By chance I was told about B-nails and spa. I read the reviews and OMG My fave nail tech Ken is now at this salon. I took my daughter in law to get a pedicure and nails. We were greeted with the nicest smiles and assisted us to our chair. They asked if we wanted water and what pedicure we wanted. ( Best pedicure ice had in a long time ) Ken came over and he knew exactly who I was. Even after 3 years and losing over 150 lbs. Lol he remembered I like to show him an inspiration pic and let him do his magic. And he did. I had 5 different christmas decorations on my nails. I loved it ( ot was more wild than I norm go but it was so fun! ) He listened and did the right shape and the nails were not too thick. They were a little longer than I am use to so that was a fun transition lol I've never gotten so many compliments. Soooo seeing that there are some wonky reviews here, idk who you went to or what day it was but I 100% recommend this salon ya'll ask for Ken he is the best with nails. The pedicures have all been consistent, I always do gel so it won't chip in a day or so. I think the prices are about average to a little more depending on what services you get.

They never turn up the pressure to upsell their services, and they always make you feel like an appreciated customer. My natural nails are very bad, and I am deeply embarrassed by them. When the ache in my hands became too much for me to handle and I couldn't stand to look at my nails any longer, I set aside my fear and walked inside. I was greeted by a sweet woman (she may have been a trainee. I am not entirely sure. Unfortunately, I did not get her name.) She was so kind and very friendly as she got me started. Nicky, one of the lovely nail technicians there, took over my care and designed my nails exactly as I wanted. I'm obsessed with them! As I was getting ready to leave, another kind woman (who I believe may have been the owner. I sadly did not get her name either) came up to me, gave me a little hug, and asked me to come back to see her. She had seen the condition of my nails, and instead of making me feel ashamed about them, she provided me with additional care while I was there and said she would like to help treat my issue when I come again. I highly value professionalism, but, even more so, I respect a person's ability to show empathy and kindness to those they may not realize need it the most. Thank you, QA staff, for all that you do. This is quite possibly the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I promise for my next visit to make an appointment and try not to keep you past closing time!
