Absolutely wonderful visit and prices are very reasonable! Mani/pedi with gel polish plus eyebrow & lip wax under

The resulting shape my nails... appears more square than coffin shaped in my opinion.

Let me preface by saying: I've been to this nail salon on two separate occasions before my most recently visit of today. *I initially went in for a fill-in & pedicure (both with gel polish) I'm not sure if the nail tech that worked on my nails was new, but she was had difficulty understanding what I wanted as far as my nails concern and she was unable evenly match the shape (coffin) on both hands after several attempts and me repeatedly showing her the shape. Coffin is a pretty standard shape that all nail salons do, so I didn't think she would have to much difficulty shaping my nails like so, especially since my set was already shaped that way but needed some tidying up... It was really frustrating and I wasn't trying to be difficult, but I refuse to pay for something that I am not satisfied with! The owner/manager did take the time to fix my nail shape (after me COMPLAINING for a THIRD TIME), which I did appreciate, because she was busy servicing other clients at the same time, but overall I felt rushed by the staff and also like another tech should've stepped in sooner after I expressed my concerns about the shape more than the once... The gel color menu was not presented to me upon my service. It wasn't presented to me until it was actually time to paint my nails, so I felt rushed and under pressure to choose a color without getting to fully consider and make my decision on a color selection. After the experience and "customer service" I didn't want to be further serviced by the establishment, so I forego the pedicure I was supposed to get as well and promptly paid and took my leave. The fill-in with the gel polish was $40 (not including the tip) which I felt was a little more expensive than standard... (Normally fills with 1 color: no design cost me about $35-not including the tip) Most likely will not be returning...

Really terrible experience. My toe was cut really bad. It's very painful. My cuticles were incompletely and very deep. It bled for hours.

Getting my wife's nails looking as beautiful as she is...

The owner is super rude. Disrespectful is an understatement. She will be the reason they loose customers. She's the reason they lost me!

Of all of the nail salons I have been to, they definitely did one of the best jobs. And even more…read moreimportantly the price was one of the cheapest I've seen and the salon was probably the nicest one I have ever been to! So considering the price and the quality of the salon I would 100% go back even if they had done a slightly worse job on my nails haha but they still did a good job! I don't get gel so it also may just be my fault for getting standard polish. I am sure gel would look better! Price: ended up paying 80€ including the tip for an acrylic set + pedicure + polish removal on Both. Also adding pics of their service menu :) Salon: was soo clean and very nice on the inside. I have never seen this but they had an iPad where you sign in when you get there and then get seated right away. It was all very organized. There was a lady at the front managing everything. Some salons seem unorganized and there's not always someone at the front but here there was and she was very nice! Nails: did like them. Again I think it's my fault for choosing regular polish and a light color on top of that. That could be why I feel certain spots look a little too thin, but overall good. Not too thick and the girl that did them, did them very quickly, while I was getting a pedicure. Some salons don't do that and it takes forever but I'd say we got all of this done in an hour. My sister also got the same thing as me! Only complaints: There were a few spots on my nails where the polish seemed thin but not a huge deal. I did wish they would've but the cuticle oil on the nails because mine looked soo dry. I didn't get to wash my hands before getting them painted because I was getting a pedicure so that was okay but they just looked super dry at first. And for the pedicure they didn't really scrub anything so it was probably a 3/5 for that but the polish looked fine. Definitely will go back here if I am in town and especially as far as mail salons in Monroe, GA area I'd say this is by far the best one around and actually cheaper than the other ones.

I visited this salon yesterday evening and asked for a fill in but the tech told me I need a soak…read moreoff, which i agreed too. She took 2 hours on my nails and cut every single one of my fingers. The process was extremely painful. She was very messy with the application and I have left over acrylic under my nail tips. I'm not usually a person who writes reviews but this establishment needs to know who kind of service there employees are providing. It is extremely disappointing to spend money on a service that is less than satisfactory and is leaving me still in pain 24 hours later.

Not sure I've ever had such a bad pedicure. The hot stone portion was just plain torture. For some reason she thought my shin bones needed a hard hot rock massaged on them rather than my foot or the back of my calf. I gave it 2 stars because my daughter had a nice experience and everyone besides the woman who worked on me, was very nice and the salon looked clean.

I have had 2-3 sets of SNS powder gel nails, but don't really like the taking off process, so I bring my own OPI polish. This is the only negative I have experienced at this salon. They only have a few non-gel OPI colors, none of which I like for my fingers. I use their Cajun Shrimp regular polish on my toes. My work around is to bring my own color. The place is busy, but still manages to be calming. After you have been seated in a massaging chair with the requisite plastic liner, they bring you snacks and water drinks on a silver tray. Additionally, all of the implements are in their sterilized bags and are opened in front of you. They also don't reuse nail files or the yellow/pink/purple scrubby things for your feet. If you are a germ-o-phobe like me, you have found a salon you can relax in.
