I'm in so much pain. I went in needing a derp tissue massage. Nowhere booking through the website did I see that they did not offer deep tissue massages. The form they have you fill out in-person states they do not offer deep tissue. When i walked in it was stressful. Every chair was taken. I finally get to the room. The linens on the bed were cold and damp. Why is the bed wet?! The massage was ok, but not nearly enough pressure. I feel letdown. It wasn't super terrible, but I do not see myself going back read more

I had been to this location twice now, and the massages were amazing. The rooms were very clean and had a relaxing music playing in the background. I can tell them to focus on one area, which I did for my back. Loved coming to this place! Bring cash and they will give you a $5 discount. read more

Christine did an amazing job on my massage and facial!! Highly recommend her. Front desk is extremely unorganized. I booked a 60 minute facial + 60 minute massage. Upon arrival I was greeted by the manager(maybe owner, not sure) and taken to my room. This is my first time and she said something about the massage had body scrub which ok great. During my massage she came into the room no less than 4 times to talk to my therapist. On the 5th time she informed me she looked wrong and mine didn't have body scrub so they'd adjust the timer. Again, ok that's fine. I'm already wondering why you've been in here 4 other times to chat when I'm trying to relax. I go to pay and give her cash and she ask if I'm giving the change as a gratuity. I had planned to do that and more but I was so taken a back and just said keep the change and left. EDIT- The owner called and apologized for my service and explained the miscommunication. She made it right so changing review. read more

My niece and I had the 60 minute head spa treatment today and it was amazing. The jelly mask and the scalp and face massage were incredibly relaxing. We can't wait to go back. Everyone at Eden was so kind and professional. read more

I've been to Eden Massage House primarily for the head spa experience. My friend and I were pampered with the 90 min experience and we enjoyed it. Now we have been to other head spas and they are all slightly different, but still very relaxing and enjoyable. This one included a nice facial, as well as neck/shoulder massage during the head spa part. The hair was partially dried before the massage. After that , there was a 30 min back massage. That was awesome. The place was clean and welcoming. I would return. read more

My significant other and I went here for our anniversary to get a couple's massage! I used to have a membership at massage envy, but the ambiance and uniqueness of this massage house has won me over! There were so many affordable services, I was able to schedule a same day appointment, and when we arrived there was zero wait time. The rooms and sheets are very clean, the massage therapists are respectful, professional and talented in their speciality. . They used hot oils, towels, stones and a beanbag thing that felt amazing. At any other massage house, those addictions would cost extra. Oh yes, We will most definitely be returning in the future! read more

Highly recommend this salon! Visited today with my friend who is 9 months pregnant. The salon is beautiful, clean, has such a relaxing ambiance, and they even sell some nice self care products. We both received amazing massages! Chloe was my massage therapist and I am so grateful to her! She was very polite, sweet, and accommodating. I had a few specific requests and she was very accommodating. She has incredibly strong hands & great techniques & I will definitely be back! My friend had a prenatal massage by Emma and said she loved it! Thank you to the staff, we appreciate you! read more

I've been to this place several times trying to give it the benefit of the doubt because I know everyone has bad days but every time I've gone, I leave unsatisfied and this last time was the last straw. I was a walk-in at 10am right when they opened and requested for 90 min massage. When you get to the room, they set the timer and show you how many minutes they're setting it for. I got into a room quickly which was nice but shortly after my massage started, I heard the door open and then some chattering between the employees. I was a little bothered by it because there wasn't a knock or anything and the gal who came in was messing with the timer, which I thought was odd. I addressed my concerns to the massage therapist and I also told her the areas on my body where I'd like her to focus on and she kept saying "ok, ok" but never spent more time on where I was requesting her to. She was so sloppy and inconsistent and it just felt rushed, even though I knew we had 90 mins together. When the timer went off and she finished, I got dressed and looked at my watch and realized I was only given a 60 mins massage. I was clearly upset but at the same time relieved because the massage was so bad! When I went up to the counter to pay at the front desk, I explained that I requested for 90 mins but was only given 60 mins. The front desk lady said because they have appts lined up for the day so they needed my massage therapist for others and she switched my time from 90 to 60 without even telling me! I was flabbergasted and didn't want to cause a scene but I paid for my 60 mins and went down to the next plaza and got a better massage at Yixin! I felt invaluable and displeased by the end of my service and have decided I won't return after multiple attempts. I will give them one star for cleanliness but I highly recommend going to the next plaza, which is walking distance, instead. If you decide to stick with Eden, just know that anyone can walk into your session at anytime while you're undressed and your time can be changed at any given time without your knowledge. read more

