My first time here and it was quite empty which I loved bc they quickly started on me:) place was clean and the women who did my pedicure was named Cindy! She was the best! I previously went to another nail salon that used too much drill and made my toes nails bumpy and uneven that you can see it with nail polish, BUT Cindy took great care of my nails she told me about my nails and fixed them and the proper care. Toes came out 5/5! Perfect for my manicure a lady named kimmy she was fast but gentle my hands i give a 4/5 bc some of the gel is on my skin but nothing I can do at home to fix. I really loved my first experience here, but I went in for a regular manicure for the second time and had a bad experience. The metal tools used on me were not properly cleaned/sterilized, and the disposable tools were obviously reused. The files and buffs had scratch marks all over them. The manicurist cut my cuticles and left one of my fingers bleeding. I understand that accidents happen so normally I would let this go, but not properly cleaning tools makes this accident very dangerous. She also continued to paint my nails after the cut was bleeding, which is definitely a contamination issue. The people that work there are very polite and kind, and the manicure is exactly what I wanted. However, I can't look past a serious health risk. read more

They shouldn't of charged. they charged me 60 the first time and to redo what was awful they charged me without notifying me first another 30. Been visiting this nail salon as it's very convenient for me. I enjoy the ladies here, and the young man who also does pedicures on me occasionally. - [ ] They talked me into a $50 pedi which I found out later required me to pay an extra $5 for paraffin wax. Then the manager took on 2 more walk ins at closing and moved the girl who was doing my pedi to them. - [ ] The manager then precedes to cake polish onto my toe nails. When I got home I found that the polish had separated and cracked. When I returned the next day and showed her my toe nails, she didn't apologize. She just goggled up more of my valuable time. I had to wait 30 minutes to have the polish removed and reapplied. - [ ] I will not be coming back to a place where they're more concerned with grabbing up all the money they can then they are offering great customer service. read more

If you want a great pedicure massage, ask for Sally for the deluxe or super deluxe pedicure! She gives the best massages and doesn't just swipe her hands up and down the legs like the others when they do massages. Plus she is the only one who can speak good English. read more

This was so bad. Made an appointment and they didn't even greet me. I sat in there with no one else in the lobby area for 30 minutes without an acknowledgement. I went up to a lady when I arrived and told her I had and appointment and no one said anything to me. She talked to another woman in Korean and still didn't say anything to me. I was told by a girlfriend of mine that this is the place to go on a Sunday. She told me Philip was great with a pedi and Pan was good with hands. I walk in and they told me it would be a few minutes and I would be seated to start my pedi. I looked at a pamphlet for a few mins and grabbed a color. I sit back down and wait. I look around on my phone check the time and I'm getting antsy. Two women walk in and get seated and serviced right away. I walk outside and look through the window next door (because their closed) dandy two women stare me down and one throws her cup at my feet as she was in disgust. They too walk in the salon and I pace my distance behind them. THEY WERE SEATED AND SERVICED RIGHT THEN!! They saw my face and how I was upset so they told me they all had appts. Ok cool even if the ya was true I have been waiting for a whooping 1 1/2hours!! They put me in a bowl and was there for so long the water was COLD... I get a towel and walk out and said I'll be back. I go give another friend some GS cookies and Philip comes and tells me he is ready. I walk inside and then they ask if I would wait 20 more mins because another lady (white) walked in and another customer snickers "she has to go last, doesn't she know that?". I am the only person of color that had walked through those doors for a full 2 hours and I kept getting pushed back. No I'm good. NO you won't get my business and NO I won't refer anyone to go there. I like their customer service! Nail tech was very accommodating and quick! The only thing I didn't like is the price list said $18 for pink refill but when I checked out it was $21. They charge for the clear coat of gel. They should just put the price as $21. read more

I heard through people talking that they recently remodeled with new chairs (very comfy) and took out carpet and replaced with tile and expanded to open a waxing room . New to the Braselton area, my first visit here was at 5pm on memorial day of last year. As a stranger they've never seen before, I got a new set of nails and a much needed manicure. No hesitation because of the lateness of the hour. I received top notch and caring service. Then I learned there were Sunday hours. Awesome!!
