I've been coming here since 2020 when I moved to Braselton. I've had my nails and pedicures done by several people and have yet to be disappointed. They're all extremely nice and do a great job.

I like nice colors and a simple design.

I have been going to Lavish Nail bar for a few years and always received the service requested, excellent quality and superior customer service. Peter gets 5 stars from me always. He can do simple for me or lavish creations.

Two broken nails three days after SNS manicure.

I've been coming to Lavish for four years and it's unfortunate that prices have continued to climb but customer service and quality have diminished. There is more turn over in nail stylists and most of them rush to get you out the door after trying their hardest to upsell cuticle clips and waxing services. My most recent SNS was completed by Ana. Within three days two of my nails had cracked. Another three days and a nail on the other side had cracked. My work schedule was crazy so I couldn't get back down to the salon until the following weekend. When I showed up and asked for a repair, they wanted to know who did the manicure. I didn't know so they looked it up by service date and the last four digits on the credit card. Once they figured out who it was, they informed me Ana wasn't working but they could make me an appointment for later in the week. Since it's a 25 minute drive for me one way ;and honestly I didn't want her to do the repair) I declined the appointment. I asked for someone to do the repair today and said I would just pay for it. They told me it would be a 30 minute wait rather than just working me in. Clearly they want to hold their technicians accountable for sub-par work but they need to consider the customer experience when something like this happens. It shouldn't take two hours out of my weekend to get a few nails fixed. In the last four years I have only had to return once for a repair and the previous management did a much better job taking care of the situation then. I used to enthusiastically recommend this place - but my recent experience(s) has changed that.

I've been here a few times and always enjoyed them. I just never left a review. I decided to pop in since it was a holiday and no one else was really open. I got a gel mani and a reg. Pedi and was very satisfied. Amy and Thao did a great job..

BEST. NAIL. EXPERIENCE!! I recently just moved to GA two months ago and have been struggling to find a good nail place. I was eating at a restaurant a few nights ago and asked the bartender where she got her nails done because they were super cute, and she recommended Lavish. Honestly, as soon as I walked in I was immediately soothed and relaxed. The place was CLEAN and the music was so relaxing I wanted to fall asleep in my seat. Peter did my nails. He took his time, was efficient and was AMAZING!! He was always asking if I was OK, making sure the shape and length was what I wanted and was super nice. I can't wait to go back to get a pedicure because ya girl needs a neck massage 10/10 would recommend!!

Visiting the area and decided to stop by for the first time. I've had my share of bad nail experiences but thankfully this was not one of them! I got the SNS dip powder gel manicure done by Sophie and she was hands down amazing. She's super sweet and down to earth, but most importantly receptive to my requests without being annoyed anytime I said something. I love how she shaped my nails: skinny square (a big pet peeve of mine is when my nails are shaped unevenly or if the sides are left unfiled / wide looking). They turned out great. The entire experience was so pleasant. I loved the variety of SNS colors they offered (there was so many, it took me a while to choose but they didn't rush me). I was also offered a drink (water or coke products) during my appointment which is always nice to have a beverage. Prices were fair, this SNS dip powder manicure was $42. All technicians were spaced out and wearing masks as well, so I felt pretty comfortable being there during this pandemic. Can't wait to come back the next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend.

Amazing! I'm a resident at Arya and I'm sad that I'm moving bc it was so easy just walking down and receiving an amazing service. I was the first one in today and my experience was how I want to start ever Saturday. Relaxing I got my nails and feet done. Pricing was great and even though I don't park I loved how they validate parking for you! Soooo clean and bright in there. Staff was so friendly. Never felt rushed or uncared for! Made for an incredible experience!! DEF MY NEW NAIL SPOT!!

So, the jury is still out if I will return or not. Today was my first time there, and I walked in around noon wanting SNS nails and manicure and a toe polish change. My technician was Lisa, she was very quiet and polite. I asked for 3 different colors on my nails and they look pretty good. But there were issues, first asked for her to file the length down a bit and she did not. I don't know if she didn't hear me or didn't understand. I also asked her to file the thickness down, they are too thick and she said no because they would break. This isn't my first time getting SNS, and this is probably the thickest I've had. The pinkie fingers are the worst. She also never filed my bales to shape until the SNS was put on, which I find weird. I've never had anyone do that, but it could be where she could justify the extra charges she piled on. This made her job harder, because I had just had my nails done two weeks prior and their shape was still decent. The manicure consisted of her soaking my nails in warm water, clipping the cuticles, and putting lotion on my arm(which still had all of the SNS powder on it because she had not told me to wash my hands yet and made it very gritty) and massaging each hand and arm for less than one minute each. I asked for my eyebrows waxed and from what I can tell, she did a good job on that. Next was the toe polish change. Usually the techs ask you if you want them clipped or filed. She didn't ask me anything, and started barely filing them. I asked her to clip or file them down because I liked them short and she didn't say anything and did not do it. She did clip a futile here or there around my big toe, which I appreciated. That is when she finished the Manicure with the gritty lotion massage and then told me to go wash my hands????? After the massage?? It made no sense to me. Anyway, I was trying to still be appreciative when I received the bill and paid. At first I did not pay attention to the price until I figured in the 20% tip. After I paid I asked for a price breakdown because I was charged $82 and it didn't add up. Eyebrow wax $10 Toe polish change $10 SNS plus manicure $48+ That adds to $68 not $82 When I asked for the breakdown, the receptionist returned with the additional price breakdown, which I argued to no help: $5 for design ( I've never paid more for just more colors) $5 for nail style/shape (Almond? It was already almond all she did was touch it up) $4 for length (?? I asked for them to be shorter and she didn't do anything. They are my natural nails, what did she do to the length???) So I told the reception this and she was like, we'll that's what she said.... Since I had already paid I just walked out, but IF I return, and that is HIGHLY doubtful, I would never use Lisa again. I hate to be that way, but she hurt herself with the additional $14 fees for BS. She got that and more in her tip. I should have never left her that.

