I have been wanting to come here for a while and finally made an appt for myself and my son. We booked online and selected for us both a 30 min face/head/ears and 30 min foot massage. We arrived 10 minutes before our appt. First, we were not taken back to our chairs until 5 minutes past our start time. When both or our massage therapist finally got set up (510pm), both started with our face massage. I was not expecting after what felt like not much time both our therapists were done. I looked at my watch it was 5:27. 17 minutes. Both were gone for several minutes and when arriving back I naively asked if during the last 10 minutes of my face/head massage could he massage around my temples. He then shared that is not something they do. I would have to ask special for this. Both then began our foot massage, which I quite enjoyed however both started at 5:36 and were done at 5:53pm. Again, 17 minutes ironically. Before getting up to leave I wanted to confirm if this was the end of the appointment. Which my therapist confirmed and reminded me to ask for my temples special next time. Not wanting to say anything, when I went to check-out it felt right to confirm it wasn't typical to not receive a full 30 minutes for each service. He was very kind and said it was not. He then told me in the future I shouldn't book two face and two-foot massages $32/each service = $128. Instead, I should book the service they offer which is the exact same service that also include hands for $44/person = $88. A $40 difference. I honestly didn't recall seeing that as an option to select and when the lady called me prior to my appt to confirm that would have been a very good customer service opportunity or even at check-out to adjust. He did share he was offering me a discount and adjustment for the shortened time. It was a $13 discount. He then asked me if I wanted to leave a tip and I shared unfortunately no and that was painful for me to do. He did then apologize again and let me know he made note of our experience in their system. So many missed opportunities occurred. Wish my experience was different. The actual massages were wonderful...even if only receiving half of what I paid for. read more

The place was very nice and clean and the staff was very nice. Two small complaints. The foot massage was good but really no acupressure points were done- just massaging the feet. I have been to many foot massage places and they do much more acupressure points. Also the lobby was very warm and the sun was coming thru the windows and hitting us while in the lobby and the front desk staff. Some type of blinds would be very helpful. An oasis of calm and relaxation! So my wife convinced me to try Foot Palace with her. I tried it more out of sarcasm than with any real expectations. This place (though somewhat gaudy in the waiting room) is a gem. Experience consist of relaxing in a serene room with perfect ambience and enjoying a variety of massage services (foot and otherwise). Services can be ordered as a package or a la cart. The staff is professional and the place is clean. If you don't have the time to spend the day at the Chattanooga Elan spa, and hour or so here will do wonders. My wife loves this place and I am now a believer that more wives should encourage their husbands to come with them. To be clear, I'm not one of those guys who gets manicures or anything (not that there is anything wrong with that) but I'm down for a massage and any guy who isn't is missing out. Against my norm, I did not do any research on Foot Palace prior to arriving for my appointment that I made the evening before. I had heard about this place from a couple of friends and knew I would have a free hour the next day and decided to try it. So I showed up on a Thursday morning and... wow! I walked into a calming spa-like waiting room with luxury furnishings and decor. I was immediately taken back and settled into a comfy lounger and given a warm blanket (because they keep it CHILLY in there). The massage did a little of everything- my girl was only so-so, I asked for firm pressure and hers was more like a medium the entire time, but still very pleasant. At the end they use a scalp scratcher that they let you keep as a first time customer- which was a nice gift! The whole thing was only $35 so it was absolutely a great deal. If the massage was better I would give this place 5 stars but for price and aesthetic it's definitely a repeat keeper. Update- as I had this review in draft I went back with a small group of my girlfriends for a ladies night out and this time my girl used much firmer pressure which was great. I also opted to upgrade to aromatherapy which was an additional couple of dollars- it was lovely to smell the jasmine (they have like 5 scents you can choose from) the whole time so I recommend doing that! read more

