stared at me then started to do something else with no response to my question. So I just left. Ummm ok? you want to turn a customer away because you're feeling lazy and you're late to work?? Disappointed in her behavior. Find someone that actually wants to work!
