Easily the worst manicure I've ever had, by a mile. At least half my nails were left jagged, a lot of the cuticles were not cleaned up/removed and left hanging/attached. 3 fingers were cut too low causes me to bleed, the polish was terrible with the nails left looking scratched up. Too many other options in the area, go literally anywhere else. read more

Super wish I could give a better rating because the service here was amazing! The guy who did my nails was SO SWEET and really tried to do a great job. However, I asked for a natural French tip full set and French tip pedicure and was really not happy with the end result. I ended up getting pink nails with a hint of white behind them to start. I went back in when I saw them in the light and asked if there was a way to fix them and the guy painted the white French tip over. It did not turn out well overall unfortunately. Some of the acrylic nails aren't even attached to my real mail and they are SO THICK. Not natural by any means. I also have not been able to get my thumb mail to stop bleeding the entire last day and a half for some reason which is a little frustrating. My pedicure didn't turn out great either - it looks like I painted them myself and the French tip wasn't even shaped and looks like I globbed some white on the tips. Super bummed to have spent so much money and gotten some pretty terrible nails. The people were super friendly and I wish I could justify more stars but... look at my pictures for reference. I am very picky about my nails and also very hard on them; that being said I was so happy when I tried this salon out and Kim did an incredible job. I returned with three of my friends on my next visit and again our service was excellent, the employees are all very friendly, talented, and accommodating. Yikes. I am a "regular" here and just got my service of a lemon drop pedicure. One reason I used to love it here is the fact that they truly take care of customers and take their time. I made an appointment and the entire thing was done in under 30 minutes. I will be finding a new place to go and think that it is not worth the $38 I spent. read more

Don't go here! My fiancé and I went for pedicures and got the worse service ever. They rush through the service and don't even give all of the services in the package you choose. My fiancés nails are crooked and there's gel polish missing and doesn't even cover all of her nails. They're rude and dismissive and yes....we non-speaking Vietnamese people know when you're talking about is. It's obvious after we ask a question and you turn to each other say something and then laugh. It's rude and disrespectful. read more

I've been here twice now, and I'm very pleased! The first time was a walk in the Friday before Christmas and they took me right away. I got a pedicure and a gel polish change. This place is so nice, and everyone there is friendly. The last two times we've come, it was slow, so the owners took care of our pedicures. The products they use feel so much better on my skin than some of the other places nearby (nothing feels to sticky, and the motions actually absorbs. Plus they smell natural, not chemical). They are also much more quiet than the others. I can actually close my ears here and enjoy my pedicure. The price is fair for what you get, and as I mentioned before, the products are great. We also found out that they are open much later in the evenings, even on a weeknight. The hours posted say they close at 7:30, but they often stay late to take care of their customers. It's also a super bonus that they are next to the best sushi place in the area. read more

This is only my second time coming here and I must say, the service and attention I received this time was much better than the first! The first time was last Spring so I thought, I'd give them another try. Just came in for a spa pedicure (need to get ready for sandal season ;-) ) and the technician doing it was fabulous! so I came in today to get my daughters nails done for her birthday on Saturday she's turning seven so I wanted to get some cute little Halloween stickers the lady doing her nails asked me which stickers did I want I'm trying to tell her in in the middle of me telling her she just randomly walks away so then she comes back 10 minutes later and ask again which stickers was I doing, I then said "well I was telling you before you walked away from me" she responded and said "you were taking too long" then at check out time the lady who did my pedicure told me a different price. I told her that I wanted Regular and she says that they can't do it because I came in with gel polish and that they charge five dollars extra to paint regular polish I said OK that's fine then she comes back and says normally with jail is 43 but today I do it for 33 for you, I get to the register and I'm telling the owner that she told me the price he start screaming at me and offered to run the cameras and I said please run them I was trying to explain to him what she told me he kept over talking me it was very rude this was a terrible experience they are always changing the price they try to overcharge on who they think they can get over with I've been coming here for years previously before this time the last time I came the man walked away from me all because I asked him to match the length of my nails after he cut them , be carefu! they try to charge the people before me $199 for a full set of nails pedicure into eyebrows waxes, don't be fooled.