Really bad. Felt like they were trying to get in as many walk ins as possible. We had appointments and were rushed all the way through. They were running 20 min behind when we got there. During my massage the person from the front desk came in and frantically started taking the hot rocks off my back and told me and the person doing my massage "time up". I scheduled 60min...got 45min and only one side. I was told to quickly go to the next room for my facial which was also rushed and she left the chocolate mask all over my face at the completion. It was the strangest spa experience I've ever had. I still paid full price and tipped 20% but I will never go back there. read more

Massage was ok got scheduled quick. I had asked for deep tissue you as my shoulders are tight the Kady didn't go to deep and kept asking if it wad to much. Massage was less the the scheduled time and they held my debit card hostage until I added an additional tip. I leave cash in the room and so I had hit no tip to the total. The woman goes add tip i said no thanks and she wouldn't give back until I did. I won't return. read more

I took my mom here for Mother's Day and our experience was nothing but amazing. She's never had a massage before, and she fell in love after this visit. Our masseuses were very respectful and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. I had a hurt shoulder and she was very gentle when it came to stretching and massaging the sore area. When I left, my shoulder pain was so much better! read more

Took my friend to get 60 minute foot massages as a birthday gift. Although the massages were good, the person doing my Foot Massage was texting during my massage, causing the massage to be very inconsistent, and a good bit of the time the massage was done with only one hand. Very unprofessional. read more

Girls weekend, and we decided to pamper ourselves for the day! Eden massage house was awesome. We did head to toe services. Four of us, and each of us got the following: full body scrub, seaweed mud wrap. Sauna. Then a full body massage, hot oil scalp massage, foot reflexology massage and facial. The staff, to include the owners were so nice, welcoming and put you at ease. I've never done a whole body scrub and mud wrap before, they literally scrub every large surface of your body, and then cover you in a seaweed mud lotion. Then wrap you up like a burrito, and have you sit in the sauna and sweat for 20-30 mins. My skin is soo soft, it feels like butter! The scrub, and seaweed all exfoliate and moisturize. It's amazing!! The massage was really good, and beneficial.. but because of the types of Swedish, deep tissue, Chinese massage it is not your typical relaxing massage. It can be a little uncomfortable, but is very beneficial, and relieves tension in places you have had for years. You will feel better after. The hot stones and towels incorporated were amazing, felt so good! The hot oil scalp treatment!! That was incredible! Who knew your scalp could carry soo much tension? The hot oil and the pressure points relieving the tension felt soo good!! Know why you love getting your hair washed by someone else? B/c that's a part of your body rarely touched period. Imagine having someone massage it, with hot essential oils? It felt wonderful! The foot reflexology.. it felt good, my feet are very sensitive, I have Ledderhose disease so it's difficult to relax with my feet being massaged. I have a hard time with pedicures. However, the woman who did my feet could tell if she hit a sensitive spot and adjusted her touch. Foot reflexology is supposed to help with other areas, I can say my digestive system started grumbling half way through the foot massage, so I think it did it's job! The facial was more of a mini facial, w/our package. It was nice, but not your typical facial. With everything else we had done, the amount of time we were there.. it was nice, but kind of rushed. My face feels a lot smoother, and I would make sure if you're looking for a good facial you specify that when booking. Ours was a package and they accommodated all four of us at the same time. We arrived at 1:20 for our 1:30 apt. We didn't leave until 5 pm. It was an amazing relaxing day of pampering and we enjoyed everything! Definitely planning on coming back again in the very near future. read more