Came in the other day with my mom for an SNS appointment. The salon was pretty busy but we didn't have to wait long. Service was great, everyone was super friendly. I decided to get SNS dip powder on my natural nails and I requested for the "almond" shape. My nail tech (Michelle) did an amazing job and took her time making sure the shape was just right. I will definitely be back!

    No social distancing
    Lindsey D.

If you are at all concerned about social distancing, do not come here. There is no attempt to social distance as everyone is packed in. Masks are required, although a lot of employees wore their masks haphazardly. When I first sat down, every single chair was filled, as well as the entire waiting area. The place itself is not clean. I did not realize until I had already sat down how dirty the floor was, the towel I had my feet on, the utensils, the chairs, etc. I am truly pretty disgusted by this place and will be scrubbing my feet, toes, hands, with rubbing alcohol the moment I get home.

What I shared on google: TLDR, not luxury, nothing special AND ALL MY NAILS FELL OFF IN TWO DAYS I wanted to wait until I'd had a little time to sit with the experience before writing this review. Turns out I didn't need that long at all! On Saturday 6/27 I spent about $390 on manicures and pedicures for myself, my daughter, and my grandmother. My aunt also got services amounting about $150 or more including tip. I went into it fully aware that this salon charges premium prices. I have absolutely no issue with businesses charging what they believe their services are worth, and I genuinely advocate for people making their money. My disappointment isn't about the cost. It's about what was promised versus what was delivered. I gladly pay for services and am never one to complain about cost unless, of course, the services were either not rendered or are deeply disappointing. The salon seems to market itself as a luxury, upscale, spa like nail experience. When we arrived, we were given a tour of the facility and a detailed explanation of everything that supposedly set them apart. They emphasized their cleanliness, disinfecting procedures, and nontoxic products. I appreciated that there were no chemical smells and that the salon was clean. It was refreshing to walk into a nail salon that smelled more like a hair salon. However, cleanliness isn't what makes something luxurious. In my opinion, properly disinfecting equipment should be the industry standard, not the premium feature. That's the baseline expectation. It felt like being asked to applaud a restaurant for washing its dishes. Because of the way the experience was presented beforehand, I expected something that actually felt elevated. Instead, it felt like a a below average nail salon service with a much higher price tag. Is it the nontoxic materials causing this price hike? I'm unsure. We spent about three hours there. During that entire visit, we weren't even offered a glass of tap water. There were no small hospitality touches that made the experience feel special. If I'm paying luxury spa prices, I expect something beyond the basics. Even my favorite local spa offers drinks and creates an atmosphere that actually feels relaxing and indulgent. As for the services themselves, I received basic Gel X extensions with a single color gel polish. My daughter and grandmother each received regular polish on their nails and toes. No designs, no elaborate nail art, no add ons. The one positive is that they redid my daughter's polish when she didn't like it without any issue, and I appreciated that. Unfortunately, the quality wasn't consistent across our appointments. One member of our party left with polish all over the skin and visible dead skin and cuticles remaining on both fingers and toes, which was disappointing considering the premium pricing. The salon also advertises a seven day guarantee if something happens to your nails. Initially I thought that was a reassuring policy. Unfortunately, today is Monday after a Saturday appointment, and I've already lost one of my Gel X nails. That changes my perspective on the guarantee because now it feels less like exceptional customer service and more like an acknowledgment that early failures are common enough to expect. For me, this experience simply didn't justify the cost. If I had known the service itself would feel so ordinary, I honestly would have stayed home and done my own nails. I already own Gel X products from Apres, BTArtbox, and Beetles. Or, for the same amount of money, I could have booked an actual spa day complete with massages, drinks, and an atmosphere that matched the price. I'm not saying this salon is bad. It was clean, the products didn't smell harsh, and the staff were pleasant. But if you're advertising a luxury spa experience, the experience itself needs to feel luxurious. In my visit, it simply didn't. Would I return? No. I'm glad we got a girls day together, because that's what made the trip worthwhile. But as far as the salon itself goes, I don't feel the experience lived up to its marketing or its price point. Update! 48 hours later TEN NAILS GONE. NEVER AGAIN. I did NOT ask them to redo my daughter's nails for free. In fact I went to reception to schedule to get them done again with the full expectation of PAYING. This idea that they went above and beyond by repolishing her nails is false and completely deflects from all the other quality issues mentioned.
