During the haircut, I explained that I wanted my long layers to start higher. Midway through the service, the stylist stepped away to attend to another client. When she returned, she quickly finished the cut without checking back in on the layering or confirming how I wanted it styled. There was no offer to curl or style my hair at the end of the appointment. I left feeling disappointed because I expected to walk out with a finished look, not have to go home and do the styling myself.
