The reason for a 10% tip instead of 20% like I normally would is because during my massage the girl stopped to answer the ringing phone (which she had in the room with her) and schedule a massage. Then, a few minutes later the soothing music cut out to a very loud and long Kroger commercial. I've never had a massage where the music was interrupted by commercials. Again, the actual massage technique was good, but having the massage interrupted by answering the phone and commercials was not and then having someone demand a larger tip was not a great overall experience.

I had worked a long shift and I was there for over two hours for a pedicure. Everyone was very nice, but I don't think I will go back. I do not have a schedule that allows me to just sit somewhere that long without any service. I was kind of stuck because I was in a chair with my feet in non-bubbling water. To leave I would have had to ask for a towel to dry off my feet and explain why I was leaving, etc. I was exhausted and kept thinking someone would be there at some point very soon.
