She knew right away what I needed to brighten up my look. Stephanie is a kind person and a wonderful hairdresser. I would highly recommend getting an appointment with her, especially if you're looking for a boost of confidence when you see how much better you look when you leave. The receptionist scheduled the appointment for Saturday. When I called on Saturday to confirm the appointment the person I spoke with was initially unable to find the booking. Eventually she found it. Upon arriving with my daughter for her appointment, I was told again that they couldn't find the booking. When the lady at the front desk eventually found it, I was told that I had only requested one service and that the stylist didn't have enough time to do a silk press. This is unacceptable, and they need to get themselves sorted out. I'm will not be coming back here.
