So rushed that she barely trimmed my nails. Scrubbed my legs and feet frantically, slammed my feet around, banged my ankles with various items. Anna did my pedicure last night and she was great. What wasn't great, was the 35 minutes I spent…read morewaiting to have anything done. I would much rather someone be honest and tell me it's going to be a long wait instead of ushering me to the pedicure bowl and just letting my feet sit in room temperature still water for 35 minutes. I had worked a long shift and I was there for over two hours for a pedicure. Everyone was very nice, but I don't think I will go back. I do not have a schedule that allows me to just sit somewhere that long without any service. I was kind of stuck because I was in a chair with my feet in non-bubbling water. To leave I would have had to ask for a towel to dry off my feet and explain why I was leaving, etc. I was exhausted and kept thinking someone would be there at some point very soon. What was supposed to be a treat for myself felt more like a dreaded chore.

I've gone twice and was satisfied with my acrylic nails. I recommended the salon to my 17-year-old…read moredaughter to get a full set of acrylic with a design. Maybe I am unschooled in this but they charged her $135. Is that the going rate? And if so, it would've been nice if they have the info available on their website or at least the technician inform them that this is what it would have cost.. She's new to something like this and didn't want to say anything. Update- I called and talked to them and the owner or technician said that they had asked my daughter if she wanted to know how much it would cost, and they said my daughter said she didn't care so that is then the fault of my daughter. They also said that her nail design was pretty crazy and required a lot of time.

Lastly, the shop itself is always clean in all areas, organized, comfy, intimate and smells amazing. She always offers refreshments as well. Definitely recommend and will surely return.
