Sort-of like Van Michael's where they have New Talent with the lower costs, and move up from there. My stylist was friendly, walked me through best options and nailed it!! This is open concept, where there are no booths, but fun to see others being transformed! Love that!! Parking is a little tight, but all is well. I have had such bad luck with hair stylists. I don't know why but I really do. It's been like 4 really bad experiences for me. I was always super stressed getting my hair done because of this but once I found Kayla Jones I can finally enjoy getting my hair done!! She's a higher level stylist so she charges more but honestly she is SO worth it. She is so sweet and works so hard to give you perfect hair. Amazing service by Petra! She listened to what I wanted and delivered. The end-result was even better than I expected - I got a full dark brown balayage, with a golden undertone. She suggested a few peekaboo highlights and they turned out great! She gave helpful suggestions along the way, answered all of my questions about at-home haircare, and was friendly and attentive throughout the entire process. She also explained each step which was helpful since it was my first time getting balayage. The salon was clean and organized, and everyone was friendly. I am very disappointed with my hair cut. I came in a little early for my appointment and was told that my hair dresser was going to be late. She was late just over 10 minutes. The part that has really made me angry is that I asked for my hair to be cut shoulder length, and for a few layers. Well let me just say my hair is way to short and she really messed up my layers. Not sure she knew what she was doing because I have hair that comes down to the top of my ear. I knew she messed up because she kept trying to fix it for a few minutes. I am pissed and I still paid $45 for my hair cut. I don't even want to leave the house because of how short and botched my hair looks. Definitely not coming back. My hairdressers name was Madison. She was a very sweet girl, but I am not happy with my hair. read more

Save your money for another salon...the girl Carrigan HACKED off my bangs so short and crooked, I had to get a credit back from American Express...didn't even ask me and they were so short and uneven!!!! I thought this was the place to go! Nice people! I went to 2 different stylists. I would get great service, color and cut once. But during this past Christmas season I felt like the assembly line. If I could do zero stars I would, I am not the type at all to write reviews or complain about something, I'm the type of person who just "lets stuff go". While getting my hair done I showed a picture (more than one picture) of the way I wanted my hair, I came in more blond than I came out. I'm super upset with how my hair turned out and when I told the girl who was doing it what was wrong she got aggravated and started to get hostile towards me. I paid $180 for something that I walked to my car and sat in my car crying about for a good 30 minute. I'm still super upset about it. My head looks like a pumpkin Basically.
