Made an appt to get my nails done with my daughter as a girls day out. They asked us to sit at a station and proceeded to work on my daughter after 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, someone has finally come over to me to ask what I would like done. This whole time no one has come over to me to offer me a water or apologize for the lateness of my appointment. I have been going to this place for 10 plus years because of convenience. Today I go in and I am told 15-20 minutes wait time. 45 minutes later they sit me in a chair and then another 20 minutes go by. Not one person said a word. I watched as I got jumped by several people including a lady getting her feet done next to me. I asked her if she had an appointment since she was almost done and walked in behind me. She said no and mentioned that if she were me , she would be furious. This has happened to me several times and I walked out and will never go back. The service is horrible, unfriendly people that seem to always be mad. Their are way too many nail salons and I would rather have good service, good work than go back to this place. read more

worst pedicure i've ever received. their website says they use all organic polish and "farmhouse fresh" products. this isn't true. i'm not sure of the technicians name, but he didn't ask me how much i wanted to cut down my toenails and cut them too short. the service took over 2 hours and it wasn't anything special. also their website says a pedicure is $49 including gel and i was charged $59. i feel like they overcharged me since i didn't seem happy with my pedicure. if i could give zero stars, i would. read more

The MOST EXPENSIVE and SHORTEST pedicure ever. My sister and I got the $38 pedicure (not the basic $26, not the deluxe but the ultra deluxe or something of that name). It was super short and rushed, nothing as we expected, for that price and the description we were hoping to be pampered. When I comforted the manager, he went back and watched the CCTV footage and timed them each! My word and poor experience were not enough. He claimed the pedicure was 35 minutes, we believe they were only 20 minutes so the 35 minutes he is referring to has to be the time we sat in the chair, soaked our feet, took off the polish, etc, until the polish was dry. We weren't expecting a full refund or a free pedi (although this is how some services would have replied), instead we were offered $5 off. I requested to pay the amount of a regular pedicure ($26 instead of $38) and that wad denied too. My sister received $10 discount and I received $5 (because mine timed a few minutes longer on CCTV footage. Our toes didn't look good either. Poor experience and poor response to a customers complaint. 2 stars because the people doing the service were super nice, I don't blame them, but management. read more

I love usa nails and spa in general very clean nice place and kind people. Overall I've done my nails with here 5 times new people each time until the past two times I've gone. I have been going to get them done with RINDY she does an amazing job and i have been her last customer off both times and she still takes her time which is very appreciated. AWFUL EXPERIENCE !! IF ZERO STARS WAS POSSIBLE THATS WHAT THIS PLACE WOULD GET. I am 6 months pregnant and was in desperate need of relaxation and a pedicure so I treated my 19 year old daughter and myself to a pedicure at USA Nails and spa. Upon sitting I realized my chair was broken and I since I was really looking forward to the massage I was a bit upset. My daughter kindly switched chairs with me so I could relax but the chair she was in was also broken. After mentioning it several times to the ladies who were going to do our pedicures they seemed to NOT CARE AT ALL. So I tried really hard to relax anyway and allow the pedicure to continue. After a less than thrilling pathetic rub with some scrub I was nearly burned by the hot towel wrapped tightly around my foot to the point where I involuntarily screamed out loud. After that I just couldn't relax to save my life and was dying for it to be done so I could leave. The whole thing was sloppy and rushed and the "foot massage" part I'm not sure even happened. After paying 108$ for 2 pedicures including tip I mentioned again to the man checking me out that the chairs don't work he just looked at me like I was crazy. How do these people not understand the CHAIRS DONT WORK?? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! My daughter insisted on love for our tootsies to honor my birthday that was yesterday since all we did was pamper my car instead of us, and who am I to turn down such a request? We stumbled upon this place only because they opened at 9:30, and the three other nail salons that we drove past on hwy. 211 all didn't open til 10, and wow am I glad that we ended up here! USA Nails & Spa is really just gorgeous inside, and for all the years that I've lived in the neighborhood behind it, I'm amazed that I'm just now finding it. The prices are comparable to most other nail places, yet the service was friendly and the end result on our toes is great, but it's the environment that would have me coming back. The chandeliers, the domed "cloud" ceiling, the waterfall wall ... little elegant touches unexpected for a strip mall in Braselton. I've came here before but only have gotten gel on my natural nails. This time I got a mani sns and pedicure. I did have to wait at-least 30 minutes for a chair to open which was understandable. The pedicure was amazing but they did not do exactly what I want on my toes but it came out fine. By the end of my pedicure they started my SNS manicure I asked for ombré pink and white. The guy took his time ,but when I noticed one hand you can see the white underneath. I told the man and he only fix one nail and the I noticed the sides on the nail weren't full covered in SNS. I don't recommend getting acrylics but they do great with gel on natural nails. read more