I was given lots of choices regarding aromatherapy scents, salt vs sugar scrub, preferred water temperature as well as pressure level for massage. I asked for medium to firm pressure and my masseuse delivered! She also checked in on me a couple times to make sure everything was good, which I liked. Overall, very relaxing (I almost fell asleep a couple times!). I really enjoyed my experience and would go back, my only disappointment was that I was expecting 2 hours of service and it was about 15 minutes short of that. Also says "Clients will be required to have their Temperature taken upon the spa entry by a no-touch forehead thermometer." LIE. And "Clients are required to wear a mask." LIE. The receptionist was not even wearing a mask. A woman across from us getting a massage was not wearing a mask, and her therapist's mask was not covering her nose, and she was not wearing gloves. Our therapists were wearing masks and gloves (or so we thought) until they went in the back halfway through and came back and mine did not have a mask on anymore. When my husband asked her to please go put her mask back on she said "the whole time?" Apparently she thought she didn't need it while working on my feet. Even though it clearly states on their website they are to wear them at ALL times. I've been so many times to the foot palace prior to covid I've lost count. Well I can say today was my last. I have been to the Athens locations and had the most wonderful massage. Unfortunately, the Braselton experience was a complete disappointment. The entire space was freezing. My "therapist" gave the most abrupt, jerky and speedy massage that I almost got up and walked out. Once she started, it was as if she was off to the races in speed. This is definitely not the place to go for a massage. The people are nice enough, but I paid over a dollar a minute for a neck shoulder massage that my child could have done better. I asked for firm pressure and at best got soft. The worst part is that she didn't even touch the back part of my neck, only massaged the front near my throat, which can actually be dangerous with the anatomy that is in your front/ side neck. I have been twice and both times were amazing. This is the best value for your money around. A friend took me for my birthday for the 60 minute massage. I was expecting a pedicure because of the name. Surprise! It's a bit more posh than I expected and that was nice. Expect to check in and on the left there is a shelf with lotions. If you opt for aromatherapy there are sample bottles so you can check the smells. They will give you a mini clip board and ask some basic info like if it's ok to massage your face and if you want lotion on your face. They will escort you back and ask if you need to use the restroom. Then you go into the main therapy room which is all black with multiple loungers on each side. The ceiling is black with dimly lit crystal chandeliers and there is nice spa type music playing lightly. You get the sense of being in a snazzy cocoon. You sit back and they ask if you would like a blanket. I suggest getting one. Then they bring a pail of water and you soak your feet while they massage your head, face, neck, ears, and shoulders. The rest of the massage is pretty much around your feet and legs. Then you turn over and they come back to your shoulders and back. It's a wonderful experience for the price and I highly recommend reservations. read more

When I got there the person at the desk said "oh I just had the therapist call in and said they couldn't come." I basically just stared at him blankly, waiting for some explanation, some sort of compensation for driving 30 minutes to an appointment they canceled and I didn't get called for. the room was full of clients so you would assume the person would want to make a good impression. He just said "here is a 15 minute gift card towards your next visit, that's all I can do for you, have a good day." I'm disappointed in this location. It pales in comparison to the one in Athens. I used to go to the Athens location regularly and could never get a bad massage. When they opened up this location I was happy bc it was closer. I've been 4 times and 2 were a waste of money. My mother tried one time and said she won't go back. The old asst manager was amazing when she was a therapist in Athens and she had great therapists to recommend but she's not there anymore. I treated my hubby yesterday and he was really disappointed at his massage. The new girl said the best therapists were on the weekends buuuuut I was expecting the same treatment as the Athens location. Sadly we won't be going back to Braselton. The set up is identical to Athens but I noticed this time it was freezing and the relaxing music was really loud ‍ hopefully they can get some consistent therapists that are good. read more

I had been to the location in Athens and had a great experience where the massage was excellent. The Braselton location was the complete opposite. I basically paid to have my feet poked with her thumbs and her fingers just rubbing up and down my arms. Nothing she did felt like an actual massage. The therapist working next to her also kept sniffling loud while wiping her nose on her shirt which was ruining the experience. I will never go back here but highly recommend the Athens location where the therapists actually massage you! read more
