Lauren was upfront and honest from the moment that I sat in her chair, explaining cost of the services that she recommended for me. I am laid-back about my hair, and tend to go into a salon with a "I trust you and what you think will look best on me" attitude, and in Bombshell's case, it worked. I stayed within my budget and left gorgeous, although I am concerned that my cut is a little more high-maintenance that I'm used to and that my flunky fingers won't be able to recreate the salon awesomeness at home. The salon is small and not fussily-decorated, and the music wasn't obnoxiously loud. If I could nudge my rating down 1/2 a star I would, but only for two minor things - I was never offered coffee or a drink (had to ask, and this was after being there an hour), and the chairs are too low at the stations to see into the mirrors that are hanging over too-high bureaus. Bombshell has a great, convenient location in the Monterrey's shopping center on 211, near the burgeoning area of medical offices and the new hospital, sure to continue to expand and increase client base, success, and customers in all the area businesses.

She combed and brushed it making sure there were no tangles, and then she even offered to shampoo and condition it, and then blow dry it afterwards. She then straightened it like I asked. Once she did so, she then styled my hair with a braid crown, exactly the way I asked and even showed the photo of how I wanted it. It's absolutely perfect! She patiently listed to my rant and many different inspiration pics. Example: I have a thick neck keep it longer to cover that but layered and textured without being short looking. I have thin hair and a calic in the back and hair needs to cover it. I want volume in the back cause I have a flat head there.