I was recommended this salon by someone I know and at first it seemed very professional and nice. However, I phoned ahead and made a 2:30 appointment and didn't get seated to start until 3:15. I asked for a full set and the technician doing the set literally glued the tips on crooked and I asked multiple times to straighten them out and he just said okay but did nothing to fix them. None of the tips are filed down straight and even the paint is nothing like I asked. I just am not happy paying $65 on a set that is this disappointing. read more

Over the summer, i would show them a picture of what i want and they would make it look exactly like it. they have done very well with all of the designs i have presented up until a few months ago. This is the best nail salon I've ever visited. I drive 45 min from Atlanta to come here solely because they do an AMAZING job and the prices are so reasonable. I have gotten a brow wax, gel toes, and gel acrylic nails for less than $100 total which is insane. The staff is so friendly and always does exactly what I have envisioned. read more

Got my powderdipping over my natural nails done by Kate today and she did impeccable. They are a natural thin, not too thin, not too thick...just right. Love getting my gel pedi here. They don't charge as much as other places and does a great job.

I'm rating a 1 only because 0 isn't available. My daughters and I have been several times. Prices are higher than others and quality hasn't always been worth the price. Twice they have over charged my daughters when I didn't go in with them. Today they charged my daughter $50 to take off acrylic and do hombre SS. They did not tell her at the beginning how much it would be. Therefore, she didn't have enough money. When I called, the owner took off $5. We won't return or recommend to others. I agree with the other negative post as well. They do take forever and decide who wants to service in any order. read more

USA nails is a great place in braselton for getting a pedicure. I took my 4 year old daughter with me and she really enjoyed it too. They have 2 child size pedicure stations. She couldn't get over how exciting it was that the lights in the water changed colors. I also got my toes done and appreciate their wide selection of colors. I also enjoy the massage chairs. I think their prices are pretty good to standard for what you get. My only negative would be that it's just one large bright room. Everyone can awkwardly watch each other getting their nails done, but if was fine. We will be back read more

I would definitely go back. The 3 stars could possibly be 4 but I'm gonna go with 3 for 3 reasons. First and foremost the sun was shining right in my face. I couldn't even turn and talk to my cousin who was with me. I feel that they should consider putting a shade by the door/window area. I got there around 6:20p so I guess the sun was setting. Second is the fact that they didn't give me time to soak my feet, catch my breath. They automatically bombarded me the minute I sat in the chair. Third, they asked me 3x what pedicure I wanted. I'm gonna say the same thing every time- you don't have to ask me 3x. But I did most definitely like their selection of colors. First time here at this nail spa. I work at a hair salon and spa out of town, but we do not offer the SNS Polish as a nail service. I was curious in trying it to compare it to the CND Shellac system. The owner was very educated on the SNS product and was open to teaching me how it works for my own knowledge. I loved the layout and decor of the building. The staff is very personable and polite. They are quick at making you an appointment or taking you right away. The service station was clean and organized. Even with renovations going on, the spa remains clean and peaceful. I will definitely be coming back here when I come in town to visit friends. read more

Note: I hardly EVER leave reviews. And I wish I could give this place a good review. However, I have left extremely disappointed on multiple occasions now. If your going to go here, ask for Emily or the man.. otherwise save your money. The others are extremely rude. They could care less about what you'd actually like done and more about trying to upsell. I am furious after leaving here and paying $66 for a basic pedicure and a manicure with gel polish. I would not have said anything at all and just took it as a loss however I have one nail which is not even the same color as any other nail. The goal was a chrome look but I left with a mess. This was a horrible experience! I specifically asked the nail technician whether he can do ombre and he confirmed that he could. I selected a color for my toes and a color for my nails. On his own accord, he decided to use the color I selected for my toes as the second color to do the ombre which did not give the effect. However, instead of accepting responsibility for his mistake he and the manager of the establishment blamed me for not selecting the 2nd color. In addition, while the technician was doing my nails I had to bring to his attention that the powder was falling all over my clothes and on my arms.
