Microbladders usually start the fronts of your eyebrows slightly further apart to permit natural front growth. This means that there are hairs infront and the ink starts a little bit further in the actual brow. Today, the fronts of my eyebrows completely threaded off because the threader wasn't aware that she should follow my natural shape - not take out hairs until where my actual microblading starts. I made it a point to tell the salon on numerous occasions not to remove the fronts too far back. Unfortunately, today who ever did my eyebrow took off a huge chunk and now I am missing the front of my eyebrow. She also took away a lot of hairs within my brows so it looks like I have patches missing.

It's been 3 days and my lashes look like it's half way through week two already. They charge $160 for classic which is the basic set. It's overpriced for sure. Overall, nice looking and tech is cool but service doesn't match the price. I know how to care for my lashes because I've get lashes done often. Since day one my lashes have been shading like crazy. I chose this place because it's close to where I live. I most likely will only go back for lash removals.

I arrived a few minutes early to let her know my boss couldn't attend and I was there in her place. After rescheduling for a new appointment, I let her know I was ready for the application instead. I was told this was a problem and although I showed up for the scheduled appointment, she had a waitlist of neighbors that were waiting to have their lashes done instead. Even after explaining we were first time customers and no one was aware of her policy, she still turned me away. Honestly, it made it seem as if she just didnt want to do my lashes, or maybe I wasnt the 'type' of person she liked applying lashes on. As a business owner that was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HER. The appointment was made and should have been honored. What if my boss was surprising me and this was a gift? What if she booked the appointment in her name, but really it was for me all along?? Because our names didnt match or we didnt look alike, I would get turned away from services? Whatever the case may be, as the Office Manager for a VERY busy company in North Georgia, I definitely know unprofessionalism when I see it, and in no way would I handle any of our customers in that manner. You'll be greeted with, "Would you like water or champagne?" This is definitely my new salon for brows and lashes. Diana did my lashes, BB did my brows. Their services also include facials and other eye services (tint, micro shading, etc) They can take my money all day every day. I love it here! Last thing, the playlist in the salon is a whole vibe!! Awful experience, beware!!!!…read more I had the most beautiful natural nails with gel before coming into LD nails. The man at the front helped me for the first part, he tried to talk me into multiple service none of which I needed (my nails are strong and never break with gel on them). He then proceeded to electronically grind every single one of my nails down to almost nothing, chipping a few the lady then came over and finished the mess he made and tried to glue them. Simple tasks like washing my hair or buttoning my pants became impossible with paper thin nails and within 3 days ALL 10 of my nails were broken, the amount of pain I had to endure was extremely unnecessary and upsetting..it's been 5 weeks and my nails are finally starting to thicken up. I do not like writing bad reviews, but if I can save one person from the mess I went through, I will!
